Plz change the dhabha every time bus is stoping for dinner in a dhabha near toopran dat is not clean very bad food so plz I request the srs travel company to stop the bus for dinner at any 3 or 5 star hotel for dinner as iam travelling regularly in dz bus since 2 years so plz tell the drivers to stop At any clean and neat hotel I have been asking drivers regularly to change the hotel they are telling dat company has some deals with that hotel so plz I request you to give orders to ur driver to stop for dinner ar any other hotel dat is neat clean food must be tasty as it is a long journey for passengers so the hotel must be clean so plz request your drivers to stop for dinner or lunch at best dhabha or hotel

    Highly irresponsible to customers needs, the driver knew there was a problem with vehicle still he was forced to drive and all the passengers are facing problem, here we are not getting any refund for the delay nor they are responsible enough to make quick replacement arrangements indeed only thing they can tell was we are doing arrangements.

      I was travelling from Bangalore to Dandeli multiple times in your bus(KA51 AG0261. I am seeing driver is very rude to passengers.
      Driver and cleaners board many people from Dahrwad to Dandeli and they charge 50 to 200 rupees from them.

      These people are bringing bad name to SRS Travels.

        I was traveling from Bangalore to Pune on 17th Feb, and had put my cycle in the luggage.
        When the bus stopped at Anand Rao Circle, Bangalore to let more people board and put their luggage in, my cycle was removed which was OKAY. But then, some random person started doing stunts on it and when I asked the driver to open the door, he refused giving illogical reasons like "he does not KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE DOOR", and kept me waiting inside the bus while I see the person on my cycle.

        This is ABSOLUTELY not tolerated and I want strict action to be taken against the staff, otherwise I'll be going to consumer court.

            Twice Amount Debited but Ticket not booked

            On dtd. i have booked SRS online ticket from Davanagere to Aurangabad for Mr.Akram A. but amount we debited from by account Rs.1795.95/- twice and ticket also not booked i have several times send email to customer support but still my amount not reverted to me & i have tried contact no.[protected]/[protected] but i have not get solution

            this type of support prove your service & support quality...

            Srs travels seat are the conjested seat they are not comfortable we can't even sit properly. And they.. also not support passenger.. they stop dinner at 11 pm.. n after that they can't stop travels even at once till 9 am. even we said them stop it's emergency.. they take it for granted.. laugh n tonted alot.. they not feel secure.. don't book tickets.. srs are faulty buses..

              Travelled on 25 Dec in bus no 5595 to Pune with 74 yr old mother and wife.
              Regret to inform that attitude towards senior citizen is horrific. Despite informing your staff to get bus in slip road, the bus came on main road and mother was asked to jump iron rail to get into the bus. Your staff are a bunch of insensitive people having no responsibility. We were dumped in another bus and finally board the bus. She was on last seat and had difficulty in walking but the driver will not wait 30 sec to allow her to reach the seat. The bus came 2 hrs late but can't wait 2 min extra to facilitate her a respectful visit to wash room.
              Overall your service and staff has no respect for lady senior citizen and you must deny them booking citing your incompetence.
              Your travel co. didn't meet with your reputation.

                Goa to Bangalore bus on 26/12/2021. Arrival in Bangalore majestic anand rao circle is 6:30am as per ticket. But we are still in the bus only and driver is saying we ll reach by 9:30am also this is their usual time and management is printing the ticket wrongly

                  Problem faced during Shirdi to Bangalore journey on 1st Dec

                  I am writing this email to bring you to notice the experience we had during our recent SRS bus journey.

                  We had a total of 23 seats booked on 1st dec from Shirdi to Bangalore. The timing of the Bus was at 05:30PM from Shirdi.

                  We had Wedding function in Nashik and it was raining the entire day on 1st dec, before booking the ticket we got confirmation from SRS travels that they can wait...

                  I suppose to board a bus at11.15pm on 20th December but bus arrived at 12.45am.
                  Bus was good condition and get stuck in between and spend 3 hours to get repaired. In between driver allowing other passengers who not booked the bus for his benifit...

                  One of the worst service, when I request the driver, no response.

                      Hello, I had put 3bags for delivery in the srs travels from bidar to Bangalore on 16th Nov 2021. When I received the luggage this morning all the bags were drenched in water. This is really bad service what I got. The condition of the bags is really really bad, they are drenched in water and covered in dirt . Pls inspect this and make sure this won't happen again.

                        SRS travels did not giving the Parcel to me.
                        I have booked a UPS Battery on[protected] from Tirupur, Tamilnadu.
                        LR no: 140/14327.

                        I requested many time since 6 months, they not responding properly. Item is UPS Battery value Rs.30000. Please help me to return my Battery or Claim for this.

                          This person never told me about this hidden cost

                            Bus drivers allow anyone from outside to occupy vacant seats which is not identical to VRL. We the passangers really feel unsafe regarding our luggages. Please sort out this problem.

                              I had booked from Belgaum to Bijapur but at the time of riding the bus I had been informed that the bus will not go inside the Bijapur town and will drop at Bijapur by-pass and that to be at 3 am. If it would have shown during booking I should not have booked my ticket. Moreover, at the time of booking it was showing dropping time at Bijapur at 3.45 am. It is just cheating and harrassment. I had decided to stop travelling in SRS cheater. Ridiculous. Please don't travel in SRS.

                                KA42A1418 driver and his co partner is abusing me date 19/10/2021 traveling banglore to Pune .I requested them just wait 2mnt in dinner time bcs my sister child is new born baby we have to take care for that and someone come and she will go for freshup he abused we can't do like this we have to should off the door and until we came we not open what type of mentality of this .it is simple thing to understand

                                  After ticket booking while calling to Bus conductor, they even not attending phone and another time i will call number will be switched off and they leave the passenger by not pick uping and telling that you can go to another bus

                                    Hello team,

                                    I have booked bus from Belagavi to Bengalore on 8/10/2021 timing 5:00AM ( KA51 AB6677) but is reached around 10:00 AM morning, almost 5 hours delay( most of the day)

                                    I called to driver ( Sudharshan- [protected]) he spoke very rash and you people don't know how to behave with customer.. seriously this is very pathetic service I never gone through..

                                    Please take a serious action on this. This is not only my issue..most of the customer faced this problem.Behalf of every one I am raising a complaint.
