Srm Transports — bus left without any notification

I have booked ticket in srm from chennai to salem at 1. Pm ticket no:tmbd72881167. I agree that i was late for the bus but i guess the management should have waited and called me informing that the bus is gonna leave which is followed by many bus. Which was not done by them. Instead he gave a sarcastic reply and was also rude. When people don't know the value of customer relationship i bet they should shut down their organisation!!! And i demand a refund for which i have not travelled.
