Hi, I have booked 5 tickets on redbus from chennai to kodaikanal on 4th september'2015 and one seat is totally damaged because of water leakage from ac, so that seat was not in condition to use it. We have adjusted with 4 seats and went to kodaikanal. We have talked with the bus driver and he locked that seat after our journey, you can consult with that bus driver, e had a chat with him too. So kindly refund us that amount as we are unhappy with such type of service.
