Hi SRS

Bus Journey details from Pune to Bijapur on 11/02/2023 are PNR: 37357299, Seat No: 3U, Boarding:Katraj - Wonder City at 11:00 PM, Address:Southern Tourist, Wonder city Bldg, Katraj call :[protected]/[protected]/[protected], Bus No: KA 01 AF 6657 and Driver details: and Checking Inspector: and Pickup Url: undefined -- http://www.srsbooking.com, Helpline:[protected], Stage Contact number: - SRS Travels

I had given complaint and still nobody called me back i did not travel due to

Bus was suppose to come at 11 pm the bus came at 1:30 am, i got the update of delay only when I asked bus operator at 10:43 pm just 17 min prior where in i had already was at bus stop taking taxi from karadi 400 rs .

2) when the bus came at 1:30 am, the bus was broken brakes were not working

3) no replacement was given some manual fix without any tools was fixed by a bus operators who is not machanic

4) by 3 am they had tied some rope and asked passengers to board althoug many passengers were afraid to board dure to safety risk a even driver was afraid to ride the bus ..but due to force of operator he said i will drive slow

5) when i requested if they can assure safety they said, risk can be at anytime if it's written nobody can stop death, if you want to travel travel else leave.

6) i booked a taxi back home from katraj to karadi again 400 rs again

7) next day gave a call and informed SRS they assured me they will call back and refund the amount as Sunday is non working day Monday they will get back

8) till now nobody got back.

9) only option left is consumer court if money not refunded

    Address: BTm Layout II Stage

    There is a bus from Uthamapalayam and I do not know wher is from comming this Bus. Harsh driving and Many of the places Loading all the Items, Most Of the Hotels reached for Food, Drivers begging each and every Hotels.

      These buses are filling the local seat, which is wasting a lot of time.In this bus, only those who book seats have to be cleaned. Bus drivers and conductors are wasting the public's time.

        Dear Sir/ Madam

        First, Srs travel are very bad in managing the time loading and offloading in passenger travels took almost 2 hours and I was travelling in the mentioned subject line bus number, the bus shock absorb are gone, bed bugs issues and windows vibration due to which none of the passengers are able to sleep properly and complaining to driver.. And driver attitude is like what I should do complain it to Srs authorities.. and said they won't do anything.. Srs travels simply see the review and won't make solutions..

          Teh pickup time was 1.30 and bus was already 90mins late. And i was waiting thinking they will stop for lunch. When i asked him around 5 if they are gonna give any stop to eat. He says pls contact the online website to provide you food from where you booked.
          This is really not the way to treat your customer.

              My sister had the most harrowing experience of her life.

              She was due to travel by SRS travels from Kolhapur to Bangalore on 13th January. She reached the pick up point before the pick up time of 9:30pm. She called to enquire and was informed that the bus was late. Close to an hour later, there was no sign of the SRS bus. She again called and was questioned why she was not infomed, because the bus scheduled to pick her up had broken down and the alternate bus was instructed not to pick any passengers from Kolhapur and directly head to Bangalore from the orign city which was Pune. How can anyone even do such a thing!! Here there is a passenger with a valid ticket waiting at the designated pick up point and you simply decide not to turn up. This is a pick up on the highway during night time and here is a single female passenger. The level of irresponsibility!

              My sister then received details of another bus. She called the number only to be informed that the bus details sent were of another route. The driver said her bus was not coming/ cancelled and not coming to pick her up and advised my sister to call the head office. The head office says that the pick up is not cancelled and the bus will reach soon. The bus driver of the other route called to enquire. My sister told the head office stated bus was on the way. The bus driver again repeated that the bus was not turning up. No co-ordnation at all. Head office does not have the information, what will the passengers do!

              It was close to 11pm now! She had to reach Bangalore! No further information from SRS Travels. She tried booking another ticket, just then another bus operator arrived at the stop and she took the bus and had to again pay for the ticket and was shifted at 3am to another bus in the middle of nowwhere as she did not have an official booking and finally she reached Bangalore at 9am.

              Imagine the things that could have gone wrong! Till date no call from SRS travels!

              My sister always travels with her 5 year old daughter. Luckily, she traveled without her daughter this time. Don't want to even think of my sister going through what she went through if her daughter was with her.

              I demand a compensation of INR 25, 000 to be given by SRS for the absolute trauma!! SRS should be thankful she reached safely!!

                Dear Sir
                We are first time travel in srs transport we r more expected.But after full disappointed...
                Actually we r booking from Bangalore to Thanjavur-13/01/2022 Bus no- KA42A0833... But we r full night can't sleep for besbuxks issue & Cleaning also worst inside of seats...

                  Hi team.

                  We booked SRS bus from bangalore to Mumbai on 25th Dec. Seat no. 36, 41, 42.
                  Ticket no; 37142463

                  While booking it was mentioned that, bus type was VOLVO multi axle.
                  Bus bus provided is SCANIA (KA01AE2594) which is not comfortable.

                  And also bus crew members are allowing other un-reserved travellers at many places in between kolhapur and Pune. Many places they are stopping...

                  Hi team.

                  We booked SRS bus from bangalore to Mumbai on 25th Dec. Seat no. 36, 41, 42.
                  Ticket no; 37142463

                  While booking it was mentioned that, bus type was VOLVO multi axle.
                  Bus bus provided is SCANIA (KA01AE2594) which is not comfortable.

                  And also bus crew members are allowing other un-reserved travellers at many places in between kolhapur and Mumbai. Bus is stopping aat many places even though there are no passengers to get down.

                  Because of this we are getting late to reach our destination.

                  Please call respective crew and take necessary action.

                  It's 12.30pm, still we are in Pune.

                  We supposed to reach Mumbai by 12.40.

                  It's very embarrassing time in bus
                  We have family members with kid onboarding.

                    -Bus tracking is not available
                    -phone numbers are not reacheble wgich are provided on tickets.
                    -got the bus numbers at last moment of his arrival

                    : I have booked the bus in redbus app today(20-dec-2022). Bus arrival time was 9:20pm. Till 9:15 pm I didn't get bus numbers and I have called the phone numbers which were given on tickets but numbers were not reachable.And bus has arrived 9:40 pm . even driver has not informed me for late arrival.This happens only for SRS Buses. Please look into such type of issues.

                      I booked a ticket from Tiruppatur to Bangalore for 13/12/2022 in SRS TRAVELS on 12/11/2022.PNR NUMBER: 36941834. Due to some plan change I cancelled on 22/11/2022 as per the cancellation policy.
                      I received the confirmation mail on the 22/12/22.and refund order on 23/11/2022.
                      But till now I did not receive the refund amount.Also I called the numbers mentioned in the site.No numbers are working.I never had this kind of experience with other travels.why this delay in refunding amount?Please help me to get the refund amount.I attached all images of the details.Pl guide me the next step if it is further delayed.

                        SRS Travels Cancellation ticket refund issues

                        Sir, I had booked an online ticket from Bangalore to Tiruchendur The date of Journey is 09/11.2022. and Tiruchendur to Bangalore date 11/11/2022 in the name of my srijith, pnr no. is 36916038 / 36916039
                        Due to unavoidable circumstance the trip has been cancelled. I cancelled the ticket on 07/11/2022. Confirmation mail has been received. According to their policy, the amount will be refunded within Five working days. Till now my amount...

                        Already bus came late, and when the bus stop in rest stop bus got some complaints and all passengers were waiting for more than 3 hours, what the hell is this? We know sometimes bus will get complaint and in this bus only I had the same experience before also. Please provide good transportation or else please don't put this type vehicles for long route it will be a bad experience for every passenger in this bus include me.                           Respected administration, I have booked ur bus in the date of 4/11/2022, from ngl to blore. Bus no: KA42A5839, in the time of journey ur driver speech and words are totally irrespecting and the way he treating the customer was irritating. So u must control ur staff . Making misbehaviour done by him. Other wise definetly it will be end with physical violence, so because of respecting ur company, I have done this mail. And his age must be 30 to 35 I think... Thank u..

                            Cancellation ticket refund issues

                            Sir, I had booked an online ticket from Sivakasi to Hosur on 16/10/2022. The date of Journey is 21/10/2022.in the name of my uncle Sri.P.Kalirajan, His pnr no. is 36833348. Due to unavoidable circumstance the trip has been cancelled. I cancelled the ticket on 20/10/2022. Confirmation mail has been received. According to their policy, the amount will be refunded within Five working days. Till now my amount has not refunded....

                            Worst experience ever while travelling from banglore to belgavi.The driver man handled me and the driver was drunk driving and even the spare driver.I had important meeting and he even refused to switch on the charger sockets.The bus no is KA 01 AF 8419 bus timing 9:45pm.I need you to take strict action on them bus driver name Umesh Shinde and shivbasapa

                              As said above, the driver and the fellow member of the bus with registration number KA01AF9505 traveling from Kolhapur to Bangalore is frequently stopping bus to pick passengers and sell the empty seats. It is disturbing the passengers as the fellow member of the bus is disturbing privacy as well by pulling off the curtains of seats. I request you to take strict action against these acts.

                                I would like to inform you that I booked the Ticket for Tuticorin to Coimbatore before one month. But today they called and informed that we will go to cancel the service on that day. So you try to book some other vehicle. In this Deepavali Festival time all buses are booked and full already.

                                But the SPS travels always doing the same thing every time. Last year deepavali time also did the same

                                Because of this issue we very much affected. In the neck of the moment i am not able to search the service. its give me the mental torcher
