The so called govt recognized travels is cheating the govt. They doesn't even renew their permit to transit inter-state & urge passengers to shuffle the bus in the midnight on the border highway. Adding to the burden, they do not even offer a helping hand in shifting the luggage. I was booked ticket from bangalore to hospet on 30/8/2019 through srs travels. First time, when i was booked the ticket the amount rs.1320/-deducted from my account, but ticket not confirmed. Last month I sent by Bike from Madurai to Bangalore thru SRS Logistics. I asked them to send my bike in a bus, they agreed and charged me Rs. 2500/-. On 2-9-19 i had booked ticket from bengaluru to udupi bus timing 10 p m
I was late by 5 minutes bus no ka 42 788 left without pickup
From your office i was sent up to 8 th mile stop in bengaluru in another bus by the time i reached that stop bus was gone
If this is the attitude of your staff what will be fate of passengers
I will appreciate srs travels if they iniate any action against staff of particular bus...

I am traveling from shirdi to bangalore with srs travel on 2nd september 2019 and after sleeping found many spider and cockroach inside seat vihicle no. Ka 51 c 4601. On 24tg aug 2019, i boarded a bus from udupi. Bus number ka af 0305 and my seat number was 14, i was given a torn balnket to use. This is not a customer service you should give it your passengers. While charging bus ticket, do you make any consideration knowing the fact you have torn blankets in ur bus? I don't think so then why was it given to me? I need ur explanation on this matter. I had an very critical occasion for which i made a travel booking through srs travels., i have made couple of travels even before. This time i had experienced a worst occasion which made me to strongly avoid srss travels in any of my future travel.

My pick up location was at bommasandra and i was given. A tracking link which showed madiwala for hours with lots of doubt i rang up each of the phone numbers displayed in the message...

I m travelling from bengaluru to harugeri cross... Departure time was 9:00 pm.. They told it will be delayed due to heavy traffic (1hr).. But departure was at 10:30 pm... That is ok... Bus has to reach the harugeri cross by 9:00 am... It's 9:15 am still bus is in belgavi outskirts... Drivers are least bothered about time... They don't want compromise with their tea breaks, in between that also some other stops... If i ask them they reluctant...
