It is disappointing 😔 St. Joseph's College of Engineering has not been very active in resolving complaints. St.joseph's College of Engineering - Collecting money in name of fine without BILL

Once we had a riot, some students damage the college property.They were silent at that time.But after finishing college, to get our Transfer certificate and CC, they are blackmailing us to pay 3860 (everybody should pay that too without bill), So only they would give our certificates.
