Courier was sent to me from Tirunelveli on 19th April 2023 and which was expected to be delivered by 12th or 13th April, but still the courier is not been delivered and when I try to call the delivery person number mentioned on the courier tracking link no proper is been given and also I tried to reach the courier hub over the mobile number mentioned on the Tracking link but they disconnected my call and no proper response.

When we try to reach they are giving an irresponsible answer, I strongly recommend my family and Friends not to opt for the ST courier.

We have couriered the order via ST courier to periyakulam (625601). Address was clearly mentioned in the courier. Due to office meeting, i couldn't respond his call. When called back, he is telling to come and collect the courier from office. This is not happening first time. Please take action on the delivery boy.

Hi, This is regarding AWB#[protected]. The order was shipped on 8th April and been told that will he delivered on 10th but its not delivered yet.. Called the courier partners n number of times and no response.

I am selvi. My friend has booked courier to send trolley to me from sholinganallur ST courier office. Courier was not reached to me, since courier services is not available for the address. It came till tenkasi and return back to same sholinganallur branch. I got call from the sholinganallur branch and the person from the office has shared the above information to me.

The person who is handling the office, he called me asked to send the courier for different addresses. Since my friend has vacated chennai she was not able to go chennai and send to me.

After two months, I got a chance to go chennai and went to sholinganallur office to collect my courier. I called to the same number and asked about the courier.

But the person is not accepting, he is telling courier itself not booked from here. He is not ready to give my courier to me.

He is not telling the details properly. Please help me to get my courier back.

She said rudely: courier have come .. if you want now, come and pick .. I don't know..and suddenly...

It's been 35 days since we sent the package through st courier and they claimed that it will reach within 25 days. And when we asked it to the customer service centre they are not responding properly and not giving proper information. Worst customer service.

Hi! I ordered clothes from online on 26th jan 2023 . They send the order through ST courier which I still haven’t received. My customer has been booked a consignment from ambur location to my address Coimbatore mettupalayam location around 5kg worth parcel via tracking number [protected] but unfortunately the shipment was send to different location to Chennai I need it immediately kindly do the needful.

Worst customer service ever. They charge for home delivery and ask us to collect in courier office. If we ask on the same, staff out there in Udumalpet office speaks extreme rude and disconnects the call. Very worst service and this courier company deserves a legal notice to be served for such fraudulent behaviours.

Delivery person name" Vinoth" very bad worst courier Service in my life. He talked in very rude manner. He don't know how to behave and how talk to a woman basically. While delivering he Tared the copy of bill 2 bills were attached he Tared both bills.then how will we know about that courier center.
Please don't use this ST courier.

People please don't use St. Courier ever, it's my humble request. Last 4 days ago exactly on March 17th my shopkeeper sent a parcel but still I could not receive but actually my parcel is at St. Courier office. It's embarrassing to leave my box in one place for three days, but no one took responsibility for this.

We have a courier from Ernakulam to koratty dated on 16/3/2023..actualy it was very short distance. but courier doesn't reached 17th evening 4 pm.
very bad service . we want the explantaion or feed back of this .

I had been sent a small package through Franch Express/St Courier From Pondicherry HUB on Mar 08, 2023 10:14 PM and received at Kannur HUB on Mar 10, 2023 10:30 AM.

My residence is around 5 kms from the Kannur HUB and I am yet to received
the package.

The worst courier service I have ever seen.

I have had absolutely no problems with DTDC, Professional Courier, Blue Dart etc.

I had booked the courier parcel in St courier, tuticorin on 11.03.2023 and your staff informed that (next day delivery). But still our courier is not delivered to my partner address (METTUPALAYAM).

I am attaching the POD copy for your reference.

This is not first time, very worst service is ST courier only .

Instead of booking from your(ST courier ) side, i will walk and give parcel from my area to the destination area.

Because my walking time may faster than ST courier delivery time .

This is not acceptable.

Appropriate authority should take necessary action against them .
