Dear redbus,

I booked ticket on srs travels ticket number tm[protected]

They cancelled the trip with out any information...

After i reached the bording point then i called to the contact person that time they are updating today trip cancelled like that.

Please refund and humble request dont keep like this unresponsive travels inside redbus network it will damage your name..

Check and update as soon as possible...
