SRS Travels — worst service

Updated by Rajam Raji This travels provided me 50% refund which is nothing in front of my mental stress and medical expenses.. I didn't get sleep for more than one week.. Can't eat properly.. One family came with us for settling their newly married daughter in new home in bangalore.. But they became sentimental and became very upset.. Refund is not a matter in front of all these problems.. I heared from someone that the second driver is regularly taking sleeping pills before going to bed.. So only he can't wake-up when the first driver made him wake-up.. Immediately after 10-15 minutes of driver change, the bus got accident.. So please i request you all transport service providers to be cautious while selecting their drivers as the lives of lot of passengers in their hands.. Thanking you..
