SRS Travels — bus didn't pcked the passenger from boarding point

I had booked the bus ticket of almatti to bangalore on 20.04.2019 at 10.30 bus through makemytrip website. And also informed the bus boarding point office in taj mobile centre, almatti. I had waited upto 10.30 p. M, one of s. R. S travels crossed us and we waved us from the road side near boarding point office but they didn't stopped the bus.
After the boarding point shop staff also spoke with many persons in bijapur office and managers. But they did not responded well also. And also simply said we can refund to the passenger. Its not about the money, due to the incident i cant reach to chennai with in time i cant attend my company meetings and will cause so much lose to me.

When i tried to made the customer care complaint of this through following phone no [protected] / [protected]/17.

Is this the type of service you are providing the customers?
I didnt seen this much of low quality customer handling in anywhere.

One main reason is
1. They didnt gave the phone no of driver / conductor, only boarding point.
2. They didnt not gave the vehicle no in the message.
3. They didnt made call to passenger (To me) on time, even they didnt made single call to me.
4. The bus didnt stopped in the boarding point. Whether the passenger is from the stop, the bus should be stopped in the boarding point. The driver didnt stopped the bus in boarding point.

Due to these above idiotic things, i had lost the one day of holiday and also cant reach the place correctly. I would also gets delay.

If the peoples from s. R. S travels didn't replied, i will complaint in the court or anywhere else.
