SSC — Invalid roll number

Sir, due internet problem ssc side didn't open for form fill up so, i was send u form offline(postal).but till i have no roll number so i reuest to you consider my case and send me valid roll number. and also put my name amd dob but side said invalid roll number. so kindly consider my problem and solve my problem. thank you.
