I have booked a document ([protected]) on 11.12.2018 from tuticorin to kumta, at teachers colony (Tuticorin) st courier booking office. While booking, the guy ensured me that courier will reach within 2 days, but it has not been delivered upto 13.12.2018. When i trace the consignment number i got a information that it’s not yet reached bangalore (In transit).
On 13th i called customer care chennai, they informed that courier already reached bangalore and given st courier bangalore office number for further details. When i called bangalore they told that courier has not been received by bangalore office still! Again i called chennai they repeated same word its already reached bangalore!!, after some argument finally they given madurai contact number. Now i called madurai st courier, as usually they informed its reached bangalore already!!!. So again after argument, customer relationship manager asked me to give sometime to clear the issue and he assured that courier will reach the destination within a day. (Whole day from morning 10:00 to 7:00 pm i did follow-up).
Meanwhile when i asked l (On 13th) booking office (Tuticorin) about the issue, they simply informed me that courier will be returned if they don’t have service and no need to worry.
On 14th again i called madurai, chennai and bangalore office. Finally madurai office informed that courier returned to madurai office as they don’t have service and i will get deliver the returned courier from tuticorin on 15th.
On 15th i was keep on asking for asked for returned courier but upto 6:50 pm st courier tutcorin office persons did not check the rto cover. They informed me that they did not received any courier as on date and might get it on monday (Whereas madurai office told me that they had sent return on 14th itself) finally i went to tuticorin office and in front of me only they opened and checked the returned covers and handed over me the document. (This is high level o[censored]nprofessional way)

Please consider follow things

1 when there is no service in destination pin, for what sake it getting booked?. Does st courier gives a franchise to any uneducated persons, who doesn’t have a minimum knowledge of checking pin before book a cover?
2. When i asked tuticorin main branch office the informed that it is a common issue and they are getting many complaints of booking non-service area. Is this a way of making money by booking to non-service area and after a week giving it return back to customer?
3. Even st courier senior level staffs like relationship manager doesn’t know the area comes under service or non-service

My consignment Number [protected].My Product courier on 3 /10/2018 till now product amount will not be given... Daily i used to call courier they will say tmrw it will come... So many tmrw over.. Pls i need my money... Waste of time and My product also missed because of STCourier my business customer also i missed... I complaint in STCourier and All the way i tried... How many tmrw is gone... 2months over 3 month started i need my amount

A parcel containing dress material has been booked with st courier
With reference docket number [protected] booked in the name of mrs. Chandrika santhanam, pammal, chennai has been lost transit by the carelessness of the staff of the courier company. I am following up with one ms. Leena in your egmore office for the last one week. She keeps telling that the parcel has gone without scanning and they are not able to trace it and are doing a manual check. But still even after 7 days they are not able to track my parcel and are yet to deliver the same to me.

Myself v. Sujith. Booked a parcel in your courier service (St courier) at adyar, chennai on saturday (12.30 pm, 01.12.18). The parcel awb no. Is [protected]. Waited till tuesday (04.12.18) for the delivery but no response from st couriers. Then registered a complaint in st couriers for the delivery on wednesday (05.12.2018) and the complaint reference no. Is tnmaa[protected]. Also they gave me the nagercoil branch for tracking my parcel. When i contact them, they said that the parcel was dispatched to marthandam on monday (3.12.18) itself. Also they gave the marthandam branch no. When i contacted the marthandam branch. They confirmed that they received the parcel on monday (3.12.18). They also conveyed they couldn't deliver my parcel to the destination address because it comes beyond their limit area. After further interrogation they accepted for the delivery and finally got my parcel delivered on thursday (06.12.18)

Finally it took five days to reach the destination. But in your advertisement it is stated as"setting new delivery standards with fast & secure services"

Were as other courier services takes only a day time to deliver to this destination.

Kindly take necessary steps to rectify the above said complaint.

On 21.11.18 one article booked from cbe to krishnagiri.. Consignment number is [protected]... Still 24.11.18 article was not delivered.. But status is delivered.. One of the worst service provider.. 3 days completed but not received.. Nobody pick the phone both cell and land line.. Always engaged lines... Not even take local contact number... Don't go with st courier...

Dear sir/madam,

This is regarding the consignment number [protected], sent by ra. Nagarajan from aundipatti (Tamilnadu) to vadodara (Gujarat) on nov 12, 2018 through st courier. This courier was sent by my father ra. Nagarajan to me (Ganeshwari).

I received it nov 15th night 9:20 pm. It came in a covered condition. I didn’t suspect anything that time, as i was unaware the list of things sent by my father.

When i spoke with my father the next day, i came to know about the list of missing items. I’m really shocked to hear this. Someone has unpacked, taken out few items and repacked the box.

When i came to know this missing issue, i contacted st courier chennai office who gave the answer that “the courier is delivered and you have signed it. So nothing can be done now.” i didn’t expect this answer from your customer care person.

We went in person to first flight courier office who delivered in vadodara.
And there, they said airport persons might have suspect the box and opened it. (Note : please check the below listed items that were missing, will the airport person remove such items under suspect?). Its ridiculous.

First flight courier blames st courier and st courier blames first flight. And the sufferer here is the customer. I have sent mail to both st courier and first flight to found the root cause and the reimburse the amount, but i didn't get reply from both of them. You people have no concern even to reply to a customer.

We paid rs.1050/- for this courier service. The missed items cost is rs.1080 which needs to be reimbursed after your proper investigation.

I have seen several complaints on missing items against st courier. St courier has to take corrective measures to stop such issues from your end. Why should the customer has to suffer for your problem? Try to find the peoples who does such illegal tasks and suspend them.

Below are the missing items,

Panangarkandu (1 kg) – rs.550
Karuppatti (1 kg) – rs.350
Kadalai mittai (1 packet) – rs.40
Coco mittai (2 packets) - rs.80
Halwa (1 packet) – rs.60

St-[protected] has been booked on 12th november 2018. Parcel showing out for delivery on 19th and not yet delivered. Respective sr nagar branch people of banglore not responding. Need the delivery asap. Even status not updated from 19th novb. Update it asap. Need immediate action about the same.

Parcel with consignment number [protected] was booked on 15th nov 2018 at virudhunagar tn st courier office. Even as of today 22nd nov 2018, the parcel has not been delivered at bangalore destination address.

Our repeated follow up over phone has not resolved the issue.

Some times our phone calls are not being answers. Even if phone calls are attended they do not give polite answers.

Please help to resolve the issue and deliver the package. Since home made nutritious powder meant for infant will get spoiled

Mrs. Deepa, my supplier from tripur booked a parcel weighing 4.2kg on 14th november.

Mr. Kathir recvd the parcel and booked from tirupur.
Today mrng i went to courier office here in 1st gate, salem junction and enquired for parcel..
The person in computer section searched for the consignment number and told 3 kg parcel..
I spoke with supplier and she told she booked for 4.2 kg only
In between that kathir from tirupur called me and spoke very harsh and telling me as a cheat that i am telling 3.5kg only there.. The way he spoke is very harsh and i was very disturbed sir..

Totally unprofessional service booked the shipment without knowing there is no service and surprisingly they have no service to chengalpattu? Booked diwali sweets for a customer on 2.11.18, wb [protected], still undelivered, now they say they do not have service, if so why did you book and take money? Are your booking staff #? My awb number is [protected]. Booked on 31.10.18 on chennai. 1st nov it reached yo madurai, after that no update. On 9th of november, it returned back to chennai. They didn't even call me once for checking. When i called the corresponding person, he talked very rudely. I asked to reforward. They again sent from chennai, 14th nov tracking update shows delivered the product. But i didn't received. I again called the corresponding person, he told delivery boy keeping the parcels in his home and updated in website as delivered. He also very rude and irresponsible. Finally my uncle went and collected in st office... Its been almost 20 days. Finally we have to collect by ourselves. Nvr ever use st courier for anything

Eatable missing which is sent from nagarkovil to chennai
Sent by jn agencies to m. Yogesh babu in chennai. Iam yogesh filing this complaint. My consignment no is [protected] which is booked from nagarkovil at 12.11.2018. So i request to kindly slove this issue.

Missing item is chweunuts and please do the needfull as soon as posible.

Someone has stolen my eatable things

Hi my consignment number is [protected]. My parcel been send from bangalore to chennai. The chennai customer care people claim that they didn't receive the parcel and told me its still in bangalore and they asked me to contact the bangalore customer care, and the bangalore team claim that they send the parcel on 6 nov itself but i didn't receive the parcel. So i literally in the middle dont know whether they will give my parcel or not. When i saw the complaint box i figured that lot of parcel been missing during these days shipment. Seriously i don't know whether anybody even takes action for this complaints. Customer care they just answer the calls but no action taken. Pls take action for this complain. Thanks.

Booked a courier from thiruthangal to chennai on 5.11.2018 and still now the parcel is not received in the another end.

Unable to track my courier in online too, showing invalid awd.

Contacted the booked office and they asked to me contact[protected] this number.

I called the above for 2 days more than 3 times but every time when i called that number one lady picked up the call, asked for courier number and said 'will check and call you later'. But i didnt get a single response still.

I am from tenkasi / mathalamparai. On 5th november (Last monday), i received a phone call from st courier tenkasi and they asked me to come tenkasi office and to collect the courier. I asked them to deliver the parcel to mathalamparai to me. Delivery address is in mathalamparai.
They speak cruel manner. They told that if i go there, they will give the parcel otherwise they will return the parcel. Then i asked them to write this statement...

I am sending my brother's invitations to mumbai. Address is ajith shettiyar, gottiya keni chawl, eakta nagar, near k. G mittal college, malad west, mumbai-400064... Isn't it on 1.11.18 but it is not received yet (7.11.18).. My relative is booking tickets on 7.11.18 to return chennai after inviting my relations by this invitations... But it's totally collapsed... My charge for the courier ₹140 is waste and the ticket was cancelled, ticket cost ₹578 also waste... I raised a complaint on 5.11.18. Complaint id is (St courier : we acknowledge the receipt of your complaint about awb no. [protected] and the complaint id is tnmaa[protected]. They said sorry for the delay sir and at any cost it will be delivered today you don't worry sir... I trust them words... But i am totally disappointed... Shame on you st courier... What about my cost of courier charge??? And what about the cost of train ticket??? If you may refund my amount, but how can you return my valuable time... Is st courier is playing with the customer's money and time??? Shut it out go and do the other job... It's disgusting... Don't treat your customer's like this...
