SRS Travels — Amount charged, but didn't get the service | |||
Hi Sir/madam, I had booked the bus on[protected], from Bangalore to Belgaum for the day[protected], from the SRS website, but I didn't get the confirmation, even though the amount debited from my account. I had called to the customer care, and he said to wait for 3 days, and if not confirmed, the amount will be credited to my account after 3 days. I had called the customer care on[protected] morning, he checked with my phone number for the booking status, and he said that there is no booking on my phone number, and he checked with my alternative number also. but no booking found. He had given the payment gateway contact number, I tried to contact, CC AVENUE payment gateway, but the call was not connecting. And I have lodged the complaint on CC AVENUE's website. I had booked the bus from other service provider, and got confirmation on the same day, i.e.[protected]. And on[protected], at 5:09 pm, I got the booking confirmation message from SRS. Its very bad. I didn't get the service from you, SRS TRAVEL, so kindly credit the amount into my account. PNR NO. is 35176073, Date[protected], Seat No. - 8 & 9L. Bus No. KA 51 AA 6970.
