ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

The courier service does not deliver our mail on site. Every month they ask us to travel 15km to get the mail. They are delivering the courier to nearby state bank but not to our business site. Ours is a pos roll from state bank of india which we receive every month or more frequently. It is impossible for us to travel 15km and send a person from our business place since our business will be affected. When enquired they tell us that they do not deliver any deliveries nearby but they are delivering to government offices and banks adjascent to our site. This is happening for the past few mails.

I have sent the courier from manali to malaysia. Where you go for the courier service they will give along with the tracking number but only this courier service nothing... I feel its very worst service i asked for the customer service no response... I feel its very worst service... Actually... I will not refer to my family and friends... Please do best.

My consignment number [protected] where i ordered 2 nos. of sarees weighing 1.50 kgs but received the parcel opened with single piece saree weighing 700 grams only . When I called your staff Damodharan NO, 33 M.S.R Municipal Complex Palamaner road chitoor -517001 Contact no. [protected] for inquiring there was no response so i visited the address personally and asked him to show the consignment receipt from his office records to verify the weight but he said that the receipt was already sent to vellore . so i asked him to get it from whatsapp but he didn't answer my phone call after that. A parcel from bangalore to davangere with tracking number [protected] has been misplaced. I haven't received the parcel at davangere.
The status on your website shows that it has been delivered on 21st of July.
The person at the delivery point maintains a register of all couriers received. There is no entry of any parcel with the tracking number mentioned which means the parcel has never reached the delivery point.
I haven't received any help whatsoever from anyone at ST courier, be it locally, bangalore or Chennai.
I am totally disgusted and disappointed with the way the parcel has been handled and the way my request is being handled.
No one seems to be really worried and working towards locating a missed parcel.. We trust your courier service with our product with a faith that you will take utmost care to deliver it properly. I am completely disappointed with ST courier and am surely not going to use nor recommend anyone to use your services hereafter if my query remains unattended even after so many requests.

I have booked medicine parcel from hosur office to Theni village govindanagaram consignment number [protected] dt. 6/07/2019 but still not delivered the theni branch person. I have called their replied once in a week only delivery in village area and I request aged people is in village it is sugar medicine please delivery immediately. but the branch person called to my mother u come and collect . Today my relative went to branch office and collected the parcel.
What is the service given for your courier clarify immediately. Very worst service given your courier.

Dear sir i have one parcel booked from tirupur on 08/07/2019 the consignment number is [protected]. The delivry boy is not responding to delivry to me.. He said iwll return the parcel to tirupur itself by saying the door is locked, but there is no insedend like that door locked, the man is so rough to me & return the parcel... I have sent a courier to calicut on saturday, and delivered it in calicut office. But they are telling there is no door delivery. Delivery address is

So i request them if it is possible to deliver in another address it is in silk street calicut, they agreed, but till now they are not delivered the material. And they spoke to the customer and to me in a irresponsible mannner. Contacted in managers number also he is not attending the call. Now land phone also they are not attending. It is a small parcel. I am sending cargo from riyadh to tamil nadu (Vellore dist). I am received the parcel yesterday. But i calling many branches in st cargo service the resonance is very very worst. The tracing is also not correct. Don't trust the st cargo service.

Past one week i am following the person many time their telling you will receive soon but the not telling correct.

I am suruthie t ordered cloth from one company. They choose st courier for delivery and they provide awb no as [protected]. I tracked it on their website, their they noted as the parcel has delivered on 1 st july itself. But i didn't received the parcel. Myself and my friend called the delivered person and courier service, their answers are not truthful and they are telling different thing at each call

I have sent some artificial jewelry the value is around 7500/- while dispatching the things the courier people they haven't inform me that these kind of stuffs is allowed to send. They themself packed and sent. Before delivering they have opened the parcel and taken one pearl jewel which the value is around 2000/-
Other stuffs are reached but with parcel opened.

My courier AWB no is [protected] as per your tracking status 2 times out for delivery but I have not get any call from delivery boy, today I track his no and spoke with delivery boy he told your courier laying in guindy, you collect from Guindy I attempted two times now your courier dispatch return to andhara and collect from andhara office. Your branch near Karpagam Hotel at Trichy gives the worst service to customers. My parcel was pending for delivery for 2 days and I was said a reason that my address was not found. That was very silly reason that was given by your staff because I was receiving parcels for more than one and a half year at the same address. Then somehow my parcel was delivered to my home after 2 days. When I reached home I came to know that my parcel was already opened before delivery. When I called your staff for inquiring there was no response and they simply didn't answer my phone call after that. The worst customer service I have ever received. The lady staff particularly gave me a very lethargic reply.

My consignment no is [protected]. I was informed that my courier will reach within 2 days but i have not received my courier yet. i have sent my courier on 27th MAY but it did not reach yet. Is this the kind of service you provide. It has been around 10 days and yet my courier is not reached. This is not the kind of service which i was expecting. Consignment number [protected] -status online shows delivered. But it is not been handed over to the receiver mentioned in the parcel. I need to know whom the parcel is delivered with their name and phone number. Please do the needful.
How can a parcel be delivered to someone without the receiver's consent.i have been following up with St courier main office for the past 4 days and it's taking lot of time. Hence i am forced to raise an online complaint to speed up the process.

My name is T Sree Anirudh. I sent my cycle through St courier service from NIT TRICHY to Visakhapatnam. My AWB tracking number is [protected]. I received a call that my cycle reached Vizag and I need to pay extra 300 .I strongly object to this as I was not at all intimated that there would be extra delivery charges. They promised me that the cycle will be delivered directly to the delivery address. So I request St courier service to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible

One of my brother send courier to me on may 08 from udumalpet, tamilnadu. But that courier still not delivered. Checking awb details in st courier portal, mentioned address not clear. Address was mentioned clearly. I informed to st courier pondicherry branch also, they told within one day we will deliver the parcel. But that also not happen. Please do needful to get parcel.

Please be noted that my courier with waybill number a9235212 from bahrain to gurgaon has not moved from chennai port since 10 days now. It was supposed to be delivered within 7 days and your cargo people just make excuses.
If this doesn't get moved or delivered i shall be forced to take this complaint further at a different level. An early response and delivery will be appreciated.

I have ordered one item in online and they send the material through the st courier. Details are given below:

In online tracking it is showing that package reached cochi hub at 25th april 2019. But till date it didnt reach aluva. I called their aluva office but they said item is missing from their cochi hub and they are not able to track it. I called their cochi hub and i got my worst experience, especially with the lady on call. She was very arrogant and was very irresponsible. I have called them many times they are giving excuses like we are searching for your package its not found. I have paid for the item and also extra i paid for shipment and receiving such a bad experience from them. Till now i have no idea where is my package. Whats the use also if we didn't get parcel on time.
Last time also i ordered and that courier person do not deliver to my address they stored my parcel in their office. We went to collect the parcel from their office.

I have paid rs. 1800 for 18 kg parcel from tirchy, tn to assam. I have bills in my hand. While paying bills they have not asked for any volumetric charge. Now when i reached my home, assam, they are calling me asking to pay rs. 2700 for volumetric otherwise they wont process further. This is not done actually. They should have asked me before about all this when i was in tirchy. They should know about the volume sizs. Its not my look out.
