I made a booking from bangalore to trichy through Paytm for[protected] PM. My phone number is[protected]. I reached office in Madiwala near savoury hotel for boarding and enquired about the bus. But the person at office was busy talking in phone and did not respond to me . I waited for sometime and when i enquired again, he replied me harshly that I have to reach another office located at 1 km distance . When I asked about the confusion, he replied that he is not responsible for it and asked me to contact Paytm. He almost came to hit me to move me out of office . I was in a hurry and had to rush to another office to catch my bus. I never had a worst experience like this.

Hi. I have booked a ticket from srivilliputhur to chennai on 01.01.2020.
The seat number is u3.(deepika).
Complaint:
While we boarding her we informed him to drop at guindy. But he dropped at perungaluthur and we have called the number and asked. He is rudely and some unnecessary words. Very worst bus
Bus actual time is 3:30pm, but it arrived at 4:40pm and departed at 4:45pm. Very Irresponsible and unaccountable.

    I had a journey from belgaum to mumbai at 8th dec,

    As per message & call confirmation bus was supposed to come at 11, but before 1 hour i got a message stating bus is been delayed by 3 hours,

    Bus came at 2.45 in belgaum. Next day at 8 am in the morning the bus got changed in pune & it wasted 1hr again. Bus reached mumbai at 1.30

    When questioned the driver & booking vendor, their answer was our compnay does not have maintenance of the buses, that is why buses are late...

    I need a refund for the same & will recommend every traveller to not book srs travels.

    Vrl is always a best option...

      Bus was delayed from the start in mumbai, apparently driver and cleaner kept looking for lose pax for a quick buck enroute chembur all the way to pune to make quick bucks by cheating the company, kept waiting every where for this pax hunt for quick bucks delay our bus by over 4 hours, no accountability whatsoever by the company as if they have given up on the control of the company, a very bad experience should never travel again with srs.

        I had booked a round about trip from davangere to karad... The onward journey bus (sleeper) scheduled at 3.45pm got cancelled and i was put in a 2pm bus (semisleeeper). And this 2 pm bus reached davangere stop at 3.45pm. I was provided with a dirty blanket. I mailed the company about refund of difference amount between sleeper booking ticket and semisleeeper ticket. I have not received any response from them.

        Return journey bus from karad during ticket booking displayed time to be 8.15pm. on the journey day a message was delivered saying the reporting time is 9pm, with no details of contact of bus person. I kept calling the customer care, which never got connected. I waited for the bus in the stop till 10.30pm... and no message was sent to my number regarding further delay of the bus.
        The whole point is is there no value for customers valuable time???? I mean how do u expect any female to wait for bus (with no information as to when the bus would reach) in a stop in deserted areas...

        Illogical charges for laggueges .More chLLR no:130/55198 vehicle no KA01 AG 4743 SRS TRAVELS.
        cartan box which one was having sleepers and another box with just new 2 ltr cooker as recived from shop was charged 300 rs more for the package.its was not explained on what base they have charged so much.it was not weighed or scanned.totally illogical.

            Bus booked from bangalore to chennai through srs - multiaxle semi sleeper bus - 11:45 pm for 7th nov 2019. The travel agency cancels the bus at 11pm and doesnt provide a convinient change of bus. The final message from your travel agent arrives at 11:20pm, just 20 minutes before the departure of the bus. There is no any basic humanity or customer support by srs travels. One of the worst service ever seen. I highly recommend not to book through srs.

            Seat no 15 have a horrible noise to the upper head. Total waste of money to travel with this bus. No one can fix it. Will never recommend to book SRS.
            I have to deal with this loud noise for 17hours or more. The noise is It super worst than non AC local bus

              Hi,

              I am Athar from pune. I booked a ticket from Pune to Ahmedabad on 18th Oct 2019 from Pune, boarding point - Katraj, wonder city.
              However, before two hours I get a notification from the SRS that due to heavy traffic jam in the city, The bus will be running late by 6 hours. I was in a hurry as I had to attend some ceremony so I called Pune SRS service to cancel my ticket. I contacted him on [protected]. The executive confirmed my seat number which was 40 in B11R B, lore Jodhpur bus and he promised refund will be processed with in 24 hours. It's 19 long days and I have't even recieved any update of my complaint registered.
              I am so deeply disappointed with the SRS service and in future I would not recommend the bus service to other human being.

                A preposterous behaviour of srs travellers. Trip hyderabad to bangalore.
                Date of journey :4th nov 2019, 9.30pm
                Bus number :py 01 cp 7985

                I requested the buss staff to leave the cabin light (Led) on, so that i could read. I verified with him that the cabin light was optional. I. E. No one else would get disturbed because of the light. Only the driver have control over the lights. He started rambling and yelling out loud that no one wants to use the light, i insisted that i wanted to. He started speaking to me in foul language, even though i was just requesting, nothing more.

                I then called the srs helpline and no one responded. Don't even know if the srs team would care to do anything about it.

                  Today i went to your parcel service office behind tippu sultan summer palace - kalasipalya signal. I have a parcel from mumbai to bangalore, when i ask cargo office men to give our parcel he asked lr number, i gave him lr number after that he asked seal which was not with me when i told those reply he started shouting and abuse us. These type of behaviour not at all acceptable at any cost.
                  This is to remind you not only srs is in bangalore, there are many cargo services available to ship parcels to everyone.
                  Warn your employ and told them to behave in good manner (We are not begars to behave badly, we paid for your service remind them this) otherwise it will definitely affect your company and it will definitely become bad impact to your company.

                    The seats that are provided are not clean and lots of lots of bed bugs and other small insects due to which customers are not happy. Its not for single traveller but all them faced this bed bug problem. This spoiled the over night journey. We are paying money more than required especially during festival season.
                    So please take care that.
                    A single night may spoil everybody decision. Try to make the travellers happy.

                      I booked the ticket through srs website on 13th oct 2019 from bangalore to mysuru. Tickets are not booked but amount is deducted from account. I tried three times and happened same thing only and i received message from srs travels pnr numbers and not useful for getting tickets

                        Sir, i am travelling in your bus no 3512, from calicut to bangalore. Bus started from calicut at 8.45 p m. Nowhere stopped. At about 1.35 a. M. I requested driver to stop the bus for a while to go-to urinals. He told he will stop at next hotel, i was sttanding beside him and waiting patiently for full halfan hour, but his hotel stop has not come. Then again asked him how much distance is for the stop. He told again it is nearby and was not stopping the bus. He stopped the bus only when i asked him the bus no. And came to my seat. Please advice your staff to stop for nature's calls at least on specific requests, after a minimum time gaps, because all cannot wait their chosen stop. Hope you will do the needful.

                          The so called govt recognized travels is cheating the govt. They doesn't even renew their permit to transit inter-state & urge passengers to shuffle the bus in the midnight on the border highway. Adding to the burden, they do not even offer a helping hand in shifting the luggage. Moreover they never allow their passengers to keep the luggage in the dicky, so they can load heavy goods & make double money - no matter the passengers have to struggle badly with luggage on the seat limiting their space & have a uncomfortable journey besides they charge a premium fare. Buses are very poorly maintained & they charge too high for no amenities. Recently i booked their service from munnar-bangalore - their fare for non-ac sleeper bus was inr 2049 with no amenities like bedrolls, useless charging points & reading lights. And they made us shuffle the bus at tamilnadu border at midnight 2pm. When the passengers asked help to transfer the luggage, they behaved so rude and we were told that the bus fare is not inclusive of the luggage transfers. Very rude behaviour to passengers.

                              We were hiring two bus for chennai city tour. As a customer we are not happy with driver. He creates tension the whole day. I paid all necessary attention as your service required. Are we hiring him or he is hiring us. I said it is for chennai city tour and we have the right to take him anywhere within the city as long as 200 kms is not exceeding. One last thing, the driver dont know the city road.                                 My testing was on 27th but material are not reached in coimbatore,

                                I was follow up in srs bangalore continue from 26th and 27th they are saying we will kept you material today and you will receive on 27th morning same i was fallow up on 27th they are saying you will receive material on 27th but still not received today.

                                Lab has been charged 20000 rs from my company for material dyled.

                                Who will pay 20000 rs in lab.

                                  I have booked srs bus and made reservation for bus which is leaving jogeshwari-mumbai at 8.35pm on 26.9.19 (Ka01af9508) and as per schedule it should reach by 6.00am next day. The bus has come right time at boarding place. But when i enquired to bus driver regarding time to reach dharwad, he told it will reach by 10am, which is norml/usual timing of bus arrival at dharwad, which is 4hr delay as per time schedule given by travel company ie srs travels. So srs travel has not posted proper timings of bus arrival which caused me a great problem. Had i known before hand about timings of arrival, i would have booked another bus.
                                  Srs travels should restraint from such things else it will loose credibility in the eyes of travelers.
                                  Other online bus booking sites like red bus/goibibo etc should have gathered shuch information regarding schedule timing vis-a-vis actual timing of boarding/arrival to serve travelers properly.

                                    Im travelling from bangalore to nagercoil on ka 01 ag 4404 today. It was raining when i was about to board your bus. Door was locked. Im unaware that its a driver controlled door. I tried to open the door. I just touched the lock. Driver opened the door and started yelling at me as if its his own bus. Did i damaged your lock or glass? I just touched the lock. How can he be so disrespectful to customers. Having a very bad experience. Will never choose srs hereafter. And will b writing about this on my online blogs and will let people know if no action is taken or if i didnt get any reply from u.

                                      Last month I sent by Bike from Madurai to Bangalore thru SRS Logistics. I asked them to send my bike in a bus, they agreed and charged me Rs. 2500/-. I was waiting in Hosur SRS office more than 2 hours from 4.30AM, next day morning. These ### guys didnât sent my bike in a bus, instead they sent in a lorry that would cost around Rs. 1300 only, also my Bike got slightly damaged. I called to Madurai office and they didnât responded in an ethic manner. Completely disappointed with SRS, âBeware of SRSâ.

                                        I have faced a worst and bad behavior from your operators... Usually all bus operators will inform when reached a place in bangalore. This people never informed customers that it passed madiwala or silkboard. And dropped us a far place away from madiwala... And when asked about it, bus driver along with another one used very bad words and harsh words towards us. And that person was illegally talking to us. Shouting and trying touch body with harsh words.

                                        This really not a simpler issue but legally punishable. I have many witnesses for this and have vedio clippings for the same. If this person is not punished or suspended i have to report to local police for necessary action.

                                        Please consider and take proper action soon.
