SRS Travels — careless management in pickup of passenger at fixed pickup point | |||||
Sir i booked ticket at 9:38pm from bangalore to muddebihal which i mentioned pickup point at goverdhan thetre. Departure time was 9:45pm around that time i was there but they didn’t pickup and booking office they were telling bus passed and go to next pickup point we informed again we went there still same so still i didn’t get my seat they told u come to our rutine dinner stop daaba we will pickup this is the way to behave with passengers sorry to say too worst experience in sas travels kindly rectify this issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
