I have submitted my aadhar at the time of account opening, but on uidai portal it is shown that my aadhar is not linked with any bank account, and due to that i am not been able to get my scholership amount in that account. Please look into matter. Not bank or not even aadhar center is helping me in this situation, and the same is done with my friends also,

    This is in regards to my personal loan account with standard chartered bank, In the year 2017 i opted for personal of Rs 10 lakh from standard chartered & 5th of every month i am supposed to make emi payment. however in June month (2109), the emi amount was not deducted from my bank account & neither i have received any intimation call or message from the bank end. Now after 15 days, i have started getting harassing calls from third party collection agency whereas they are neither ready to send the online payment link to make the payment, nor sending an email about the conversation. i have checked my bank statement & basis on that there are no bounce cheque charges leveied to my account, This is sheer harasment & forcing customer to additional charges & exclude the name from the offer of last emi waiver (as per my plan).

    Would request you to provide the assistance & take necessary action accordingly.

      I preferred standard chartered Bank for my salaried account and also taken super value titanium credit card with standard chartered Bank believing for good services.

      Now, I am not at all satisfied with your services and planned now to close my credit card account and savings account for the number of issues from your system, DISAPPOINTMENT and mental stress caused to me.

      I faced lots of issues and deducted the below issues from you system:

      1. I had applied to only ONE CREDIT CARD. But, you had approved for two credit cards which had caused lot of mental stress in the whole process.

      (Which cannot be possible unless the system is thoroughly checked. This shows the system is not proper. If the same issue is found in personal loan disbursement where you approve twice the times the loan required, it will be huge loss for your bank)

      2. I had blocked one card, but the other card ending with 2807 was never linked neither to my online banking nor in mobile banking.

      3. If I clicked card summary and profile settings in net banking, only the blocked card was displayed and not the active card(Attached screenshot).

      4. If I went to Card payment page, there were no cards associated in my account ( Attached screenshot).

      Without linking the card on online account, you had sent message alone asking to pay which is not at all possible without linking it.

      5. Without enabling email statements for registered credit cards and without sending to my mail, you had demanded to make the payment with having many issues from your side.

      6. Phone banking system is very poor. If a customer dials, it asked two options :1. Enter account number (or) 2. Enter debit card number. If I enter account account number, it not redirecting to customer care representative. (As per OR condition, if any one option is true out if two conditions, it should give expected output)

      Instead, it is asking to generate T-PIN which I never needed presently which irritated me a lot lot.

      I had tested their system and revealed many issues and flaws in their system, given a chance to correct and rectify it so that other new customers (present and future) should not face the same issues and decide to leave from standard chartered Bank like me.

      As a token of appreciation, they should have considered me for "Bug bounty program" which many reputed companies will reward for showcasing the issues and loopholes in their system so that they will correct their issues and their quality and reputation will be enhanced. But, they had never considered for this.

      Now, I am in a situation to terminate my Relationship with standard chartered Bank ( salary savings account and credit card).

      Also, there was no proper customer care support and no response to any emails/concerns! No steps taken for past 3 months.

        Dear Sir,

        I am in receipt of your above referred letter in reply to our e-mail dtd. 20th May, 2019.

        I am surprise to note that you have not replied to various points raised by us, but you are going on writing that rate of revision in interest etc.

        I have mentioned that in the agreement signed by both of is, there are two things.

        1) Instalment should be 156 Nos and should be completed in 2016.

        2) As mentioned in my above letter we have paid almost Rs.3, 95, 000/- Extra and I do not have to pay anything.

        You have not replied to above two points and expect to send your clarification mainly for Number of Instalment 156 Nos.

          Standard Chartered Bank — No Objection Certificate of Car loan is not received after the payments have been cleared.

          I had taken a Car Loan in Jan 2003 which was fully paid as per the tenure of 60 months. I have still not received an NOC from Standard Chartered Bank inspite of repeated requests. All other linked Credit card accounts through Standard Chartered Bank is been paid off and settled. I still see the Branch officer of Ashok Bhopal Chamber's, Begumpet, Hyderabad is still not finding the records and statements of my car loan. My car is still Hypothecated to Standard Chartered Bank and the registration validity got expired after 15 year's in 2018. But i did not received my NOC yet. Please i am writing this in hope of someone would reach out for my issue.

            Whereas the total payment due credit card bill of may 2019 showed 6541.6 and I made a payment if 6542/-, still late payment and interest charges have been levied.They are refusing to reverse. please take appropriate and strict action and reverse the charges.i will not pay the charges as I have fully paid what is showing as total amount due.standard chartered has no sense how to treat a good customer

              Hello,

              I am having Standard Chartered Bank credit card from August 2018. The card limit is Rs. 21000. I was not satisfied with the limit so I didn't activate and didn't make a single transaction from the card. some days later customer care of the bank called me to feedback, I told them that I am not satisfied with this limit and I want to close this.
              After 4-5 months later when I was checking my email I got the Standard Chartered bank card bill and It was Rs. 4700, then I have checked all the bills form the beginning. then I realized that my first bill was Rs.750 as an annual fees. and its increased Month by Month. so I called the customer care to block the card asap.
              In the meantime from the feedback call they didn't call / message or any physical bill sent me to reminder to pay So I could aware about the bill payment. They should inform me via call or message for payment.
              In this situation bank added a negative review on CIBIL. Now my CIBIL score is very poor because of this.
              So I request you to waive off or make a settlement of my pending bill and please correct the negative review because I asked them to close the card already.

                Hi,

                Even i dint notice this from many months about this issue. This is totally looting the customers without their notice. I used to pay all my credit card bills on time but i dont know why they are charging interest on this. This is very serious issue and need to be resolved with immediate effect to all other customers like me.

                    I have taken a personal loan on my above card. I have been paying all my dues on time. Now due to very bad financial situation i am not able to pay off my emi. I have explained this to bank and recovery agents. That as soon as i am in receipt off funds i would settle the accounts. Now on 31/05/2019 mr. Jasvinder (Tel. No.[protected] send on mr. Dinesh gupta to my office. When i asked his identity card he told that he had previous visited office and shown me the card. (He is working with swot analysis, 638, 639, laxmi plaza, new link road, andheri west, mumbai - 400053). He told my to arrange funds tomorrow, when i said that i am not in a position, he started shouting and told that he would coming tomorrow at my office and would create scene.

                    I have requested them to give me more time so that i can settle up the account.

                      a4 interest charged on credit card

                      I have been using standard chartered credit card from almost 6 years. I have always paid all the dues well on time.

                      Recently, i checked my cc statement and found out that the bank has imposed 1539.54 inr as a4interest on 24th may 2019.

                      Also, there is amount of 277.12 inr charged as [protected]@18.00%.

                      I had already paid the minimum amount due mentioned on the statement. I believe if the customer is...

                        Dont buy and use any credit cards from sc.
                        Initially they will say no annual maintenance cost.
                        But without reason you will get paid min 500rs on every month as a4 interest, over limit fee, maintenance fee.. Etc... Even if you pay your amount on correct time..
                        Im using two cards, one of the card i paid full amount.. Next day itself they are billing as to pay around 5000rs without reason..
                        Don't trust, no response from customer care.. Around 10k they put extra charges

                        it's hurting me a lot..

                          Sir i am sunder selvin from chennai during 2003 august i made the credit card payments after getting the settlement letter but the collection agency collected the amount two days later. After that i have not recieved any sytatement or letters from the bank. After 16 years some body calling me and said i have to pay rs 142000/- as due amount for credit cards and i told them to come and collect the cheque or cash but he is refusing and telling to transfer the amount online to my account number.in this regard i made a police complaints and he is threatening me if not paid we will come to your home and beat you. He says he is from m/s shaha finlease, chennai the agency for recovery of credit cards dues. For the last 16 years why they have not contacted me and now threatening me and my kids. Pls help me.

                            I have 2 credit cards in standard chartered - one ultimate credit card and another one supplementary.in the latest statement, i noticed an 'a4interest' charge even though i paid all my dues well before time. I even double checked all my credit payments - all of them either matches or is more than the bill i received. Looking at the other complaints it looks like stanc does it quite regularly to a lot of customers and is quite used to such fraudulent behaviour.

                              Akshata s., an employee of standard chartered bank customer care, was asking me to pay rupees 49+gst for every single detail i wanted to know about my own account, i understood that she wasn't supposed to share the details according to rules set by standard chartered for phone banking.

                              Since i wasn't aware of the exact place to check all details in online banking, so she explained where to get the details.
                              I did not understand it for the first time, as she explained it too fast for me to see. When asked to repeat once, she said she already repeated 3-4 times and did not want to repeat again.

                              But when the call was still on she abused me saying "ho ga le, yaar yaaro bartaare" which means "get lost, no idea what kind of people call" in kannada..

                              I understand the customer care is not meant to insult anyone but help their customer.
                              Pathetic behaviour by standard chartered.

                                I opened salary account at standard chartered during 2011. Then i resigned my job by then my salary account has been converted to sb account by 2018 dec. Nov scb forcing me to maintain rs.25000 as my minimum balance every month. Request you to review my complaint and take action on scb and every customer cannot afford 25k as minimum balance every month.

                                  This is in reference to my card number [protected] by the name of aakash kumar singh in relation with your bank.
                                  I had been using this card more than 2 years but since couple of months i am not at all happy with your service and the way it took forward in the past.
                                  The same reason i called many a time to their customer care but it had fallen on deaf year and it has neglected.
                                  Since the month i had stopped making payment now i am getting call to understand my concern and past experience and non-payment of the outstanding.
                                  I was looking for an emi option to make the payment but they removed this option and wanted me to make payment in one pay. Hence, i can’t use my card depends sometimes i get emi option and sometime i won’t.
                                  Moreover, after giving the call to your customer service when asked for my outstanding the message conveyed to me was this service to know o/s is also chargeable as we are promoting digital platform and you can log into net banking to confirm the same, this is not at all acceptable for those who is not technology freak and wants to understand their o/s while making the payment, but this bank is overlooking this fact.
                                  Moreover, couple of months back some charges has been wrongly debited to my account and more than three times request has been raised to solve it but no one bothered.
                                  Despite of every fact i continued my relation with stanc and made on time payment. But this time water goes above the level and i want to have some clarification and support if you wants me to make a settlement and close this card.
                                  Kindly look into it:
                                  • i required emi option to close my o/s, and
                                  • removable of interest and other charges to make settlement

                                  Even i wants to make the settlement and close the relationship with this bank but bank is not supporting to their old customers.

                                    There has been unknown transactions done from my credit card 25 dec 18
                                    I did not get any OTP . Also i did not get any transaction alerts on email or mesaage. I logged in on my internet banking on 27 dec and saw an a bill of 100 rs and blocked my card. on 28 dec when i again checked there had been bill of 27000 which were also not done by me . i contacted customer care and they said that the merchant claimed the amount on 28 dec but my card was alresdy blocled on 27 dec as attached as a proof . they have reported it but nothing has been done.
                                    my phone is only accessible by me and no one else has access to my phone or account.

                                    or all the three transactions i did not receive any OTP and transaction sucess sms and email.

                                    It has already been 4 months and the discussion is still in the same. moreover the credit card bill is charging me huge interest .

                                      There is no proper response for transaction in other banks. I didn't use more than 5 transaction, but they detect 320 rs today 12/04/19. They didn't give me a proper response for me. Why they taken money without any information. I asked them to check the status of this. But they didn't response properly. Give me a reply asap. Every month am facing this problem above 200 rs for this issue.

                                      Hi,

                                      today[protected] evening 6.10 p.m.. i went for the SBI ATM located in titan company ltd electronic city ..when i withdraw the money of 1000rs ATM machine shows timed out.after few minutes i got the message that my account is debited by 1000 rs..i dont know why this happened...pls consider this and refund the money.
