I have ordered food products from Nagoor on 12th April and while tracking the parcel, it shows it was in Thillai Nagar Trichy by 13th April 2022 but till 14th April 12:00 p.m. the parcel was not delivered.
When I contact the ST COURIER, they they are telling today is holiday and so we can't able to deliver. It is highly responsible answer as they have received the courier yesterday itself and hold it without informing me.

I have sent a courier to my native city by using ST courier service in Trichy Central bus stand. at the time of payment I have asked the agent when this parcel will be delivered. He said it will be delivered tomorrow.

And i have checked their website for tracking my parcel.

It was reached the hub on time but the delivery guy is keeping the parcel with him & not delivering it.

I have called him for status. He replied very carelessly, irresponsibly which made me mentally frustrated.

He is using very silly reasons for keeping the parcel undelivered.

His name is RAJA. working in Kadayam branch of ST Courier.

The above mentioned address branch are cheated and they dont receive the gadget on time . They never report the issues on time . So i cant understand the issues. Finally when i call to courier branch number and they talk like shouting . I have too timeloss and i have too money loss . I need to deliver the product tomorrow . The specific product is in my nearest st courier hubb and they not handover to me.

I need urgency . I need to deliver in the exact address .

Too poor service in the above mentioned address.

I didnt receive the gadget on time . They are kidding . I got too timeloss, too money loss, too mental frestration . and they spoke like bad. So i am moving legally . Happened from kottakkal malappuram kerala st courier branch .

A package is not delivered since 24th march 2022. It is through st courier from coimbatore to anupuram, Tamilnadu. In the website to track, it is showing item delivered. but we did not receive it. It is AWB number [protected]. Please help us.

I have placed special and urgent courier with special pay for fast delivery, since it's delivered too late with 3 days, 28th morning ordered delivered on 30th evening. Very important delivery to university. Really un happy with that and it will make failure and absent to my exam.

Dis appointed with this issue.

Same parcel now available at ST courier Katpadi branch, but they refused to deliver in the address or alternative addresses and told me to collect it from their office

On 29th march, I got a call from the courier agency asking me to pick up the package from their Hub, stating the package is big. As a customer I have been sending and receiving parcels through ST courier for the past 2 years. I asked the individual to deliver the package and he hung up the call. In return i called the manager of the courier hub regarding the delivery and his response seems to be the same. I request you to take proper action on these corrupt individuals for not delivering the package and they are a disgrace to the company.

My package inspite of arriving to my hometown isn't being delivered its been 8 days now, already filed complaint twice still no response from the facility and the worst part is nobody is attending my calls, will I be getting my parcel or not

I got a courier from sathyamangalam on Monday[protected]. For my urgent need i went to ST courier office Mogapair west branch. The branch incharge Daniel's response was so arrogant and using local language with irrespective manner. We are using ST courier service frequently. Service is very good. But these type of atrocity people will definitely spoil your service. For His behaviour I have to complaint to police. But initially I want to file a complaint to ST courier. worst service.

Writing this complaint from the postal code -628204. Here the service is really worst. Last time, delivery branch kept my parcel for 3 days, then he called me & told me to come & collect the parcel. This time also he is repeating the same. He never attempts to deliver parcel, instead he calls the customer & ask them to collect it. Please take necessary actions.

I send a courier to visionary rcm infotech guindy on 29.9.2021 . I send this from st courier Cithalapakam Chennai with the tracking Id [protected]. It's been 5 months and more . But the courier didn't reach the destination. When I tracked it is showing delivered at somewhere else. I checked with the courier office. But they are responding very irresponsibly. Please help me to recover my courier. That is property of visionary RCM infotech guindy, where I worked previously.

During the period of corona we were cheated that ST local courier has increased its amount from Rs.15/- to Rs.50/-(have proofs and bills) and we were sending around 10 parcels a day. When we came to know Mr.Balamurugan (phone no:[protected] from othakadai office, Madurai has cheated, we spoke regarding this issue to him for which he has called our office on[protected]we have recorded his voice over phone for proof) and threatened our staffs. He has also challenged that he will throw our parcels without delivering. We have complained to the Managers Mr. Mohammed and Mr.Srinivasan from ST COURIER on[protected]. If immediate action is not taken against Balamurugan the owner of the Othakadai agency, we are planning for a legal action against ST Courier and bring media as well for support.

The ST courier is not delivering the item to mentioned address. We have ordered the medicine for the elders in home and they are asking us to come and collect. Unfortunately, my brother in law went out for some personal emergency in his home and we don't have any other vehicle in home. If we have to collect from the office means why to charge for delivery? ST courier is not serving people in the right manner.

yet they didn`t receive courier, but in tracking status they delivered message showing pl verify and take action

It's regarding racking AWB No. [protected]. I have attached the conversations that I ad with my nearest ST Courier Delivery center. It seems they are saying they are not able to deliver the parcel at door step and the weight could be less than 2 kg. This was already sent it to another center at Chinnasalem and it return back to villupuram and then Salem.

I am middle of Talaivasal and Chinnasalem centers and both of them not ready to deliver at my doorstep. The Chinnasalem center saying it's not in their scope. Talaivasal center saying they can't come and deliver at doorstep. I am not sure why they have run the deliver center if not willing to provide the basic service. I am really sad about this poor service in these two center.

Today I spoke to Talaivasal center @[protected] and one more no. [protected]. Since they said they couldn't not able to deliver doorstep I informed them to return it back to the on echo has booked it. I am very much disappointed die to their poor service.

Kindly take some necessary action to enable better service in ST Courier. This is really spoiling the ST courier brand and the service. More than everything the trust we has on your service. Hope I could get better services atleast from next delivery.

Today I received my parcel at gudalur office. Since there were no delivery boys, the office called to us to pick it up from the office. They didn’t make alternative for sources for delivery boys.
