SRS Travels — Bad and worst travel experience | |||||
Hi sir, My self satish ram kumar ch, booked my busticket on[protected] to travel from gachibowli, hyderabad to marathhalli, bangalore via redbus.in website. The travel company name is srs travels and the tin no. Is tj9s89394639 and pnr number is ts-rb32989991xau/14488764, bus no. Is 2596. I started from gachibowli, hyderabad on 28th aug 2016 and i was supposed to get down at marathalli, bangalore on[protected] in the morning at around 7 a. M. But on 29th aug 2016, i was forcefully asked to get down at hebbal, which is very far from my destination point and i was left on the road. When i asked the driver about the drop at the destination point, he was very rude and asked me to get down at hebbal itself, as the vehicle goes to mysore. If the bus goes to mysore and doesn't go to the destination point (Marathalli), either the travel company or the website shouldn't display the destination point and once the destination is selected they must facilitate a drop at the destination point only and no where else, especially in the midway. For me it was unfair and i was extremely unhappy with this experience, as i had to travel from hebbal to marathalli which costed me valuable time and an additional amount. This type of issue shouldn't cause any inconvenience to customer and necessary action should be taken on this issue and it shouldn't be repeated. I don't know where to escalate this issue and someone please help me to get a resolution to my bad experience and i don't want to leave this matter here itself, as i felt very bad.
