I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the condition of my laptop that was couriered from Address. IIT Madras Research Park, MGR Film City Road, Kanagam, Tharamani, Chennai – 600 113 to Maruthi bakery, Near Exide Battery, Gurumurthi temple road, Somasundarapalya, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka 560102. The details of the shipment are as follows:

Upon delivery, it was discovered that the laptop was severely damaged. The display is completely broken, rendering the device unusable. This condition is entirely unacceptable as the laptop was securely packed to prevent such damage.

Given the situation, I am requesting a full refund of the shipment cost and compensation for the damages incurred to the laptop. This incident has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
