Address: Srs travels, opposite to fortune hotel, near anand rao circle, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560009

Im on my travel now. Travelling from bangalore to sringeri. Myself, my father and mother are travelling. It is mid night 12:30 am. The bus driver didnot stop for a break to use the rest rooms. Myself and my mother were fast asleep. Seems my father had got down with drivers permission to pass. When my father got down, the driver left my father there and drove the bus, in the nh high way, with no facilities around. My father being scared and worried, dint know what to do. Even myself and my mother were asleep. Luckily a bike rider on the way picked up my dad, chased the bus for nearly 5kms where it had slowed down.

This is really worst behaviour. How are you going to pay for the tension and anxiety caused to my father a heart patient. What if he was the only passanger travelling. How will you provide safety to your passangers.
What if the bike person had not come.

We paid 1400 rupee for a single seat for a safety travel not for this kind of worst behaviour of the driver.
I will never suggest srs again for travel anymore

    On 24tg aug 2019, i boarded a bus from udupi. Bus number ka af 0305 and my seat number was 14, i was given a torn balnket to use. This is not a customer service you should give it your passengers. While charging bus ticket, do you make any consideration knowing the fact you have torn blankets in ur bus? I don't think so then why was it given to me? I need ur explanation on this matter. I have attached a photo.

      I am ere gowda i booked the ticket from mysuru to mumbai on 19/06/2019 i booked 4 seats my ticket no 30104275 and 29764003 but bus got accident in morning at satara and no bus is provided to travel and customer care also not pickings phone so decided and get the cab to travel its cost me 6500rs and i am calling to srs for refund they telling that they r checking till now they r checking from 2 month this how u provide services to customer if you not take action on it fast i want take action on it from 2 month i am calling to srs for refund

        I had an very critical occasion for which i made a travel booking through srs travels., i have made couple of travels even before. This time i had experienced a worst occasion which made me to strongly avoid srss travels in any of my future travel.

        My pick up location was at bommasandra and i was given. A tracking link which showed madiwala for hours with lots of doubt i rang up each of the phone numbers displayed in the message none was reachable and last try made near audi show room at electronic city which is 5 mins from bommasandra at that time the idiot appointed at bommasandra says the bus is here come and board in an awkward language. When i reached srs he says “tamil uh...” bus poi 2 mins sachi go and catch. I was not able to scold him and i rushed to next stop at hosur which is 20+ km from bommasandra.

        The mental pressure which i had till i reach bommasandra was really bad. The driver told we were asked to leave by that poc stating that he told i have already left is it a game to play with customers.

        Also for your information he have misused someone’s place of birth and language which is punishable offence (Tamil uh...)

        I expect some senior person from srs to intervene and sort out this issue i have already escalated this with paytm to remove you name from their list and awaiting for the public grievance team to generate complaint number to use with redbus, abhibus., etc to remove your details.

        Hope you take necessary action before that., as you know linguistic discrimination is punishable offence and don’t want srs to save him.

        Spoke with niteesh (‭[protected]‬) who is from admin department as per his conversation he confirmed that i would receive an update.

        I booked 2 bundles from Sivakasi to Mangalore on 22.07.19. LR No. 31/19232. They delivered 1 bundle only to Customer. Balance 1 bundle was not found in Mangalore Set.           I m travelling from bengaluru to harugeri cross... Departure time was 9:00 pm.. They told it will be delayed due to heavy traffic (1hr).. But departure was at 10:30 pm... That is ok... Bus has to reach the harugeri cross by 9:00 am... It's 9:15 am still bus is in belgavi outskirts... Drivers are least bothered about time... They don't want compromise with their tea breaks, in between that also some other stops... If i ask them they reluctant about ma complaint and also they say it happens... Another 3-4 hr jrny is remaining... It's disgusting... What about the ppl who has some planning... We choose bus bcs of time... Otherwise we would have come by train only knw... Cleanliness is so horrible... Just look at one photo i m attaching with... Srs will be the last choice for ma next jrny...

            But bus was cancelled by bus operator because of some issue, and i didn't get any refund on this. Can you please let me know the refund related details.

              He is almost more than one hour late and after that he caught on highway police for drink and drive.. There only 2 hour late..
              More importantly it's very risky of all those passengers who's travelled in this bus. Late also no problem please don't allow drink and drive.. It's a very hash driving and unsafe journey in this travels drivers don't have a common sense to talk with passengers

                Very ill manners staff. I was traveling along in bus from bangalore to karwar (Sleepers non a/c) and this one guy (Srs) just bumped into my seat opened the curtains and bent over me to close the curtains. When asked, he very rudely told me that others are getting disturbed. Is this the way you guys deal with it? This was very uncomfortable and disturbing for me. Not expected this behaviour and never again travelling with srs

                  Yesterday we were traveling to pune bording from belgaum, we informed the driver and the repected person there that the roads are broken down and floods occured in kolhapur even tough he insisted to continue the trip. We told the driver to contact head office but they were rude and drunk and were arguing in a bad way. All the passengers informed that even dc gave orders not to travel that route. Somewhere after belgaum near dhaba they exchanged our seats in some other bus. And they stopped us there so we returned back to belgaum through banglore going srs bus. From ramdev belgaum we had to book a car and reach home, we had to pay alot of expence amd it was burdensome we faced alot of trouble. We suffered a lot through you service.
                  So now either you book us another ticket or return back the ticket amount. This is a very serious issue we need justice.
                  If no justice given i will proceed further to police complaint or more, o have all the proof regarding this.

                    Me mahesh makhija was traveling from hubli to bangalore dated 3/8/2019, n on the way i saw that my money was missing from the bag n the bag was locked with fevikwik glue, when lodged a complaint with the srs office they were very rude n dint respond to us, i being a regular customer to srs, dint except this redicolous behavior from them, pls cooperate,

                      I booked ticket from hubli to kundapura on 28
                      28th july 2019, wen i requested him to stop for washroom in ankola where both men and women can use he replies that"are nahi hum sab men's roadside he kar lete hai.. Agar apko bhi toilet karna hai toh.. Roadside karle.. Light dim karta hoon.. Nahi toh kisi jhadi ke phiche jake karlo koi nahi dekega.." this is how men are concerned abt women hygine.. Such a crepe he is.. I understand that...

                      Dear sir, i booked a ticket from byndoor to bengaluru on 14th july for journey on 16th july, then i got call from phone number [protected] and stated ticket cancelled due non availability of bus and amount will be refunded. Then i called to enquired about refund on phone number given above on 17th july they given number [protected] and they stated that refunded already to paytm then i called to paytm, they intimated through mail not get amount and asking me details. Please check and mail me details of refund please.

                      [censored]ing service of SRS...might be more then 5 times bus is delayed by 1 hr..When you can't provide the service..why do u need a travel agent or travel service..pls close your service and when you can't satisfies customer.one time delay is acceptable.. [censored]ing it's more then 5 times..that too delay of 1hr...

                        trip cancel announcement received suddenly.

                        I have booked my trip from "Chennai" to "Tenkasi".Travel name as "SRS".PNR:30250216. The trip day evening I received a message as "Your Trip is canceled due to vehicle breakdown".Very disappointed and Irritated. I received the information before 2hours for the travel date. At least they should be informed before the trip date. How will be users again book the tickets for the same time and date?...

                        On 20jul2019 3o[censored]s travelled from banglore to srivilliputhur. We had 2big trolleys and one tv box. When we asked to load the trolley and tv box on luggage section. Ur staffs refused to do that and saying we have to keep in our places and charged 300 for tv box. We are ready to pay luggage charges but why we have to pay to keep the luggages in our places.in the same day other 3 passengers also having same size of trolleys. All of them were asked to keep that inside the passengers area next to emergency door.in worst case if any accident happens how about the passengers life. Srs should educate them about this.
                        Two o[censored]s dropped at exact drop place which we booked for. Since i have changed my decision to drop at rajapalayam which is the next stop to booked place (Srivilliputhur) and there is no charge difference between the two towns he asked me to pay 50 extra. I never had sich worst travel experience in past journeys.

                          In booking office, person is telling to bus driver by calling to come 20 minutes delay. We asked the reason, some passenger informed him that they will be delayed by 20 minutes. Is this the way to treat the other passengers. Does he thinks like we don't have any other work for others delay.

                            Instead of insisting to take half ticket for my daughter who is 6 years old.
                            The person from srs entered in bus. And asked about the age of my daughter. After getting details from me he requested to take half ticket.. I agreed. But after some time he is negotiated that instead of taking half ticket for 400 rs. U give me 300 rs.. Is it. Right?

                            When i called the helpline number and i asked about the bus timings arrival he said bus will be on time but when i was at my arrival stand the bus was 1 hour late and when i asked him to give driver number he refused to give and no proper behavior of talking
                            I was dropped in the center of the highway and told that this is only our dropping point so while crossing if I die it will be srs company fault I'm submitting this before I cross and if something happens this should be considered as my last letter and srs company will be fully responsible

                              I had requested a parcel from mumbai that parcel for me banglore got a free bill and the goods went wrong. The front company had 420 with us. I went to srs yesterday to inquire about how you are carrying out the bill bills, i have been saying that without the bill the goods are coming. Sir, i am registering the fir against the company because the people of the company are not taking our phones. Delivering the goods, therefore, they have the courage to take action against you, the people of your company are not giving me the correct answer.

                                Srs travels didn’t pick me at the point, they made me wait for 60 min for a bus in bangalore on thursday 27 june and when i was returning to bangalore i am late at vijayawada for 5 minutes because of heavy rain on july 1, driver and staff were very rude and left and told they will wait at guntur did the same if they would have waited for 5 min i would have reached and such a worst behaviour by the driver

                                I have the driver name and number with me, my major concern is with drivers rude behaviour, if he dont want to wait he should say but he scolded and said have you ever travelled, i travelled a lot of times that too in srs and now i have decided myself and my friends or relatives will make sure never choose this srs

                                Bus broke down around 12:30 AM.
                                All the passengers are being told that a mechanic will be coming but it's more than 3:30 hours, no one has arrived. Every one is waiting on road. No assistance. This is pathetic. We have a few passengers with medical condition in bus.

                                  This is to inform you that, travelled from bangalore to hyderabad on 27th june (Pnr no.[protected], the bus was supposed to reach hyderabad by 6.45 but it has reached by 8.20am.

                                  And again travelled from hyderabad to bangalore on 28th june (Pnr no.[protected] the bus was supposed to reach bangalore by 6.15am but it has reached by 10.30am.

                                  Because of these i have lost my business and i could not able to meet the customer and lost the big order.

                                  We want an answer from your end, do you mention the departure and arrival time only for the name sake? Why do we need to trust you guys and you guys have created a big loss for me. It was the worst service i have seen from your end. If you are not able to reach on time them why you are mentioning the arrival time. Its totally misleading the public and looting money from the passengers.

                                  Please do refund the amount which i have paid. And am not interested on your service.

                                    I had booked ticket in srs travels on 30th june from bangalore to ichalkaranji with good consideration of reaching by 8 am as schedule. After belgaum it stopped 9 places on highway to pick local passengers wasting precious time of ours. Its ridiculous to run as local bus after talking such high amount. It took 3.5 hours for 100 kms. I need claim for my loss of business 2hich was scheduled at 10 am.
                                    Time is precious.. If it would be...
