ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

I was sent a courier with 2 fans along with blade set was sent on 4th march from thoothukudi to urapakkam which i received on 7th march with one part of courier is missing (2 fan blades). I have made a complaint immediately on 7th march and the complaint id is tnixm01522 and there is no proper response i received, whereas they closed the complaint without my notice. The total weight of the courier is around 11kg, i received only 9kg pack.

I was highly disappointed with their services and the customer response.

My son's friend have booked one parcel from salem on[protected]Bookind cosignment number [protected]) to me with complete address and phone no. But till today upto 2.30 p. M. I have not received. I have contacted mr. Premkumar ([protected]) yesterday and he assured to give by evening. But today just know contacted and he told that he will delivery today by 5 p. M. And also told that he yesterday contacted the mobile but he said that he was not getting line. I am the superintendent of gst - central govt. Previously it was service tax office and my mobile i was getting continuously all official calls to this number only. I could not able to why that man was telling like this. We are sending urgent only through courier but not received in time. What happened. Your service is very bad and even that man talking very bad. Please look into the matter and call me [protected]. I am working in OPPO mobile company, i have send one materials in nagercoil poorvika mobile shop on 06.03.2019, but still now the materials not received that shop. I have told nagercoil area st courier service number, they are told some loadman problems in that place so we are not deleviery that materials. Its is your best service? i cant understand it. Already they are know this problem, so why they are inform to your HO or customer.

Courier not delivered which was ordered on feb 23rd 2019.
Website tracking only shows it is undelivered and upon calling the number displayed on same, there is no response from it.
Upon contacting the chennai contact provided on homepage, concerned person is just forwarding the calls and no response.

Please deliver this product as soon as possible.

Waybill number of st courier [protected] was requested to deliver by wednesday (20th february). They promised and accept the parcel. The person is leaving to kenya on 22nd and we need the courier to be delivered by today as he need to repack. We informed the same in pallavaram office before sending. But still the status shows in transit. If it is not delivered by thursday, st courier should deliver it to nairobi (Kenya) on their own cost.

In st courier they dispatch parcel by first flight

It's 2 month over
Parcel not delivered
They give st tracking but that one is wrong number

I contact customer care they told it's not st tracking

That guy when i contact him is not attending my call

No response

Very bad service

I want my parcel or tracking number

It's 1000 rs worth

We have not received our courier for the past two days, but in online it shows the courier was out for delivery from[protected].30 am.

I want to know the reason of my courier status. Why you guys are not deliver the courier for past two days. I have raised the complaint over phone also, but its not sorted till now.

Ponnamaravathi st courier is very very worst courier service in sivagangai dt. I ordered parcel from chennai to nerkuppai, sivagangai dt. They called on feb 7th. Receive a parcel from chennai in your name pls come and receive your courier. We don't delivery to your home (Around 6km). They said do not given to any relation r friends that mention person olny come and get your parcel do not service to your home. I have a 7month baby what to do. Then my brother talk with service man.
My brother get a parcel from ponnamaravathi courier office.
Then my 2nd courier address to thirupattur tk sivagangai dt. Call from ponnamaravathi office pls come and take your parcel. I said i can't come pls send to thirupattur office. But what they were did return back to chennai. I dnt kw what i paid shipping charge for rs100.
It's not a free service they bought a money. But they do not properly.
Today feb 15 i didn't get my courier.
What a st courier service

I did not get any update... Pls consider my complaint as priority and resolve as earliest possible... Regards

Dear sir/mam,
We have sent a courier thought st courier services to gurudev motors, but it is still not delivered yet. Tracking details shows it is delivered, but it is not delivered yet.
Despite being continuous follow ups with them, they are unwilling to resolve the issue, it has been almost 2 months the courier has not been reached.
Request your help in this matter.

I sent a parcel to chennai on last saturday and he committed to delivery by morning and due to some problem it’s delayed and I am okay with the delay but they guys calls and speaks in a worst way that cannot be digested at all.

He is calling and asking why the parcel is more than 3Kg ??

What should I can answer post shipment?

Is it’s thing to cause a delay?

Please teach some basic respect to the employees.

But tracking information are delivered declaration showing

I wood sevior compliant to this issue
No one tanken response phone call,

I pay money but you are cheeted to me.
And not to responce informed my courier details and not to attend any phone calls

Same was not delivered to the address & showing the same status after 10 days.

It was worst experience to use stcoriour.

Never ship with this coriour again.

Gave delivery address as shollinganalur, bharat nagar.but I haven't received yet.while tracking it's seems delivered in kelambakam by 9th Jan.please resolve this quickly I need my parcel as soon as possible.that is mandatory.its a marriage gift.please take this as high priority.i feel too disappointed.hereon I will not suggest any one this courier.how can they give status as delivered without me knowing.how I will be able to track it, the number provided seems to be invalid.please help me.its too urgent and it's my loved gift.

Hwb:[protected], we sent courier from abudhabi to chennai.in that one small bluetooth speaker worth 130 aed and 1 power bank worth 50 aed. Both items are missing when its delivered. When we complained about it over phone, we haven't treated as a customer. They are saying they are not responsible for the item and if any thing is missing they will give only the rate per kg that is 25 aed. We need 180 aed or the item. Take action immediately.

I have given my parcel on 14-jan-2019 in ulsoor, bengaluru with consignment number as [protected]. The courier office person said like that courier will be delivered on 17-jan-2019. Today i didn't receive any update from st courier and not able to track my parcel. I have contacted ulsoor branch, there is no proper response from branch office. Based on that parcel, i have planned lots thing. It's all got spoiled and such poor response from st courier. This is kind of service never ever seen with any other courier service. Myself highly disappointed with your service and consumer response. Interesting thing is my consignment number was invalid awb number in tracking database. I want clear information about my parcel and confirm about whether is st courier or not.

A consignment booked (Consignment no. [protected] booked on 10.01.2019) by my brother for me from parasala to me at ponneri has not reached me as on date 15.01.2019 however the website tracking shows that it is delivered on 12.01.2019 itself. When contacted, the local agent (Ponneri) responded in a poor and disrespectful way. The behavior of the local agent is very bad and irresponsible. The online tracking also shows wrong data which might have been fed online wrongly by the agent even before delivery.

When checked in the internet, i wondered seeing hundreds of similar complaints about st courier making it unreliable courier company.
