SRS Travels — Improper service and no value for Money | |||
Hi, I travelled from Pune to Sirsi on 16th by Booking ticket for the bus Mumbai - Shimoga (Bus No 972). Pickup point was Warje in Pune at 7.40PM and some how I managed to reach Location opposite Mai Mangeshkar Hospital. Bus was delayed by 20 mins and there was no one to inform me at that location and some how I got response for getting Bus number (972). At same time Bus passed the Warje location just in front of me with out stopping there. When I called given number in sms, they told me to catch Auto and come behind the bus to next stop Katraj in Pune. Some how I managed to book Uber and reached next stop by paying 150/- But bus was not there and I got info that Bus will be waiting in some Hotel on the way and another bus going to Banglore will pick me to connect original bus. But there was not even guilty feeling and behaviour of staff was like helping me !!! And reason I got is new driver and didn't know that stop and driver told no information from office staff for the stop!! And main thing was mobile number of Bus staff was not reachable !!! Repeatedly travelled from last two months and never faced these kind of issues. SRS need to train their staff and need more professional way to handle customer services.
