Dear sir/madam,

It is very sad to inform you that your srs bus (Py 01 cm4651) driver was very arrogant and very harsh.
They are rudely arguing with us yesterday while boarding at madiwala.
We have requested to put our luggage in dicky but they refused immediately and was abusive and using slangs.

I would have stopped him there itself and took an action in legal way but i didn't want to trouble
Other passengers.
They don’t care about the passengers & customer services. They definitely spoil the brand image of srs
Travels.

Kindly initiate disciplinary action against him.

I am waiting to hear from your side.

    Worst customer service, i reached 5 45 pm itself in egmore, the executive dint answer my questions properly the are saying the cab is coming in 10 mins for merwly 2 and a half hours,,, otherwise we would have had our dinner,, see i am accompanying my mom who is a sick patient the cab came at 7 15 pm and the picked us, i ordered a food in swiggy, they reached the metro head office 755 pm i asked the driver to wait few mins because the deivery executive is few mins away they were so rude... Such a brutal personality

      Team,
      Last night my mother in law aged 55 and great grand mother aged 85 travelled to sankeshwar from bangalore. It was kholapur bus or it was going to inchalkaranji not sure. Departure from bangalore it 8:00 pm from govardhan but it came around 8:45 pm. Bus was supposed to be dropped at inside sankeshwar town nesri drop. However despite of telling also crew members didnt go inside the town. They dropped them outside the city.
      Seeing them aged also crew members didnt give respect and told them to get down.
      Bus number 9508 please can i look into this

        On february 17th i booked a ticket in srs travels through redbus app from banglore to marthandam (Departure timing 07.15 pm). At 3.29pm i got a message from srs travels saying that the bus got cancelled, i immediately called them to confirm it, they said yes the bus got cancelled. I have complained 2 time in redbus they hav rejected my complaint. I still haven't got my money back

          We had asked the courier to be delivered to karur but they had delivered to a wrong location. We had to arrange a cab from dindigul to karur and we ended up spending 2000 extra. We had to bear the losses when it was not our fault. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Also, this was for the government function and this matter has to be handled with utmost seriousness.

            It has been the worst experience in srs travel, i am still on my way and found bus driver to be so rude

            1) we keep calling them, they don't pickup, somehow we contacted the customer care to find when they are reaching the place
            Since the pickup location was different then expected we rush by walking for which bus driver yell at us like hell

            2) we already face situation of washroom in bus, expecting that they will stop at certain place for washroom we waited for long.. They stoped twice for pickup i expected they will let us know if they will stop for washroom... Since it. Was so emergency somehow my dad told them she needs to go to washroom
            He said it will take another 40 min
            When he agaun stopped for pickup so we got down trying to find place... We dint find a single place.
            When asked again he said it's 30 more minute and started arguing you should have told once

            In the span of 4 hrs is it not the duty of bus driver to stop by themselves for washroom
            Ladies face big condition going for it... We need too atlast go on open for washroom
            My mom already faced acidity issue coz of holding it... And then the behaviour was so rude... I want u to make good arrangement

            Bus gets delayed by 2 hrs and they want to drop off my girl kid in the night in the bypass.
            And bus driver ain't ready to drop us off in safe place where our relatives can pick her.

            This is absolute careless.
            Driver service is very bad and driver speaking is very bad I not happy srs driver speaking

              Sir, i am prabhudev working in jsw steel ltd. This is to inform you that, i was travelling from toranagallu to bangalore last night 1st feb 2020, your srs bus (Ka 42 9771) driver was very arrogant and very harsh. First, he did not pick me from the location where actually i was supposed to board, i was calling him 20min before but his nor. Was busy and he did not respond. I travelled 8 kms to catch the bus and driver was abusive and was using slangs. During arrival in bangalore, early in the morning, i asked him to stop the vehicle and my luggage is in dicky so plz open the door, he was shouting and saying should i carry luggage for you, and like man handling type and very arrogant. I would have stopped him there itself and took an action in legal way but i didnot want to trouble other passengers. Kindly initiate disciplinary action against him.
              I am waiting to here from your side.

                On 12th jan 2020 i had taken srs travels bus from tanuku to bangalore but bus got broke down immediately (At eluru, within in one hour after getinto the bus)

                Name: satyanarayana betu

                We waited for a long (3hrs) time in the mid high way and dark night but dont see any actions from srs to get repaired or didn't get any alternative arrangements.

                Srs being big operator and expected some support during this kind of scenarios.

                So i have taken my personal arrangements to come back to bangalore.

                When i checked with customercare and bus driver and assured me that ticket amount will be refunded.

                Called on [protected] customer service number multiple times and assured me that money will be refunded in 3-4 days but now 20 days and no response and mailed also but no response

                Someone plz help me in this regard.

                  Scheduled departure time was delayed by 30 minutes and arrival time is been delayed by 3 hours which led to another losses and per the plan. I don't find any strong reason for the delay. Disappointed with the service and commitment.

                    On 13.1.2020 i have booked 3 carton boxes of parcels to shivamogga vide my gst invoice no. Vop[protected] dated 13.1.2020 - and next day it has reached shivamogga but it was fully broken only from one carton box (Packed inside answer sheets in a neat craft paper) which was taken out and telling me that they have delivered the 3 boxes (Not carton boxes) to one mr. Sathish from the school who came and took the parcel, where has gone my other two boxes which was having some other items? While booking it was correctly packed in 3 carton boxes and it has also been kept in the shimoga moving bus, now it is a serious issue to how to track these materials from your end? On that day they gave me lr no.21/44572 which was booked to kv tumkur and immediately after rectifying this i brought this to your person at anandarao circle and they told they will get it set right nothing to worry. But now my worry is still worsen please respond immediately.

                      Good morning everyone

                      My self vinay. M, traveling from banglalore to pune on 20.1.2020 @ 20.00 from anand rao circle. Bus got breakdown in the midway near hubbali @4:30am on 21.1.2020 but after 6hr of breakdown from morning issue not resolved nor alternate bus not arranged.

                      Service:bng-mumbai scania / volvo 5

                      Kindly refund back money of rs.945, as inconviniet caused to passenger & not able to reach my destination as mentioned time, its more than 6hr delayed till now no bus came, no facility, passenger completely dissatisfied.

                        We being a regular passengers of srs from years are very very unhappy with the experience due to bedbugs in buses from hyderabad to bangalore routes, unhygiene smelly bedsheets and seats. No freshness. We have always been happy about the service till the last 2 months. And off late we were under an impression that keeping passengers safety in mind. Drivers do change in the middle to give us a fresh and alerted driver. But this time we found that the driver did not change the whole trip from night 11 to morning 7. Very unsafe management from srs. Hope this is taken care immediately.

                          I booked srs bus online. Specifically select auto stop chwdi conacona goa as me pickup point. 1 hr before starting time got a call from sra that because of traffic in that area we'll not come at rhe pickup up point. They told us to come to bypass on the highway to board the bus. Me and my wife both reached to bypass it was a dark place in middle of highway. It was not safe many people on bike tried to stop near us we were roaming for safety. After 30mins bus came, giving the same excuse and not listening to us or was not bothered about our safety. It is a serious concern take a necessary action.

                          My colleague want to travel from kalasipalayam to murutheshwarar so i booked bus in srs travels. Because of traffic they cannot able to reach the broading point so i call and ask the travels to wait for 15 mins. The way he communicated to me is not polite way he was talking rudely to me..

                            I made a booking from bangalore to trichy through Paytm for[protected] PM. My phone number is[protected]. I reached office in Madiwala near savoury hotel for boarding and enquired about the bus. But the person at office was busy talking in phone and did not respond to me . I waited for sometime and when i enquired again, he replied me harshly that I have to reach another office located at 1 km distance . When I asked about the confusion, he replied that he is not responsible for it and asked me to contact Paytm. He almost came to hit me to move me out of office . I was in a hurry and had to rush to another office to catch my bus. I never had a worst experience like this.

                            While we boarding her we informed him to drop at guindy. But he dropped at perungaluthur and we have called the number and asked. He is rudely and some unnecessary words. Very worst bus
                            Bus actual time is 3:30pm, but it arrived at 4:40pm and departed at 4:45pm. Very Irresponsible and unaccountable.

                              I had a journey from belgaum to mumbai at 8th dec,

                              As per message & call confirmation bus was supposed to come at 11, but before 1 hour i got a message stating bus is been delayed by 3 hours,

                              Bus came at 2.45 in belgaum. Next day at 8 am in the morning the bus got changed in pune & it wasted 1hr again. Bus reached mumbai at 1.30

                              When questioned the driver & booking vendor, their answer was our compnay does not have maintenance of the buses, that is why buses are late...

                              I need a refund for the same & will recommend every traveller to not book srs travels.

                              Vrl is always a best option...

                                Bus was delayed from the start in mumbai, apparently driver and cleaner kept looking for lose pax for a quick buck enroute chembur all the way to pune to make quick bucks by cheating the company, kept waiting every where for this pax hunt for quick bucks delay our bus by over 4 hours, no accountability whatsoever by the company as if they have given up on the control of the company, a very bad experience should never travel again with srs.

                                  I had booked a round about trip from davangere to karad... The onward journey bus (sleeper) scheduled at 3.45pm got cancelled and i was put in a 2pm bus (semisleeeper). And this 2 pm bus reached davangere stop at 3.45pm. I was provided with a dirty blanket. I mailed the company about refund of difference amount between sleeper booking ticket and semisleeeper ticket. I have not received any response from them.

                                  Return journey bus from karad during ticket booking displayed time to be 8.15pm. on the journey day a message was delivered saying the reporting time is 9pm, with no details of contact of bus person. I kept calling the customer care, which never got connected. I waited for the bus in the stop till 10.30pm... and no message was sent to my number regarding further delay of the bus.
                                  The whole point is is there no value for customers valuable time???? I mean how do u expect any female to wait for bus (with no information as to when the bus would reach) in a stop in deserted areas...

                                  Illogical charges for laggueges .More chLLR no:130/55198 vehicle no KA01 AG 4743 SRS TRAVELS.
                                  cartan box which one was having sleepers and another box with just new 2 ltr cooker as recived from shop was charged 300 rs more for the package.its was not explained on what base they have charged so much.it was not weighed or scanned.totally illogical.

                                      Bus booked from bangalore to chennai through srs - multiaxle semi sleeper bus - 11:45 pm for 7th nov 2019. The travel agency cancels the bus at 11pm and doesnt provide a convinient change of bus. The final message from your travel agent arrives at 11:20pm, just 20 minutes before the departure of the bus. There is no any basic humanity or customer support by srs travels. One of the worst service ever seen. I highly recommend not to book through srs.

                                      Seat no 15 have a horrible noise to the upper head. Total waste of money to travel with this bus. No one can fix it. Will never recommend to book SRS.
                                      I have to deal with this loud noise for 17hours or more. The noise is It super worst than non AC local bus

                                        Hi,

                                        I am Athar from pune. I booked a ticket from Pune to Ahmedabad on 18th Oct 2019 from Pune, boarding point - Katraj, wonder city.
                                        However, before two hours I get a notification from the SRS that due to heavy traffic jam in the city, The bus will be running late by 6 hours. I was in a hurry as I had to attend some ceremony so I called Pune SRS service to cancel my ticket. I contacted him on [protected]. The executive confirmed my seat number which was 40 in B11R B, lore Jodhpur bus and he promised refund will be processed with in 24 hours. It's 19 long days and I have't even recieved any update of my complaint registered.
                                        I am so deeply disappointed with the SRS service and in future I would not recommend the bus service to other human being.
