one document (ref no:[protected] was sent by ST couries from Adiram pattiam (Tamil nadu
india) 26/07/2010. but till today it was not reached. i wasted $50 in making phone call to india daily regarding my document, they said me that u will get delivery today .but never get delivery. and i call to india & singapore couries office no body don't know what is the status.

SUBJECT: COURIER SENT ON 02-APR-2010 NOT RECEIVED AS YET

I was to recieve two packages of courier AWB No.[protected] &[protected] sent from ST Courier Al Ain, UAE from my relative. After constant reminders to Khaja tel no.[protected], one of the package was received AWB No.[protected]. The person Khaja who collected the package was in a hurry as if he knew that he could make one of the packages lost.

However, there seems to be not trace of AWB No.[protected]. We have been calling Khaja tel no.[protected] & Jayanti/Naja [protected] regarding this matter well before the courier claim becomes invalid. I am always told to call after 3-4 days or a week. Sometimes they say the package is lost & then they as that they are seaching for it. I have phone records to prove that I have called you well before the claim invalidity period. This package was sent with hard earned money of my relative. The weight of the package was around 27 kg. It was worth more than DH 3000.

Kindly look into this asap.

I have sent an importanat document to Dr Nadia Fareed, 66 Noor Nagar Extention,Johri Farm, New Delhi-25, consignment no.[protected] on 7 th of May by ST courior Vijayanagar Branch Bangalore-560040 Mob.no.[protected], having central office M.M Brotheres compound, Kanthampatti Byepass opposite SISU Hospital Salem-636005 ph: no.[protected]/77.
But not yet recieved by the adresee and not returned back to me due to this delay the adresee unable to produce the document in the interview so she is at the verge of losing the job and despite of calling so many times at above mentioned mob.no, they are not responding properly.

Hi,
I am Garuni. i am living in Porur.
One of my friend had sent me a document via ST courier from Coimbatore on 21st of April around 10AM. its been more than 48 hours now and i am yet to receive the document.When i called these guys they simply say that they do not have any time. these are the happenings for the past 2 days;
Day-1:[protected]
10:00AM - Couries is registered in coimbatore and it is promised that they will deliver it before 12:00 noon the next day.

Day-2:[protected]
1:00 PM - i made a call to ST courier customer support. they gave me a mobile number and asked me to contact the person.

1:15 PM - the person told me that the delivery boy had taken the document and i will receive it within 3 PM that day.

3.30 PM to 4.30 PM - made several calls to the mobile number. they did not even bother to pick it up and around 6 times the person picked up and after hearing my voice he disconnected the call.

5:00 PM- called back to the customer service and spoke to the manager stating him the problems. he promised me that my document will be at my foot steps before 6 max.

6.30 PM - did not receive the courier; they are picking up my call and disconnecting ; called up customer care and just heard that ST courier operates only between 9 AM to 6 PM.

7:00 PM - called up the mobile number from my land line, some one picked up the call and just shouted at me telling that it is time for them to leave the office and cannot answer any calls.

7:15 PM- again called them and pleaded that the document is quite urgent and requested them if i can come and get it collected from office. they told me to come before 8 PM.

7:45 PM- i was half way through to the office and just called them to tell that i will reach in another 15 mins. some other person took the phone and started shouted telling that the courrier boy had met with an accident and is admitted in the hospital.
i told him that the courier had a ticket for my next days travel and it is really important. he started using bad words and raised his voice telling that all the documents are in the courier boy's house.
when i asked him how can he leave it in a place other than courier office he simply told me that it is none of my business and he CANNOT deliver it today at any cost.
this argument went on and i got really frustrated and hung up the call.

Day-2:[protected]

i had to cancell my trip since my document which was the key for the trip got held up with these people.
i did not receive any calls till 2 PM.
again i called them up and asked them about the status. the person told me that i will receive it in another 1 hour time. again nothing happend.

3.30 PM - called up the customer care and told the manager the whole story and requested them.
the person told me he will make necessary actions and i will receive it in another 30 mins time. he made a call to porur branch and enquired keeping me on hold. he told me that the porur guy had told that the address is not clear. when i asked him about the accident he simply disconnected.

its 5:50 PM now and i did not hear from them. none is picking up the call.

Will ST couriers ever understand their customer needs and respond to this problem...???

Hello Sir(ST Courier),

I sent the courier(Order No:[protected]dated on 10.4.2010-saturday to tuticourin from Kanchipuram ST courier.Still it is not delivered to the concerned person.
There is no proper response from kanchipuram's ST courier working persons.Even i enquired in tuticourin ST courier office,they said they didn't receive it yet.
Note:
Courier contains the Mobile worth of about Rs.2000.Before sending courier itself,i told to the ST courier working person, cover contains mobile.He said that "no problem,it will deliver on monday to tuticourin."I didn't get proper response from kanchipuram ST courier.

Please take the corrective action regarding this issue ASAP.

I am G. Bhaskaran working for a Singapore Project and approached a ST Courier Franchise Service Center (a fancy store located at Balaji Nagar Main Road - Next to Vegetables Shop) for sending the medical documents booking.

The shop owner enquired about so many details with local ST courier office and asking declaration letter and other formalities. I have also done and booked the courier on 24/02/2010. Again I asked...

I have booked a parcel on 19th Dec to deliver a MP3 player to bombay. Parcel has reached but the items were missing in it. In spite of repeated follow up they are not ready to trace the missing item.

I am Ponnusamy working at Taluk office Namakkal .My brother in law had sent a doccument on 10th Dec through ST Couriers with clear address and my two mobile numbers on the cover.After two days I asked my brother in law to enquire about the cover.After contacting the booking office he told me the cover was delivered and he gave me the number of office in charge at destination office.I contact the office in charge and I was informed that on being door locked the delivery staff delivered it to neibour and mention a name. I replied him no such person around my house and asked him to call back after recovering the cover.The next day he inform me that he had sent his staff to collect the cover.After some time the staff came on line and told me that the cover was dropped in the mail box at at my house gate.I asked him just bring it to office and I will come there.then he inform me the letter was with office. I asked him to deliver to me at taluk office .They simply told we cant and redirect to sender.I want to know the condition of cover wheather tampered?And what happens if its a time bound doccument?Isn't it a paid service?

My friend had sent a courier NO.[protected] from chennai to goa on 12th november 2009.but till today 09 december 2009 i have not received the courier.it was sent through ST COURIER COMPANY.when i did check my courier details on their website .i received this details.

sir i would like you to look into this matter as it has been close to a month since the courier was sent.

Hi, I had booked courier on 3 dec 2009 from chennai. The letter has to deliver to New Delhi. They said the courrier will reach within 24 to 48 hours. But still it is not delivered, Today is 8dec2009.

They are cheaters !!!!.... They don't know value of service.
Also there Customer service is worst. They don't even pick the call...
I suggest not to use ST Courier service. They are really worst. If their services are worst for Metro cities then I believe they should close their shop.

Kindly, one should take proper action.

Below is my Complaint e-mail. I sent 7 boxes of House Hold Goods from Coimbatore to Delhi. I am looking forward resolution and an action against their service:

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Sivakumar Umaiyan, sent 7 Boxes of House Hold Goods from Sundarapuram, Coimbatore to Indirapuram, Ghazhiabad, U.P. by Air Cargo on 10/10/2009 (Number:[protected]. The consignment was picked-up by Mr.Denish, Sidhaputhur/Coimbatore. After So many struggles and calls to Denish and Anand ([protected]) of ST Courier there were 6 Packs delivered with some utensils were broken. The 7th box was missing and after so many calls to Coimbatore and Chennai ST Couriers finally Mr.Anand arranged to ship to my address. It was a Mixer Grinder and it is completely broken and not usable. I called to the person from Trackon Couriers, who delivered the goods and he said he is not sure. I called to Coimbatore Mr.Palanikumar (ST Couriers - [protected]) and informed the same.

I made to sent all the goods by Air because of safely and fast delivery of the goods. However the goods were not handled properly and broken during shipment. I would request you to resolve the issue. I am tierd of handling with ST and I would expect a fast resolution. If I don't get any and then I will decided to take legal actions against ST Couriers.

After paying the money for Air Cargo I really feel very bad about the service by ST Courier.

ST courier ref no:[protected]

A courier has been sent on sunday from chennai to hyd. They booked it on Monday its there mistake..
For delivering to hyd it took wednesday.
From begumepet to madhapur is of distance 12 kms which took 36hours to delivery..

I am not sure what mode they are using...

i am in London.the parcel coming from India(chennai), they send it to me 7th july09..the sender said to me i would be receiving 10th july09 but i havent received yet..so i'm wondering when i will receive?

my name is swapan kumar, i am studying in chennai. i send a courier (courier no.[protected] through st courier services to noida on 1st June 2009, but till now it has not been recived in noida and when i tried to locate my courier they are saying that the courier has been delivered and not even giving me the details of receipt even after asking number of times. i tried to contact them through their online chat service and drop few mails there but all in vain.
Kindly suggest me, now how should i deal with this matter.

I had sent an examination application form through this courier. The guy who booked this courier Mr. Gopi (+91-[protected]) promised that it will be delivered in a day (by 15-May-09).

It hasn't reached the destination till date. People are clueless about the status of the...

I couriered a document (examincation application form) from Bangalore to Hyderabad. After 5 days of courier I am writing this complaint. As on this date, I am not aware of the whereabouts of the document I couriered. Different ppl say different status of the document.

Some say it has not reached Hyderabad, some other say another story. There is a set of louzy guys sitting over there and don't want to work.

VERDICT: Pls do not use ST Courier at any cost. If you don't have DTDC nearby, pls go with Normal Post, which is more promising than ST.

But as per Mr. jose, area manager he told me that your company is giving new franchisee in chanaganacherry. Chanaganacherry is a small town and it doesnt reqire 2 franchisees here. as per mr jose he says that our pick ups are not doing well and to your attention i can say that all the pick ups im taking is having many complaints from customers. they are not delivering the consigmnments i n proper way . im stating here some consignments which customer is proceeding in legal way against me.

I have applied pan card in december.From Uti(Pan Service) despatch it on 03-01-09, pan no:CDAPS6613Q, App no:[protected], coup no:27457908, but till now i have not received my pan card. i called courier office (ST Courier) they said its delivered on[protected]. i told i am not receive my pan card, they simply said we give delivery man cell no u ask him. and they not responsible for my complaint.i called many time that man he didn't attand the phone, only one time he came and meet me, till now he didn't find my pan card. my pan card is very urgent. I feel this company(ST Courier) very poor in courier service... what i do for this cases pls help me...

Hi, This is Arun Antony. I Consultant working in Chennai. I courier my official documents to our Office in Mumbai. Royal Palms is one of the biggest business centres in Goregaon East mumbai.I dont how how come ST courier's was not able to locate our office.For the last 2 years i have been sending couriers through other service providers and it has always reached on time with out any hazzle. ST courier is very amature to this business and dont have any courtesy on how to treat the customer. I have couriered my documents on the 8th of decmeber 2008 from ST courier Alwarpet office.(the so called HUB of their services) They promised me that it would take 2 days to reach the destination. On the 16th i recieve a call from our bombay office that the packages is not yet recieved. I called up the ST courier customer care, which is a bunch of illiterate people sitting and attending customer calls. Then i tried tracking the courier through their website whcih of no use again. Today is the 19th of december, i am still talking to Mr. Shamshudeen and some other people from the Pallavarm & Alwarpet office. They are saying the courier has been returned due to non exsistance of address and also the courier got returned on the same day. Now my question is atleast they should have the courtesy to call me and inform or if the address is not found they should call the number which is mentioned in the address mentioned. They recieved the package back and have kept it safely in teh lockers or in thir gudown. None of the staff in ST courier was descent enough to handle the customer. I would not recomend any one to think about ST couriers. Also if any of the senior staff of the company or their representative read this please feel free to call me. [protected], [protected], or you can mail me at [protected]@gmail.com. I am ready to have an discussion with you about your companies representatives and the people working there. Why there is no compliant box, or customer care unit not responding my query, no email ids to escalate the issue.I have been thrown from pillar to post.
