So i request them if it is possible to deliver in another address it is in silk street calicut, they agreed, but till now they are not delivered the material. And they spoke to the customer and to me in a irresponsible mannner. Contacted in managers number also he is not attending the call. Now land phone also they are not attending. It is a small parcel. they didn't deliver, they send the various delivery center, but all of the delivery center said. this area is not in our area, worst service
