I have booked a document ([protected]) on 11.12.2018 from tuticorin to kumta, at teachers colony (Tuticorin) st courier booking office. While booking, the guy ensured me that courier will reach within 2 days, but it has not been delivered upto 13.12.2018. When i trace the consignment number i got a information that it’s not yet reached bangalore (In transit).
On 13th i called customer care chennai, they informed that courier already reached bangalore and given st courier bangalore office number for further details. When i called bangalore they told that courier has not been received by bangalore office still! Again i called chennai they repeated same word its already reached bangalore!!, after some argument finally they given madurai contact number. Now i called madurai st courier, as usually they informed its reached bangalore already!!!. So again after argument, customer relationship manager asked me to give sometime to clear the issue and he assured that courier will reach the destination within a day. (Whole day from morning 10:00 to 7:00 pm i did follow-up).
Meanwhile when i asked l (On 13th) booking office (Tuticorin) about the issue, they simply informed me that courier will be returned if they don’t have service and no need to worry.
On 14th again i called madurai, chennai and bangalore office. Finally madurai office informed that courier returned to madurai office as they don’t have service and i will get deliver the returned courier from tuticorin on 15th.
On 15th i was keep on asking for asked for returned courier but upto 6:50 pm st courier tutcorin office persons did not check the rto cover. They informed me that they did not received any courier as on date and might get it on monday (Whereas madurai office told me that they had sent return on 14th itself) finally i went to tuticorin office and in front of me only they opened and checked the returned covers and handed over me the document. (This is high level o[censored]nprofessional way)
Please consider follow things
1 when there is no service in destination pin, for what sake it getting booked?. Does st courier gives a franchise to any uneducated persons, who doesn’t have a minimum knowledge of checking pin before book a cover?
2. When i asked tuticorin main branch office the informed that it is a common issue and they are getting many complaints of booking non-service area. Is this a way of making money by booking to non-service area and after a week giving it return back to customer?
3. Even st courier senior level staffs like relationship manager doesn’t know the area comes under service or non-service
I sent courier from thottiyam to chennai spencar plaza.on 28.01.19.
In the reciever side the courier is not recieved.
But the courier is delived.
