I recieved a standard chartered credit card in first week of march and i had my first transaction for fuel and same amount cashback i should have been recieved, but till date nothing recieved by me in my standard chartered credit card statement. And when i contact to stantard chaartered customer care then sc did not transfer my call to any representative even for the same matter. It is very bad behievour and service from standard chartered.

Everytime before due date all payments has been cleared but there is TRFD charges are included everytime.

I have been using Standard Chartered Credit Card from almost 8 years I have always paid all the dues well on time. In the month of January I suffered from corona and I was isolated due to this I was not able to pay the amount. And I believe if we are maintaining bank accounts with such banks keeping in mind that we will be given every privilege and facility. If bank cannot even call and inform the customer about something important there...

Some months back i bought something on emi and i saw that out of nowhere i had one another card issued named as instabuys executive...i have been trying to reach the company but the numbers are of no use. please fix the issue as the amount keeps on increasing every month.

My Standard Charter Creditcard closed years back, Card destroyed and closed . But Bills are still generating.

I was charged trfd amounting to INR 999 eveb when the emi’s for that loan account were settled in april 2020. The account shows a balnce of 22 inr and even when i oay that amount it is still shown Outstanding, a day ago i was charged trfd to that ooan account however those 22 rupees are still outstanding. Wtf is that

Please look into that i refeund me those 999 rupees back to my account

I have requested for cash withdrawal at standard chartered ATM @ R.S.Puram Coimbatore Tamilnadu for an amount of Rs.4900/-. The amount has been debited but cash has not come with a msg of ATM out of service..

Tried to customer care now but it is not getting connected...

So wanted to raise a complaint regarding this ...

Attached is the ATM slip where the amount got deducted but cash not come out...

Kindly resolve this complaint immediately

This is in regards to my stan char credit card. There has been an on going issue since may 2015 with some unauthorised charges on my cc. I have done everything that was needed and submitted. It was agreed with one of your managers sometime last year in july that card shall be closed and all dues cleared. As it was established from the vendor himself that it was in error and charges not incurred by me. I also did receive a letter from sc stating...

It looks like there is no end to these promotional calls even after raising more than 1000 DND complaints in last 3 years, still getting these unsolicited calls. I am fed of these harassments and it is effecting my personal life. Please take a action and stop this.

Hi,
My loan a/c no 52592618. I've visited the Jadavpur (Kolkata) branch multiple times to just change my EMI date. Every time someone from the bank whose name is Sraddha said that she has sent a mail but not getting reply from the concern person. From last one month She is repeating the same thing.
Feeling helpless...

With reference to the above sited subject, regarding cancellation of
credit card ending 0529, in this connection I have been talked to your customer care officer two time, for cancellation of manhattan card and master card each of ending no 0529 and 9140, master card has been cancelled but manhattan card 0529 not cancelled till to date, and card charges debitd to my account so request you to be treated as cancelled, I am senior citizen govt . officer . retire life passes smoothly, no any borrow from the bank, awaiting for your reply, and quick nation to be taken in this case

I have been a previlaged customer of SC, from last 18 months and I was happy with your banking services, recently I requested for a new debit card I received a brand new one but tap and pay feature was not working so I raised a complaint no one bothered to get back to me and even ask what is the issue, I called plenty of times to your executive and their reply is we will get back to you shortly, most of the times they haven't, after getting fed of from you customer support I dropped emails few I got reply stating we will get back to you in 2 working days, then again the same trend follow I have to reach you people ask the executive to escalate and in reply get a telephonic call where executive assures me the problem will be sorted as early as possible it's been more than 2 weeks and still my problem remains the same, is this the kind of service you people give to your customers by testing their limits and patience, making them call you people time and again don't we have any other work apart from calling you and in return get a reply that we will get back to your shortly,
Even though I had plenty of options to switch to other I stayed with SC and in return I was harrassed in this way my neglecting my problem making me wait for weeks, none responded to my emails I have screen shots with me if you want I can share it with you, I even have a video which shows my debit card is not working with tap & pay feature.

Last but not the least I have no hesitation in stating that this is the worst customer service I have evey received from a bank.

Kindly treat your customers well, we trust you by placing our hard earned money in your bank.
