I will check the courier tracking status.mention in no such a door number (may 13/4:18pm) i try to call in many times call not attending. I will search to Google map Tambaram Sanatorium St courier office that location no courier office.then toady morning 11 am (may 14 )go to the west Tambaram courier office.. closed in the online mentioned in Sunday is working day ..very poor maintained at courier.how to contact the courier office

The order is not delivered on time, though the order status is "Out for delivery" for the last 4 days. I have tried phone call many times but no one is responding from ST Courier. I feel this is very worst service in ST Courier. I am still waiting to receive the product, it's almost 4 days the order is "OUT FOR DELIVERY"

My Cousin Booked One Parcel through ST Courier which he send from Namakkal to Chennai on 04/05/2023 and it reached in Chennai Guindy - Maduvankarai on 05/05/2023 . But they did not delivered to the address and we are waiting for last 7 to 8 days. As its very urgent Parcel need to be delivered we are in touch with the Guindy Maduvankarai office, and they are behaving irresponsibly and rude behavior and disconnecting the call and daily telling...

I sent a package to BIC cello India, Mumbai (from Tirupur)on 5th May 2023 . They charged ₹200 and assured me that the package will be delivered by 8th May 2023 morning. But it's 9 th May 2023 evening (3.00pm) and still the package isn't delivered. Poor experience with ST courier .( Not following the commitment)

I booked a saree from Salem on 29th April and they sent the item through Salem ST courier, the item reached Nileshawaram Branch on may 2nd. i didnt receive any call from them and updated the status as unable to connect with me through phone, when i enquired with the Nileshwaram Branch, i got a response that i need to pick up the item from The NILESHWARAM BRANCH, and they wont deliver the item to the mentioned delivery address. Salem St courier branch raised complaint against Nileshwara branch but still they have rejected to deliver the item and sent it to Ernakulam Branch. Today (8th May) received a call from Ernakulam branch that, i have rejected the item and its been sent to Ernakulam Branch. Im really disappointed and stressed out because of the Nileshwaram Delivery Branch. If they cant deliver to the door step why they need to have a branch at that location.

A parcel was sent to me from Nanganallur, Chennai to Mahindra world city, Chennai on 28th April. Despite being just a local transit, the parcel still is undelivered. I raised a complaint on Tuesday, 2nd May for which no action was taken till date

The subjected AWB number parcel from chennai to nagercoil is not delivered yet.

Contact persons are rude and irresponsible. We paid for your service. Atleast consider customers are also humans and need proper progress update. ST courier office is very near to our home but still delivery is getting delayed of no reason. Appreciate if I get proper response from ST courier.

Atrocious attitude from your end, the tracking status shows refused by the party and undelivered but no one visited our apartment for delivery at 06.47 PM on 29/04/23 and there was no entry at the gate for your delivery person, without visiting how can it be possible.The above consignment was received at the Koyambedu hub, chennai on 28/04/23 and the status was always showing out for delivery and even on 29 th was showing the same, until the above update.I had ordered a gift from tirupathur to be given to my relative, hence this order but everything gone waste.
To all please avoid using this courier service .Even their customer care has no control over the hub incharge/ delivery persons.

Mango package was supposed to be delivered on April 22 when we reached regarding that the delivery person as well the thoripakam st courier person was very rude and the behaviour towards the women was worst. As it was an food package it would be spoilt if they deliver on Monday even when I said the he hung up the phone and behaved rudely

We are a cloud baking small company. We sent a food product on 20 of April 2023 to Thenkasi district and we were assured that it would reach within 24 hours by ST COURIER of Manamadurai branch Tamilnadu. When we asked this[protected] mobile numbered person (so called authority of Thenkasi branch) he did not properly address our issue and he hung up the call while we were speaking. He is not answering our call then after. Still (22 of April 2023) we don't know the status of our product. Please take an immediate action regarding his irresponsible action.
