    Bangalore to kanniyakumari bus.. Drivers are so abusive and harsh over passengers. Even they say bad about ur company. Company should warn these drivers if not it's the biggest impact on ur fall. Everywhere reviews i can read about drivers rudeness now i saw that wit my own eyes Buckle up SRS. nice bus with no good attendents has no value. Thanks

        bus operator not picking the call and the booking office ([protected]) the first time he attended the call and told I don't know the details contact driver and we are not getting any response from the operator Mobile no so again call to the booking office he told wrong no and cut the call

        Note - This is 2nd time we are facing the same issue in SRS Travels from Thruchendur to Bangalore
        and the same thing in Erode to Bangalore trip last week. He also talked very rough so trying to call SRS Office At Erode no one picks up the call
        worst experience in SRS Travels. Strongly recommended in my circle don't book SRS Travels

              Hi,

              On 26th Aug 2022, I booked 2 tickets using the SRS website: https://www.srstravels.net/index.php for 22nd Oct 2022 from Bangalore, Anand Circle to Nashik.
              I filled the required passenger details and made the payment using PAYTM, scanned the QR code to make the payment using PAYTM app. The amount of Rs. 5895 was deducted from my bank account and I got the successful payment message from Paytm. Please see attached screenshots.
              But on your SRS website it showed the below error of 502 bad gateway instead of successful payment or booking confirmation. Also, I did not receive any booking confirmation mail from SRS.
              I have called and mailed SRS travels multiple times but they do not respond.

                My name sagar Magaji
                I have booked online bus tickets in srs official portal. Date:[protected] time - 09:30am. Non AC bus 2+1 coach Between Ilkal and Bangalore 09:30pm bus for seat L8 and L9.
                For Mr.Ambasi niranajan and Mrs.Laxmi niranajan. Payment is successful(₹1496.25) but booking has not done got 505 error page. After I tried to call official number given on website all numbers are switched of no point of contact or reach to your concern departments.

                Please refund the amount ASAP.
                You can also check on same date for the above names seat has been booked at 11:30 pm bus has been booked through Local Ilkal agent seat num L8(Mr.Ambasi) and L9(Mrs.Laxmi) Non Ac bus 2+1 sleeper coach between Ilkal and Bangalore.

                  Unable to arrange toilets at boarding point / damaged bus with water leakage during travel/not able to arrange space for language during travel from Bangalore to Ramanathpuram on 29Aug2022 via SRStravel bus no: KA42A5607.
                  All passengers are in bus are heavily suffered especially Ladies and children.

                    I was traveling ina SRS bus number KA51AB0979 after pick up from pickup point the driver is stopped the bus to fill the disel around more than 1 hr when we asked the driver then he is telling very rudely with passanger and help line office personal also speaking very rudely with passanger. They are not having any good service.

                    Any were they are stopping the bus.

                      On 10th August 2022, I was about to go to Bangalore. Initially, I was informed about the delay in timing from 5pm to 7 pm through text message. But after reaching to the pick up point (7pm), I had to wait for next 3 hours For the bus. There was no information about the delay and tracker provided to me was also not working so that I can get any update about the bus current location. Even after repeated calling to the given number via text message, there was no response And call was not answered for any query.

                      My purpose of going to Bangalore failed and eventually I had to leave the bus due to so much of delay And my health condition.

                      Kindly refund my money as Srs travels failed to fulfill their service towards customer.

                        Dear srs management, what is the ### service giving in this competative market. Because this ### service loose your reputation.

                        Booked journey from dharwad to Hyderabad and bus changed at midnight 3.30 without informing. And lagaugae kept on road without informing.

                        If I not get proper reply from your end than it will not good

                          Im travelling from bengaluru to gokak. I am not able to even sit correctly. The bed is filled with bed bugs and mosquitoes crawling around and i have got ber bug bites all over my body. This is the worst experience i have ever had. The govt buses are better They atleast keep the seats clean. The bus is dirty as hell and beds not washed with lot of litter and i literally see bugs in the bed. Im using my mobile torch and sitting all night waving away the bugs...

                            Travelling from BELGAUM to MUMBAI,
                            DOJ : 3/06/22 Triveni hotel, 9.50pm

                            As of now we have reached Pune, as per schedule bus has yo reached Mumbai,
                            Your driver's are waiting 20 for passagers to board for their profits,
                            Almost in Pune they wasted 2 hours of time. Because of your driver's misbehave and their delay, I'm missing my meeting.
                            Who is responsible for this.

                            They have 6 passagers n collected 600rs from each of them and wasted our 2 hours of time,

                              PNR: 36331340. I took SRS 10:30 PM bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 17 June 2022. My boarding location was changed at first. I accepted the change. However, I was not dropped at Kogilu Cross Yeleahanka in Bangalore which was my drop location and was made to get down Esteem Mall Hebbal. The driver (2nd one) and conductor were rude and ignorant. They didn't bother to listen. If bus route is to be followed by driver's wish, don't mention incorrect pickup and drop locations on your portal while ticket booking. Take action against the driver and conductor and refund me 200 Rs for my travelling charges from Hebbal to my destination. Else refund my full ticket money.

                                  Our 15 hours journey become a 20 min journey because of lazy & hungry drivers of yours. They stop the bus 10 times a day & night.
                                  Other provided things are smelly & dirty. charger plugs are bad. Not working.
                                  You west our time, I want my money back.

                                    I booked tickets from Gobichettipalayam to Bengaluru on 05-June-2022. SRS Travels person called me around 9 in the night and asked me to come to Sathyamangalam and mentioned that it will be 1 am or 2am in night due to traffic. As I had to travel with my wife and luggages, I mentioned to him that I cannot come and If I have to go there, I would have booked from next stop which is actually a city.

                                    They disconnected the phone if I tell them to come to Gobichettipalayam. After sometime, he agreed to pick me up from Gobichettipalayam at 1 AM. From 11:30 PM, they stopped attending calls and around 12:30 AM, they started attending. They are so lethargic that they attend the call and keep it in side and start speaking only after a minute - such an insult to customers. Around 1 AM, when he attended the call, he told "For 2 tickets, we cannot come to Gobichettipalayam. Please go back to home"

                                    This is how SRS treated me. Thanks to them. I usually travel from Bengaluru to my home town very frequently, with my family members. I will never ticket in SRS once again. They don't care about passengers. I don't how their service is even running. If you have concrete plans, My suggestion is to avoid booking in SRS Travels.

                                    I haven't received from PayTM. When I asked about PayTM, they are saying that they are waiting for the response from SRS Travels.

                                      We booked 3 tickets from Haliyal to banglore on 8th June 2022. There were 6 bags. Driver was not ready to keep those bags in luggage box... I really don't know what was his problem.. after some discussion he came and kept only 3 bags that too in small luggage box. Totally disappointed with driver behaviour .
                                      Kindly take necessary action against that driver so that it should not happen in future with any other passengers

                                        I booked 3 tickets of S.R.S Travels for Nasik to Bangalore on June 5, 2022 & Bus Number was KA 51 AD 5594. The total bill amount was rps 7282. My PNR number was 36283238 & 36283270 with allocated seat numbers 8U, 9U and 13U.

                                        I was carrying my personal things into traveling bags and 4 small lightweight cardboard boxes. At the time of entry, the bus conductor asked me to pay Rs 2800 extra for luggage. I told him that these are my personal things and do not contain any commercial material. He asked me to travel and later he came and asked me to pay some decent amount around Rs 2000. I spoke with the S.R.S representative on their helpline number ([protected]; [protected]) and they also told me to not pay any amount to the bus conductor.

                                        After multiple times of discussion, the bus conductor demanded Rs 800. I asked him to give me a proper bill. He refused to give in and started shouting at me. This was occurred at midnight.

                                        Also, while traveling the water leaked from the top and I asked the bus conductor to either fix it or provide another seat for some time. The bus conductor again started shouting at me and asked me to call the S.R.S helpline number.

                                        My family spent the entire journey in such an atmosphere.

                                        I request you to please look into this matter and refund my amount.
