Respected sir,

Yesterday reached in this courier to destination courier office, and out for delivery but still not receive my medicine up to now. We are call to Ellappan, but he is spoken irregular response and behaviour, In vellore branch is worst . My awb no : [protected]

This sencond time happened like this. Please make some action to them .

Package has reached the destination from Chennai to Guntur on August 19. I was calling the delivery agent multiple times, he answered my calls only twice during my 20+calls. He said he will deliver by 02:00 on August 21, 2022, but he didn't even respond my calls and answered out of topic answers in very rude manner.

Didn't not expect this kind of delivery services from ST couriers.

I have posted my documents through ST courier at August-02-2022.
But still courier didn't reached the destination(Tuticorin).
Now courier status shown as "return to From location(Coimbatore). But courier not yet reached the coimbatore also.

Kindly deliver the courier to the destination location (Tuticorin) ASAP. Because it is containing the very important documents and that is needs to be delivered at the destination location Before AUG-20-2022.

I am from tenkasi / mathalamparai. On 13th August I received a phone call from st courier tenkasi and they asked me to come tenkasi office and to collect the courier. I asked them to deliver the parcel to mathalamparai to me. Delivery address is in mathalamparai.
They speak cruel manner. They told that if i go there, they will give the parcel otherwise they will return the parcel.

வெயிட் பண்னுங்க கால் பண்றேன் என்று கூறினார் நானும் wait பண்ணேன் 20 mins பிறகு நான் கால் பண்ணினேன், பார்த்தீர்களா என கேட்டதுக்கு அவர் இன்று Sunday office leave என்று கூறினார் அண்ணே wait பண்ண சொன்னீங்க இத முன்னாடியே சொல்லாம இப்ப சொல்ரீங்க என கேட்டதுக்கு அவர் திமிராக இன்னும் வர வில்லை பார்சல் தர முடியாது என கூறினால் நான் இல்லங்க பார்சல் வந்துவிட்டது நான் status செக் பண்ணினேன் என கூறினேன் அதற்கு அவர் மறுபடியும் திமிராக செவ்வாய்கிழமை தான் வரும் என போன் கட் பண்ணி விட்டார் இதற்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்கிறேன்

Not properly delivering the products(though it's medicinal)..not even informing the customer about the parcel..when asked directly about the issue..they said not to use st courier ...they have no members to inform or deliver the product..encountering the same issue number of times..wat about courier charges?they are being paid for this work but not at all true to their work

This is in regards to the parcel with ASW Number : [protected] .

The person who delivered the parcel is Saravanan and the person who received the parcel is also him .

Is anything logic here ???

While tracking the order it is showing that it got delivered and the parcel was not delivered to the correct person .
As you can see in the below snaps that the delivery person signed himself and kept the parcel with himself .

Such a SCAM that ST courier Nambiyur branch is doing .

Kindly look into this issue ASAP because the parcel holds dresses of 5000 rs worth . We tried calling the person called saravanan and he is justifying himself that he delivered the parcel to Mrs.Prabala . If that was the case, why should he signed by himself while delivering . Mrs.Prabala is not an illiterate that she is not knowing to sign her own name .

We need our parcel back or the refund amount .
Requesting to take action on this matter considering this as emergency .

I received missed call from [protected] at 3.30 pm. On 30th July.

When I called back he didn't pickup.

After an hour he called and stated that he will not deliver the parcel. He will return it stating that address is wrong.

I told them that it's company and address is correct.

Also our company .. sreetex. .. can be located in Google maps also.

Immediately he raised derrogative comments and stated that he will return the parcel.

I request you to take immediate action and arrange for delivery of both parcels.

I tried to contact st courier customer care number[protected] right from saturday but no response. The e-mail I try to send to [protected]@stcourier.com is also gettinig returned.

Very very slow local delivery ...3 days long covai local delievery. status delievery..but not delievery...fraud delievery agent...all packing open...i think...mobile number switch offf...

Worst staff behaviour, worst customer services. If you are not ready to deliver the parcel at customer place then why the hell you people are taking the orders...

Today afternoon (22.07.2022) Friday I booked a parcel for my customer and the way the agent(+[protected] responded is too worst. He asked her to come to the nearer landmark and after she reached the place he is informing that he'll come after 2 hours. Is this the way the agent responds to the customer?

Hai sir i am karthick on 21/07/2022 i got a call from the St courier and said come to the Tiruppatur office and collect the parcel .I said why can't you deliver to my address so they said we will send the parcel for one person if you want come and get otherwise I will send return he said so I went to the office directly and I asked there he is said don't you know your in the small village why should we deliver there and I said I will complain about this then he and his son pushed my out of the shop and I fall down .Kindly please take action

I booked a parcel 13.7.2022.from Madurai. But I didn't received the parcel till now, so I phoned your courier service and they gave me the delivery boy's number, . Then I phoned that delivery boy's number and asked about this but he answered me Irresponsibly. He said "I don't and I can't deliver your parcel to your delivery point, if you want the parcel you may buy it from the particular place (he mentioned). So please take action immediately to that delivery boy and that branch too, if you don't take any action, you will loose a lot of costomers like me. I need my parcel too... That irresponsible delivery boy's contact number is [protected]

I had send parcel from avinashi hub to tirunelveli on july 14 2022.awb number [protected] still not reached the destination but still it not reached the destination. no updates still now. i request you to deliver the goods as quick as possible

Got an call from delivery guy yesterday but unfortunately can't picked the call.

But he didn't came to the address which mentioned clearly in courier for double check

So i called to the chitlapakam courier office which is near by for me but the lady who picked my call was so unprofessional and immatured behaviour

I enquiry about the call yesterday I received and accepted my mistake fr didn't picked the call but she said you didn't pick up the call and come to office to collect your product if emergency

Didn't pick up the call is my mistake but thebhut have to come inside the address and check rit or is it the way you guys response to the customers, totally frustrated

If we have to go and pick up in courier office then why you guys gave ad as door step delivery nothing sense rit

Product booked from our madurai BRANCH.and reached your kumarapalayam BRANCH but they couldn't deliver the product and asked to pickup the product by us,
Product was booked with free door delivery service, then why we pick the product. We are facing lots of problems every time

Hi,

The product was not received from st couriers, it has been two days and nobody is responding to the call. Very poor support and I’m fed up with this everyone’ every time because of this delivery, kindly raise a complain in consumer forum

Sent a courier to their courier company on 28th of May and I got information online that it was delivered on 7th but this courier has not reached the person yet. They say that it has been done but the delivery has not yet taken place and this has caused a loss of 35 thousand rupees to their company. ([protected])
