Srm Transports — Issue with omni bus stand manager : ticket no: tk[protected] / pnr no: rba39d065 | |||||
I wanted to tell that i had a horrible experience with srm transports omni bus stand manager. Ticket no: tk[protected] Pnr no: rba39d065 I made a booking from chennai to bangalore through red bus - srm transports. Boarding point in koyambedu is not showing up when i want to choose that instead i choosed poonamalle kfc because i have no option to decide. Its showing only poonamalle kfc and sri perambadur toll. I made a call on 4th june, night to confirm that i will board from koyambedu. They asked me to come @ 6.30 am to koyambedu. When i went there bus already left no body called me even though i made a call so many times to this number - [protected]. Omni bus stand manager behaved rudely and he is not giving me the driver number or who is incharge for that so that i can ask him were the bus in going according to that i can go and catch the bus. When bus stopped in poonamalle kfc point no body called me to check atleast whether am coming or not. I wanted to take a legal action aganist omni bus stand manager and the person who dosen't picked up my calls even though i called so many times. I end up in paying 300 rupees to auto from koyambedu to poonamalle kfc point and alternatively i travelled through asian express which i paid 530. I need a response to my problem asap else i will take strict legal actions aganist srm transports and that omni bus stand manager. I can go to any extreme to fix my problem to police or consumer complaints section. I hope srm transports reacts accordingly because i have horrible expericence in morning and money is also lost.
