So many times i was ordered some things in online they send the material through the st courier. But every time they (St courier) didn't give proper response to me and they didn't attend my phone call. Last 3 times i was adjusted with them but now my parcel is there i was tried so many times but they didn't attend my call towards ask the status about my parcel. That courier person do not deliver to my address they stored my parcel in their office. We went to collect the parcel from their.

    Careless and regardless service which i got from here. I was deliver the courier at 19 apr 2019 from pune maharashtra to bangalore. It was already out for delivery since last 2 days means 23 apr 2019. But not received yet.. And i spoke with the person of bangalore office as well as the delivery person who will responsible but they not able to track my courier. They pass me one person to person and this happened two or more times with me now they not receiving my call nor they helping me to reach my courier.. Worst experience i got from here
    The courier is out for delivered since 23 apr 2019 but it not received to destination. And nobody tracking the parcel and helping to reach

      Service is worst... They said they won't deliver to the regional address and asked us to collect it from nearby town (Professional courier office) we waited but still the courrier is not delivered. Since we need to move back we asked to deliver him to the near by relative house which is barely 1 km away from professional courrier office... But for that also they didn't okay with it.

      Either i[censored] r not servicing that particular region don't take the courrier from the origin itself... They simply saying we will return it back. Customers are not ur play things and don't make them wander here and there... There may chance of sending important documents. Worst case (St courrier - mettupalayam branch). We are providing service charge for delivery... Nothing is free... We are ready to collect it from town which is nearly 9 km away from our village but still they are not responsible. Response is also worst.

      Which courier service is best in Chennai?
      It is very difficult to search the best courier service in Chennai. Because most of the courier service provides speed delivery but they all are not secure or reliable. Actually I am from Kolkata, so I don't know about any courier service in Chennai. I always use Skyking Courier service for all delivery. They provides very good and secure service with long term delivery. But I have seen SkyKing Courier also has Chennai branch. So I recommend, you can check out their site for your help.

      In Chennai, it is very difficult to find who provides the best services for courier delivery. Nowadays many courier companies are considering only the time, but safety and reliable is the most important factor in the courier service.

      Last Friday We orderd ac via st courier they said order will be delivery on Monday but still now did not make a delivery...I called ST courier Tuticorin branch they said only one product in our line wait for 2days it will come some more product...what is this mam?

They informed me some 37 boxes of parcel boxes they received for me. As per them, they cannot deliver the parcel to my destination and the eway bill was already submitted by the sender.             [protected]: my courier didnot delivered. I was tracking in online. It was showing out for delivery on 8.04.19. But not delivered on that day. On 9th april.19 the status was showing that the parcel undelivered and retrun to erode. I spoke with prabhar - [protected] and he told your mobile number is wrong so we returned to erode like that and he gave erode office number [protected]. Then i spoke with them on 9.04.19 and updated my mobile number also they promised we will deliver by tomorrow. But today they are saying your mobile number is wrong so we returned. Very irresponsible reply. We worried we tried for the first time with st. Pls forward the courier to us.

                    "the stupid courier services which is operating in india is the worst i have ever come across in the last 60 years of my life.  on 23rd march at t. Nagar, chennai, i gave packet of some documents signed for demat before 31st march.   the packet reached at bombay on 24th. But till today 28/3/2019 did not delivered. They are cheats. People visiting india beware and please do not entertain this stupid courier. I need to demat all my shares. Will this stupid courier will take the responsibility to fill all the documents need before 31st march. Can they compensate me for the loss?

                          Hi,
                          I recently had a package that had to be delivered to me. I was not able to pick the call from delivery person, so my package was undelivered. I called him back the next morning (21/03/2019). The way he spoke was very unprofessional and rude. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. His tone and sentences were very unprofessional. I want you to take this complaint very seriously and take action against that person - mr. Elangovan (West tambaram delivery). If this continues, your business will drop. Please teach your employees the value of customer service and how to be polite with customers. Also, i suggest that atleast two attempts should be made before you ask the customers to come and pick up the delivery themselves. I hope this complaint will not be ignored.

                              I have given unicorn bike for parcel to mannargudi. At that time they told they will be parcel in a day. But still i did not get my bike. It’s been 4 days. When i call he is telling that he will call in 5 mins after that he is not even mind. Response is very bad. We are highly disappointed with st courier.

                              I was sent a courier with 2 fans along with blade set was sent on 4th march from thoothukudi to urapakkam which i received on 7th march with one part of courier is missing (2 fan blades). I have made a complaint immediately on 7th march and the complaint id is tnixm01522 and there is no proper response i received, whereas they closed the complaint without my notice. The total weight of the courier is around 11kg, i received only 9kg pack.

                              I was highly disappointed with their services and the customer response.

But till today upto 2.30 p. M. I have not received. I have contacted mr. Premkumar ([protected]) yesterday and he assured to give by evening. But today just know contacted and he told that he will delivery today by 5 p. M. And also told that he yesterday contacted the mobile but he said that he was not getting line. I am the superintendent of gst - central govt. Previously it was service tax office and my mobile i was getting continuously all official calls to this number only. I could not able to why that man was telling like this. We are sending urgent only through courier but not received in time. What happened.                                 I have sent a document for delivery from Chennai to Kolkata. Tracking shows parcel reached Kolkata hub on 4th March. After that 2 days have passed, still we have not received the parcel. Also, the status is not getting updated. Consignment no.[protected].Kindly provide update ASAP.

                                I sent a document from Chennai to Bangalore last month and that document was not yet delivered and when contacting the st courier, they simply say it was delivered and they are not even giving any proof of delivery. it was an important document and i feel terribly sorry in choosing this pathetic courier service.

                                  I am working in OPPO mobile company, i have send one materials in nagercoil poorvika mobile shop on 06.03.2019, but still now the materials not received that shop. I have told nagercoil area st courier service number, they are told some loadman problems in that place so we are not deleviery that materials. Its is your best service? i cant understand it. Already they are know this problem, so why they are inform to your HO or customer.

                                    Courier not delivered which was ordered on feb 23rd 2019.
                                    Website tracking only shows it is undelivered and upon calling the number displayed on same, there is no response from it.
                                    Upon contacting the chennai contact provided on homepage, concerned person is just forwarding the calls and no response.

                                    Please deliver this product as soon as possible.
