As service part /timing part are so good also we faced some problem while sitting on the seat some basic requirement are not in proper condition hence we request to take the necessary steps in order to satisfy our customer accordingly.     My friend booked a ticket with SRM for me on 19th June 2015 for travelling from Chennai to Trichy.My friend made a mistake from my end while booking the ticket. he didn't choose my gender properly, so instead of male, He booked the seat as female. I fully accept this mistake from my end. But the Bus operator did not let me travel on the date. They did not even let me take any other seat on the same bus or any other bus leaving that night..They dint even do simple Customer Adjustment. Poor Service.I had to undergo quite a bit of trouble to get another bus ticket from a different operator. SRM and its employees should take this matter seriously and take action on this. The person in the booking office of SRM shouted at me and did not let me even cancel my ticket. Nobody in SRM has taken any step to help me out.. This has given me a lot of trouble and financial loss

      Velankanni to Bangalore Route. Traveled on 30th May from Trichy to Bangalore. Boarding at Mayas Hotel Chatram Bus stand at 11:15 PM. Driver Mobile: [protected]. Mgr Mobile: [protected]. Called manager to confirm the boarding point at 10:59 PM. Driver called around 11:24 pm and ordered me to come to another location to catch the bus. When I asked why, he started to shout and used bad words and said I'll kick you when you catch the bus. I asked the same when I entered to the bus, how can you say such words to a passenger. Driver started to use bad words again. I informed the same to SRM travels Trichy Branch manager Murali. He said that he is on the way to Chatram bus stand and he will ask the driver about his bad behavior. However before he reaches the bus was started. And the driver was stopped the bus around 2:15 pm and started to fight with some other vehicle guy, it was stopped at the midnight on the road for more than 1 hour though its not safe. I expect you would take necessary action on the driver and train all the drivers how to behave to the passengers.

        On 31st May 2015 I travelled from Tirunelveli to chennai Dep.time 10:45 PM. seat number : L11, L12 sleeper AC with family. Our seat was above the engine and we baked like chicken in a AC bus. I complained to Driver and didn’t get proper response and they ask me to complained with SRM. I was with family and kid, we paid huge money for my Kid comfort travel and we ended up with disaster.

          Hi sir, On 26th of may(yesterday), travelled from Bangalore to madurai in tuticorin bus...(Ac sleeper) from kalasipalayam Bangalore @ 7 45 pm... Slept on last seat... He drove very harshly... Even passengers next to me all shouting... For me full of back pain... Its very difficult to travel under this kind of drivers... Normally I prefer SRM compared to other travel... But in future I don't knw ...any how... Thank you...

            my wife and son booked ticket at redbus on yours travls on 23/5/15 from chennai to tenkasi boarding point at perunkulathur the bus time was 8.15pm on 24/5/15.and those come to yours office at 8.15pm and inform yours travel agent and yours travel agent not taken any action and those wait for 9.15pm yours agent say that the bus was gone, yours agent was not phone call to passengers, i speck to yours agent this problem he was not taken any action and my wife and son suffering, and my relative give money and action taken to travel. so i kindly request yours firm, and yours firm is a good name in travel agency some people arespoil the company name so action taken in this matter seriously and some amount considerly remit to me i hope in this matter thanging you

              Hi Team, We have booked tickets from Attur to Chennai at 21st May 2015.Boarding time 12.00 Am.we are almost waiting for more than 2 hours in road.No safety..I checked this with other people and this is happening very frequently to all..You guys treating as customers or anything else.Think how we will be standing in midnight 2.00 Am in the road for the bus..Very poor pathetic customer satisfaction.. Due to this delay drivers are riding very fast to compensate the timings to reach chennai.. NO SAFETY..NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.. NO TIMELINESS.. HIGH SPEED..WASTE OF TIME..pathetic and worst transport which I never seen in life time.

                i was traveling SRM VOLVO tenlasi- chennai, on 15.04.2015 around 12.30 midnight bus met with accident but till this time not even a single follow up taken by the srm transport ... i dnt expect this kind of response from great srm...no alternative bus arranged for the passengers ... no followup... no refunded ...

                  Worst service.Both my to and fro ticket from Rameshwaram were cancelled in the last minute.In Rameshwaram my bus was at 6.30PM.At 6.15 they said that bus is on the way and my ticket is confirmed.But since bus did not arrive, i called again at 6.45 and that guy burst out laughing saying that Bus was cancelled stating that only 3 tickets were booked..I really got furious and felt stranded.They did not even take steps to drop me at nearest point ie Madurai or Trichy.That guy at Rameshwaram office started threatening me when i got furious and shouted at him. I somehow went to madurai by local bus and boarded another travels towards Chennai. Then with great difficulty i got my refund back. If SRM is not able to handle the Rameshwaram route why is it operating a bus for that route. I know this complaint may not be taken seriously by them. But users mind it SRM travels is the worst one i have ever seem. Take this word.THEY LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE WHEN A SERVICE IS CANCELLED. I henceforth will not opt for that travels again. LET MY EXPERIENCE BE A WARNING TO ALL O[censored].

                    I booked a ticket with SRM for 23 January for traveling from Chennai to Trivandrum. The ticket was booked through Redbus and the number is TH2F[protected]ticket attached as support document). I made a mistake from my end while booking the ticket. I didn't choose my gender properly, so instead of male, I booked the seat as female. I fully accept this mistake from my end.

                    But the bus operator did not let me travel on the date. Instead, they allowed some other lady to travel in my seat. They did not even let me take any other seat on the same bus or any other bus leaving that night. The person who checked the ticket is named Shiva. His behavior was completely and unacceptably rude toward me, and he did not even lift a finger to help me out. In addition, he let a lady travel in the seat that I booked. Coupled with not refunding my ticket, he has helped SRM make additional profit from my booking.

                    The person in the booking office of SRM shouted at me and did not let me even cancel my ticket. Nobody in SRM has taken any step to help me out. I had to go around the place looking for another bus operator to get a ticket to travel to Kerala. This has given me a lot of trouble and financial loss as the SRM ticket cost me 1500 rupees. I would like to get proper refund from SRM and have proper action taken on Shiva, the person who was in charge of the bus at that time.

                      Hi, I was trying to travel by SRM transports on 23 Jan 2015 Friday. My ticket number is TH2F89667379. While booking the ticket online through Redbus, I made a simple mistake of not selecting the right gender. So, my ticket was booked as a lady. I never knew the issue and never even thought this would make a big issue for me. When I showed up for the journey, the bus operator did not let me take the seat as that seat and the seat next to it were booked by ladies. Now, I don't know how this can happen. How a seat already booked by me can be given to another person. In addition, the company is not willing to refund my money or book my ticket in a different bus. They threw up their hands saying no other bus or seat is available. The person who was checking the ticket is named Shiva, and he abused me horribly and asked me to leave the bus. He wasn't even letting me take any other seat within the same bus. I had to reach Kerala the next day on time, and I had to undergo quite a bit of trouble to get another bus ticket from a different operator. SRM and its employees should take this matter seriously and take action on this.

                        i was one of the passenger in in N-138A Tenkasi chennai - 07:00PM SEMI SLEEPER NON AC, boarding from madurai to chennai, in between @ 3pm bus met with huge accident in ulunderpet with a goverment bus. SRM Travels didn't even care about what passengers woulb be after the accident. i have to take another bus to reach chennai and that too worse standing in the bus. SRM travels need to refund my money 550rs for not taking care and for untrained driver.

                          SRM customer service is worst and don’t book online tickets at all. Their cancellation procedure and all very worst. I tried to book a ticked and made a payment as well waited for a logn time without any clue and then I tried again it got booked this time but they reduced amount two times and they asked me to cancel the ticket at last minute. But I got 0 amounts finally. Please don’t use SRM online booking in emergency times.

                            Yesterday (15.09.2013) paramakudi to Chennai bus Ulundurpettai your office 2.30 hr holding reason anther bus breakdown after Melmaruvathur again holding 2.00 hr bus change Guduvancheri Chennai reche time 9.00am 16.09.2013 more than 12.00 hr travel so very poor service for SRM

                              I have been trying to book a ticket in online from http://www.srmtransports.in. And this is the 3rd time I got a failure notice. Everytime it used to happen with this website and even they didnt credit one of the failure amount. It will take around 7 days to credit back the account and think of the 7 days interest will go their account unneccessarily.

                              This is not a all a good one and this should be taken care ASAP.

                                I booked my tickets in SRM transports, Chennai to Coimbatore. (08.45 Bus) . My pickup point is Chrompet (09.20PM). But i got bus only at 09.55 PM, which is acceptable (may be due to traffic)
                                Actual time to reach CBE is around 06.30 AM. But i reached by 9.45.AM Had problem with diesel tank of the bus, which is not at all safe for the passangers (ts an AC bus).

                                On return i have booked already in SRM 08.45 bus to Chennai. The actual route of the bus is Thambaram via. Myself and one more guy need to get down in Chrompet and pallavaram. Bus reached perungaluthur at 5.55 AM morning. No traffic , no police interrupt. Suddenly driver changed the route and informed us that, it will not go via thambaram and asked us to get down at perungalathur itself which is not supposed to be done by driver.

                                VERY VERY BAD SERVICE WHICH IS UNEXPECTED ! Please take immediate action on those driver for their carlessness

                                Already informed SRM transports regardin this. But no action taken still !!!!

                                  I vomited in the way. Your employees demanded to clean the bus or pay fine of Rs.500 or Rs.1000. I paid Rs.100 but they refused to get money and snatched away my bag after getting down from the bus. I was not treated well by them. I request you to return my bag immediately and an proper apology from the driver and attender.

                                    I booked a ticket on SRM Transports for the travel on 21st may 2012 from Chennai to Coimbatore in A/C Semi Sleeper which started on 8:45 p.m.[21/05/2010] and the company promised me tht the bus will reach Coimbatore by 6:30 a.m.[22/05/2012] and its 9:15 a.m.still i did not reach Coimbatore and i'm still in the bus writing the complaint with my laptop., I have an interview in Robert Bosch Coimbatore at 9:30a.m., now I dont know what am i going to do. the driver and the conductors response is worst as if its the mistake of ours they delayed a lot in chennai itself and the driving is very worst every other vehicle overtakes us paying rupees 610 is of no use. The government bus would have done the best i guess. Kindly take action on them. my tickets transaction id is BB73C9202 ticket number is BB73C920200. please dont think tht its a fake complaint by some competitor of SRM Transports thats why i have given the ticket number and transaction id of my ticket. these guys have to pay for this

                                      I am very dissapointed and frustrated with your service (SRM transports, Perungalathur).

                                      I was waiting in perungalathur on Nov 04 2011 to board the 10.30pm srm volvo bus, in which am going to tirunelveli.

                                      The guy incharge of the perungalathur SRM TRAVELS branch told me that the bus will arrive late and he will inform when the bus arrives.
                                      The bus came and left, and noone informed me or called me.. i was waiting outside the office.. then i went back inside the office at 11:45pm and
                                      asked the office incharge, he said the bus has left. and he didn't responde to me well.. He told me that he called me and i didn't answer his call. But i never got a call from him.
                                      Eventhough i got a major injury in my leg, i was running behind him to help me get another bus. He said all the seats were filled in other buses and he couldn't refund the ticket..

                                      At last i never went to my home town. i was so frustrated and came back home at 1.30am.
                                      I paid call taxi for dropping in perungalathur from home and from perungalathur to my home.. which is all waste of money.
                                      I will definitely file a case on this in the consumer court if i dont get any response from your side..
