Dear sir, We regret to inform you that we have booked materials from bangalore to ahmednagar vied your lr no 1/39216 dated 04/12/2017 the material has still not reached the destination and when we tried to call your office they are giving excuses and are telling us not to book material with us. Mr krishna kumar ([protected]) give us assurance that the material is booked on 07/12/2017 by vehicle no 553 but the next day morning when we inquired at your ahmednagar office they told the material has not come and it is also not booked from bangalore office. Today again we tried to call mr krishna kumar many times since morning but he is not giving any answer and also not picking of our phone and has no courtesy to answer us. Journey - Indore to Bangalore
Date: 7th Dec 2017
Dear SRS Team,
It is a 26 hours of journey and driver refused to turn on mobile charging point. He is also using bad language when asked to turn on charging point.
He is also saying "Go to SRS head office and still I wont turn it on."
Please take some action.
