Your branch near Karpagam Hotel at Trichy gives the worst service to customers. My parcel was pending for delivery for 2 days and I was said a reason that my address was not found. That was very silly reason that was given by your staff because I was receiving parcels for more than one and a half year at the same address. Then somehow my parcel was delivered to my home after 2 days. When I reached home I came to know that my parcel was already opened before delivery. When I called your staff for inquiring there was no response and they simply didn't answer my phone call after that. The worst customer service I have ever received. The lady staff particularly gave me a very lethargic reply.

My order has reached the nearest hub on 18th June, but post that there is no communication from the service provider.When i called them today they are saying they will not be delivering the order and we have to personally go and collect the order.

My consignment no is [protected]. I was informed that my courier will reach within 2 days but i have not received my courier yet. i have sent my courier on 27th MAY but it did not reach yet. Is this the kind of service you provide. It has been around 10 days and yet my courier is not reached. This is not the kind of service which i was expecting. How can a parcel be delivered to someone without the receiver's consent.i have been following up with St courier main office for the past 4 days and it's taking lot of time. Hence i am forced to raise an online complaint to speed up the process.

My name is T Sree Anirudh. I sent my cycle through St courier service from NIT TRICHY to Visakhapatnam. My AWB tracking number is [protected]. I received a call that my cycle reached Vizag and I need to pay extra 300 .I strongly object to this as I was not at all intimated that there would be extra delivery charges. They promised me that the cycle will be delivered directly to the delivery address. So I request St courier service to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible

Address was mentioned clearly. I informed to st courier pondicherry branch also, they told within one day we will deliver the parcel. But that also not happen. Please do needful to get parcel.

Please be noted that my courier with waybill number a9235212 from bahrain to gurgaon has not moved from chennai port since 10 days now. It was supposed to be delivered within 7 days and your cargo people just make excuses.
If this doesn't get moved or delivered i shall be forced to take this complaint further at a different level. An early response and delivery will be appreciated.

I have ordered one item in online and they send the material through the st courier. Details are given below:

In online tracking it is showing that package reached cochi hub at 25th april 2019. But till date it didnt reach aluva. I called their aluva office but they said item is missing from their cochi hub and they are not able to track it. I called their cochi hub and i got my worst experience, especially with the lady on call. She was very arrogant and was very irresponsible. I have called them many times they are giving excuses like we are searching for your package its not found. I have paid for the item and also extra i paid for shipment and receiving such a bad experience from them. Till now i have no idea where is my package. Whats the use also if we didn't get parcel on time.
Last time also i ordered and that courier person do not deliver to my address they stored my parcel in their office. We went to collect the parcel from their office.

I have paid rs. 1800 for 18 kg parcel from tirchy, tn to assam. I have bills in my hand. While paying bills they have not asked for any volumetric charge. Now when i reached my home, assam, they are calling me asking to pay rs. 2700 for volumetric otherwise they wont process further. This is not done actually. They should have asked me before about all this when i was in tirchy. They should know about the volume sizs. Its not my look out.

We had one courier in the name of I-Link Software Pvt Ltd., with consignment number [protected] but this delivery person not ready to deleiver in the address mentioned and asked us to collect on the main road. not happy with this kind of service...sorry.

Careless and regardless service which i got from here. I was deliver the courier at 19 apr 2019 from pune maharashtra to bangalore. It was already out for delivery since last 2 days means 23 apr 2019. But not received yet.. And i spoke with the person of bangalore office as well as the delivery person who will responsible but they not able to track my courier. They pass me one person to person and this happened two or more times with me now they not receiving my call nor they helping me to reach my courier.. Worst experience i got from here
The courier is out for delivered since 23 apr 2019 but it not received to destination. And nobody tracking the parcel and helping to reach

Service is worst... They said they won't deliver to the regional address and asked us to collect it from nearby town (Professional courier office) we waited but still the courrier is not delivered. Since we need to move back we asked to deliver him to the near by relative house which is barely 1 km away from professional courrier office... But for that also they didn't okay with it.

Either i[censored] r not servicing that particular region don't take the courrier from the origin itself... They simply saying we will return it back. Customers are not ur play things and don't make them wander here and there... There may chance of sending important documents. Worst case (St courrier - mettupalayam branch). We are providing service charge for delivery... Nothing is free... We are ready to collect it from town which is nearly 9 km away from our village but still they are not responsible. Response is also worst.

It is very difficult to search the best courier service in Chennai. Because most of the courier service provides speed delivery but they all are not secure or reliable. Actually I am from Kolkata, so I don't know about any courier service in Chennai. I always use Skyking Courier service for all delivery. On 9th april.19 the status was showing that the parcel undelivered and retrun to erode. I spoke with prabhar - [protected] and he told your mobile number is wrong so we returned to erode like that and he gave erode office number [protected]. Then i spoke with them on 9.04.19 and updated my mobile number also they promised we will deliver by tomorrow. But today they are saying your mobile number is wrong so we returned. Very irresponsible reply. We worried we tried for the first time with st. Pls forward the courier to us.

"the stupid courier services which is operating in india is the worst i have ever come across in the last 60 years of my life. on 23rd march at t. Nagar, chennai, i gave packet of some documents signed for demat before 31st march. the packet reached at bombay on 24th. But till today 28/3/2019 did not delivered. They are cheats. People visiting india beware and please do not entertain this stupid courier. I need to demat all my shares. Will this stupid courier will take the responsibility to fill all the documents need before 31st march. Can they compensate me for the loss?
