SRS Travels — office person at srs almost hit me | |||
I made a booking from bangalore to trichy through Paytm for[protected] PM. My phone number is[protected]. I reached office in Madiwala near savoury hotel for boarding and enquired about the bus. But the person at office was busy talking in phone and did not respond to me . I waited for sometime and when i enquired again, he replied me harshly that I have to reach another office located at 1 km distance . When I asked about the confusion, he replied that he is not responsible for it and asked me to contact Paytm. He almost came to hit me to move me out of office . I was in a hurry and had to rush to another office to catch my bus. I never had a worst experience like this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Bus actual time is 3:30pm, but it arrived at 4:40pm and departed at 4:45pm. Very Irresponsible and unaccountable.

While we boarding her we informed him to drop at guindy. But he dropped at perungaluthur and we have called the number and asked. He is rudely and some unnecessary words. Very worst bus
