Srm Transports — Parcel Not Delivered - Company unresponsive now

Parcel booked from Chennai to Coimbatore - luggage slip number 10218, dated 23/12/2020. Sent from Baba Ramdev Novelty to Sandeep. Number of articles - 1.

Initially the company said that the box has been misplaced and that they will try to trace it. They requested for time till 30th December to rectify the situation. After that they promised to pay for the merchandize valued at INR 1750 and requested the seller, Baba Ramdev Novelty to create the same order with a promise to pay from SRM Transports. SRM Transports is neither paying for the merchandize nor are they refunding me the money for the lost merchandize. I gave them two months in total with at least a dozen phone calls to both the numbers listed on their invoice +91-[protected] and +91 [protected].

Please help me get refund for the lost goods. The transport company people have stopped responding to my phone calls.
