I booked tickets from Gobichettipalayam to Bengaluru on 05-June-2022. SRS Travels person called me around 9 in the night and asked me to come to Sathyamangalam and mentioned that it will be 1 am or 2am in night due to traffic. As I had to travel with my wife and luggages, I mentioned to him that I cannot come and If I have to go there, I would have booked from next stop which is actually a city.
They disconnected the phone if I tell them to come to Gobichettipalayam. After sometime, he agreed to pick me up from Gobichettipalayam at 1 AM. From 11:30 PM, they stopped attending calls and around 12:30 AM, they started attending. They are so lethargic that they attend the call and keep it in side and start speaking only after a minute - such an insult to customers. Around 1 AM, when he attended the call, he told "For 2 tickets, we cannot come to Gobichettipalayam. Please go back to home"
This is how SRS treated me. Thanks to them. I usually travel from Bengaluru to my home town very frequently, with my family members. I will never ticket in SRS once again. They don't care about passengers. I don't how their service is even running. If you have concrete plans, My suggestion is to avoid booking in SRS Travels.

Updated by Manikandan Ramanathan I haven't received from PayTM. When I asked about PayTM, they are saying that they are waiting for the response from SRS Travels.
