SRS Travels — misbehavior (using bad words)

My name is p. Sathiyaprabhu. I have traveled in srs travels from karur to hosur on 02.12.2018. My pnr is 26560189. My boarding point is karur. Bus number is ka 01 ae 1801. I have planned to boarding at near by karur (Velayudhambalayam by pass). So that i called srs travel agent named as kumar. His phone is [protected]. From beginning he spoke like very arrogant person and using too much bad words. What is this?. I can't do anymore. If i am asking to him he had play and spoke untruth statement. I am so suffered this issue. If you are not take any action i will go to the police station and i will give complaint to srs travels and that person. I hope you will going to take necessary action for this issue.
