SSC — Payment is done but due to server error payment is not approved by ssc

I have applied for the CGL 2016 organised by SSC, while making the payment, my money has been debited successfully from my debit card but successfully did not redirect to SSC website showing some kind of http error. And my application is still showing incomplete due to non payment of fees. There is no way to inform them, though two helpline numbers were given for my region, but both of them remain switch off always. I have attached the payment record from my net banking page.

My name is P Ramu Naidu i have registered part 1 in ssc cgl 2016 with registered id [protected]. I have done payment through sbi debit card in part 2 registration. Here problem is the amount of 100Rs is debited from my bank account, but the part 2 registration is not completed. Please help me.

I was doing the payment through sbi gateway from Punjab National Bank after getting otp and getting approved by clicking confirm their come a server error and my payment was not successful and now it is not allowing me to repay what to do
