St Courier — Courier parcel delivered to wrong location.

I have booked 1.5kg is courier service yesterday evening from Trichy Thilainagar to Villupuram district on 22nd of October. However the box has been shipped wrongly to pennadam instead of vaniyam palayam. Now we are unable to collect the material and is being held up now at pennadam. We haven't recived the parcel so far and nobody taking the responsibility and attending the calls too.
