The company guy is telling me his boss is a big man no one can do anything even if i complain this is indian judiciary . for only 11 kilo bundler the person has charged me rs 8500 and when i asked he is telling me that you should tell us to reduce then we can some parvath guy who is the manager there has not spoken correctly instead of solving told me it is our problem, this is such a waste of money and time i need a solution on this can you people help neither have they mentioned the total weight of the product to rip people of.

      I travelled from bangalore to kundapur on 24th may and reached on 25th may.. The vehicle was a multi axel volvo with number ka 01 ac 9155

      This complaint is about the second driver who took over after the bus stopped after hassan. - driver with a moustache turned upwards (Sorry did not take his name)

      Please note the first driver was very present and professional.

      I would like to highlight few things:

      1. Bus was not properly maintained. - unclean
      2. The driver stopped at night in a very dirty place where there was no electricity and proper bathroom facilities. Women passengers were especially troubled.
      4. The driver seemed very rash. - second driver
      5. The second driver did not wear his uniform

      Where is turned to become wore:

      1. My drop was in kundapur with the drop point being old bus stand (Srs office), also mentioned on my ticket, however, all passengers were asked to get off the bus at shastri park where the driver said it was the last stop. I informed that the last stop mentioned was old bus stand, where the srs office is. The driver refused to drop me and said he was getting late. When i said i will have to raise a complaint as it was inconvenient for me and it was incorrect of him to refuse, he said you do want you want and shut the door as i was speaking. This was rude.

      2. I took an autorickshaw from where i was dropped and the bus was right in front of me and stopped at the office (Yes, the bus did go to the office). I stopped the autorickshaw and questioned the driver. I was given a rude answer that this is our office and i have a parcel to deliver. When i questioned again the driver became aggressive and stared abusing and tried to physically intimidate me. This is when i confronted him and said that you are arrogant. To which the driver stared saying that your father does not feed me. The autorickshaw driver was shocked to see the behaviour of the driver as well.

      I could not get the driver's pictuer as he made a speedy retreat to the office when i got my phone out to click his picture.

      Is this the kind of service srs provides? Why should the driver have lied to me? I have been abused to asking the question that was my right.

      I have been traveling by srs for about 5 years and have been advocating for them and have been really happy with their service. This one incident has led me to think that the service and the quality of staff has really gone down.

      I don't think i will continue to be a customer with srs.

      On 25th may i have written to srs on the email id [protected]@srstravels.net. So far no response. Hence i decided to use this forum.

        We had booking last 2 days from mangalore to mumbai. (3pm stating point) first one single lady on 30th may 2019 and 2nd one on 31/05/2019 lady with her son.in this both occasions buses reach mumbai 4 hrs late on said arrival time on given dropping point. We were waiting in given dropping point to pick up our relatives at 20 minutes before and keep on calling on phone.
        Bus driver phone could not reach/ customer service no proper information.
        On arrival of passenger they told us that bus was stopped in petrol station near (Kolhapur - might) more then 2 to 3 hrs in midnight and heard about some non paid tax issue. That is the reason to be late on arrival.
        We booked in srs as reputed company (We always prepare and travel by ksrtc or vrl) as said never late these company's.
        If a single lady traveling (Her cellphone was switched off) we tried our best to locate bus it never been easy. Just imagine we were waiting for 3 hrs in highways without any clue.
        Next day booking 31/05/2019 today we ask passenger to drop at pune and did pick up our relative to drive mumbai to reach faster then these bus.
        If you are not able to follow your time maintenance on trip don't promise passengers. It is not a single incident (In real incident it will accepted).
        In this both case buses stops for more then 2 to 3hrs and waiting for some arrangement (As per discussion tax saving) and then proceed.
        It is totally unacceptable.

          I booked a returned bus ticket from srs travels semi volvo bus through travelyaari and i paid online ticket for rs 860/- {rupees eight hundred and sixty only} and bus was from kannur to bangalore on 16 may 19 which got cancelled on 16 may 19 due to breakdown but amount of rs 860/- did not refunded till date to me. I was assured by srs travels that it will be refunded by two or three days.

            This bus has over taken me from left and caused accident to my car and even after contacting ur customer support was of no use as they lied to me saying this bus is not from srs i have used the find vechile details and got to know it belonged to ur company failing to solve my issue can lead to a case being launched against ur organization.
            I also have details of the bus driver and ur organization emblem on the bus failing to respond will lead to a case against your company

              Yesterday old age people are travelling from bangalore to gokak sleeper bus no. 3694 along with them one more kid age around 8-9 years travelling. They asked me to take full ticket charges without issuing ticket which is really ridiculous and least bother about passanger. Forcibly collected money from me and not issued ticket. I said will inform to top people simply they said you can go and complaint anybody we are least bothered. Normally after dropping hubali they stop 1 hours and start shouting gokak gokak and allowing outside people and collecting money from them. Totally service is very poor and people are behaving like rowdy.

              There are passengers without ticket been carried in the bus. Illegal acts and direct earning by the bus drivers where as we citizens book online paying higher fair and even been delayed due to these peoples acts. KA01 AF302

                I am siddharaj allurkar. I made transaction to book bus tickets through ftd travels but tickets not booked also amount of rs.1806 deducted from my sbi bank account. Transaction date[protected] at 12:05 noon. Bus srs from bangalore to humnabad. Almost one week over so far i didnot get refund. Please refund the amount at the earliest. Otherwise i have to go to any extent to claim amount plus compensation.

                Bus has full Bedbugs not able to sleep in the bed and driver gives us carless Answers and Drivers are very rude in SRSTRAVELS.
                Customer care is use less they didn't take any action or no solution as well for the complaint raised.

                  I was travelling form bangalore to udupi on the 3rd of may 2019. I reached 15 mins before the boarding time. I had a luggage and there was no space inside the bus/under my berth to keep the luggage and waiting for someone to open the dikki and help me put the luggage. The person checking the status of the passenger was polite enough to say that the cleaner had stepped away for a tea and i should wait for 2-3 mins which was understood. After a few minutes out of nowhere this man 'umesh-the driver' comes and opens the dikki door and stands there like a statue bluntly refusing to help me with the luggage into the dikki. I look at him expecting him to help as the suitcase was quite heavy for me to load. He starts behaving rudely and stars yelling at me and tells me ' this bus doesn't have a cleaner and its not his duty to load the luggage and yells at me for talking on the phone but to put more effort in loading the luggage myself into the dikki and he is a 'driver' and he wont be loading the luggage and keeps yelling at me till he is out of sight. Ms. Srs, we all know you one of the leaders in the travel business. Please do not let such disrespectful people ruin your reputation and we expect you to take some action. I have been travelling for 9 years, almost every month or more sometimes and there are a lot of good people outside who have been helpful. This is the first time i am hearing a driver say ' drivers don't load luggage'. Let take that its not drivers duty, but when the person (Here its me) is unable to load the luggage because of the weight, as a human you would help the person and not yell and behave rudely. Srs, please hire humans and not animals. My ticket costed me rs.950 and i definitely did not pay the money to hear from your driver 'umesh'. I have been a loyal customer but never again will i travel in srs again. I know you will not lose anything by me stopping to travel in srs, but gradually you will lose a lot more if you have such people and not address your customer complaints.

                  He was so arrogant that when i got down, he just opened the dikki and stood there waiting seem=ning me stuggle pulling out the luggage and started smirking. Srs, we expect better from a market leader

                      I am travelling continuosly for 4th time from belgaum to bangalore in bus no. 3618
                      Seats are loose with loosen screws. Bus maintainance is not good. Opened chips packets and water bottles of previous journey are still there.. And also staff are really very dirty staff... Negligance at customer requirements.

                      Paagal brains??? Why you keep dropping points i[censored] are not able to drop at various points? Just keep anandrao circle... Stupid travels depo only keep as dropping point...

                      Next time, myself and all my neighbours and relaltives friends will never choose srs travels... Because of dirty staff.

                        Booked bus was cancelled due improper management, this was intimated on the day of journey and it was too late, for us to search for other buses.
                        Our booking was from belgaum to bangalore at 10pm ac multi axle sleeper, but this bus was cancelled and informed to us regarding other non ac bus in the evening, even they have changed seating arrangement which was not acceptable at all.

                        Bus was too dirty. Lot of dust on beds on curtains no proper place to keep footwear.
                        Rude behave of staff at belgaum office and at bus stop.

                        Day by day srs is loosing its fine dedicated efficient work

                          We booked a bus from guntur to bangalore on 20th apr19. But ac is not working.. Even we complained no response from the operator or driver. But they brought us like animals in that condition only till tirupathi... Due to sofacation n crying my small kid got fever and admitted in hospital. How could you people will be this much irresponsible. And made passengers without no choice. I need penality to be charged for this.

                            I had booked the bus ticket of almatti to bangalore on 20.04.2019 at 10.30 bus through makemytrip website. And also informed the bus boarding point office in taj mobile centre, almatti. I had waited upto 10.30 p. M, one of s. R. S travels crossed us and we waved us from the road side near boarding point office but they didn't stopped the bus.
                            After the boarding point shop staff also spoke with many persons in bijapur office and managers. But they did not responded well also. And also simply said we can refund to the passenger. Its not about the money, due to the incident i cant reach to chennai with in time i cant attend my company meetings and will cause so much lose to me.

                            When i tried to made the customer care complaint of this through following phone no [protected] / [protected]/17.

                            Is this the type of service you are providing the customers?
                            I didnt seen this much of low quality customer handling in anywhere.

                            One main reason is
                            1. They didnt gave the phone no of driver / conductor, only boarding point.
                            2. They didnt not gave the vehicle no in the message.
                            3. They didnt made call to passenger (To me) on time, even they didnt made single call to me.
                            4. The bus didnt stopped in the boarding point. Whether the passenger is from the stop, the bus should be stopped in the boarding point. The driver didnt stopped the bus in boarding point.

                            Due to these above idiotic things, i had lost the one day of holiday and also cant reach the place correctly. I would also gets delay.

                            If the peoples from s. R. S travels didn't replied, i will complaint in the court or anywhere else.

                              Dear srs travels,

                              I traveled from marthandam to chennai in your bus on 16.04.2019. And it was very disappointing experience,

                              1) bus was in very bad condition the screens provided in the sleeper berth is broken and fallen down. Later the staff came and questioning me for the broken screen rod.

                              2) when the bus stopped for rest the staff sounded very rude to passengers that to come fast else they will leave you and go. Overall worst staff behavior.

                              3) and for the co passenger one side window is broken.

                              4) the bus started sharp at 7pm and the rest stop was around 12am.

                              Totally worst experience ever from the govt recognized bus service. But i used to travel in your bus from your initial stage of your service and we had a good experience but now is veryworst.

                              Kindly take this feedback and work on to sustain and satisfy your customers.

                                I am complaining about worst thing experienced during journey (16/04/2019) from bangaluru to sindagi. Bus no ka51 ab 0972. The bus stopped for dinner at 11:45pm near bangaluru nd it continued up to 3am, your staff has given reason that, battery problem is their we will take in another bus which is coming right now. Then finally another bus came at 2:30 am.. Some people were not knowing whats happening there, because they were on sleep mode.. That got known, when your staff told them to shift from one bus to another bus.. Then they realized we are stil in near by (2hr) bangalore.. The another bus is full of dust, some soap covers, water bottles, myself i have cleaned my seat... Finaly we were moving... Nd near by alamatti your another bus got troubled, some passengers shifted to our bus... What the hell this one... I think so, no buses are in good condition, every time delay in reporting...

                                  I traveled from bangalore to tirunelveli with my wife.
                                  I have your passenger for more than 10 years now.
                                  Normally your bus stops first at srs office on tirunelveli bypass (Which is close to my house) and then at vannarpettai stop,
                                  Normally the attender or second driver, announces about 10 minutes before arriving at the stop to enable passengers who are normally sleeping at that time to get ready to de-board.

                                  Today morning your driver kumar, only announced after arriving at the vannarpettai (The second stop),
                                  When i asked him why he did not stop at the first stop he rudely replied, this is the only stop, you were sleeping nicely, now don’t ask questions and quietly get down,
                                  I asked him why he was so rude, he said go complaint to whom you want.
                                  I asked him his name, he said my name is collector, now get out.
                                  His was shouting and showing his finger menacingly even after i got down from the bus threatening to assault me if i did not go away.

                                  I am sure kumar is a habitual offender, people like him will not only spoil your company’s name, his rude, unprofessional behavior makes the for a bad and unpleasant experience which neither your company nor your passengers deserve.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action asap.
                                  Please inform me on the action taken in this regard.

                                    Ur a/c bus numbering ka51, d9406 has been kept switch off due to the driver along with cleaner dinner at 12 midnight for 20 mins dinner. We most of the passengers are suffering inside the bus due to the suffestication - this cause might lead to death of the passengers and request to take the corrective actions immediately.

                                    Even the helpline person rajesh is joining the hands with driver and cleaner on switching off the bus.

                                      I had booked a bus from bangalore to kozhikode for 13th april 2019. Pick up was scheduled at 8.15 pm. I was there at 8 pm. There was no one at the counter, there was a guy running around with a sheet outside, he asked me to wait inside and said bus will come. At around 8.30, a guy who was waiting with me got a call and ran out, i took my luggage and followed him. But by the time i reached bus took off, i banged on the door to stop, one passenger saw me and might have even told the driver. But they did not stop. When i went back to the office, suddenly there was a guy at the counter. He was not there at all for half an hour since i came. I asked him why no one announced in the office that bus was waiting far away. I realized my number in the ticket was wrong. But at least people should tell the waiting people that bus is starting. And the bus is parked no where near the office. I had paid 1100 for that ticket, which i expect to refunded. It is pure negligence of the office in charge

                                        Bus driver and workers are too rude.. Bus departure time was at 7:10 from anandrao circle and they started around 7:45 to reach yashwantpur they took one hr and we reached around 8:45 and stayed there for 20 more min. On asking they were saying it's not their problem.
