I purchased some items as mentioned in Invoice No.GSLM[protected] dt 26.5.22 from Star bazar. When I checked the price of 5Kg. Aashirvaad atta pack I noticed that I have been charged excess on the Max.price of Rs 225/- printed on the packet. Next day I pointed out this on the counter of Star bazar that I have been billed Rs270/- whereas Rs225/- is printed on pack. Salesgirl on counter admitted the mistake and generated a credit note no. CNRIFOIMO[protected] dt. 27.5.22 for Rs.45/[protected] to be utilized in future purchases. When I checked the retail price of this item in the open market, I found it nowhere more than Rs 180/- . So I lost Rs.45/- again even after credit note of Rs 45/-. If I would have not noticed, I could have lost Rs.90/- on a single item.

    As my food at Inox was not finished, but the movie has ended. So i decided to hang out at Food Court, have some drinks, then leave for home. The Inox food was still with me. As i was ordering for a smoothie, a staff of food court approached me with illicit behaviour. His version was that I cannot have outside food at Food Court, yet keeping in mind that I am ordering at a counter for some drinks at Food Court to refresh myself after the movie.
    He left a bad taste of the entire time at Star Mall, Madhyamgram.

      I have bought sbi card ussued at tata star bazaar, but when ever i an trying to redeem from the voucher of the card, there is always net issue as per your lady manager(manisha).This problem i am facing from last 1 week.
      Please take action in this regards it is very frustating as a customer ...and it is very bad from a big name like star bazaar.

        Dear sir,
        my registered mobile no. on star bazar is [protected]. currently i am in pune.
        i was eligible for Rs 75 cashback offer for all my previous 3 orders. but all the three times it was not credited to my wallet. every time when i complain your executive gives me a rs. 75 coupon. this way i have three coupons worth rs. 75. if every time it was credited to my wallet it would have been accumulated as 225 RS and i would have used amount at once. and in the case of coupon i am not able to use more that one at a time.
        today too your executive told me to provide coupon, but i refused. kindily cancel all those coupons and provide me a single coupon worth addition of those three i.e. 225 rs. also after every order i am getting cash back and its not being credited to my wallet. pls make sure this doesnt happen in future.

          Delivery of Item

          I have ordered multiple items from Tata Star Bazar and they did not deliver one item, and simply refunded the amount to the app wallet. I want that item that has been billed and the item is missing, I don't want the amount to be refunded in the wallet because If I order the same item again then they will charge delivery charges of 50 rupees....

          It is not at all suprising to see such complaints of star bazaar employees, 2 days back we witnessed such an incident happening with an inncocent female customer where in the staff an the security took advantage of the customer since she was alone with a small kid.

          the staff and the security demanded ransom from the female and ask her to write a letter as per their demands and will.she was forced by the male security to write a letter n admit the crime which was not done by her, she was forced to her neck, the security was hopping on the female's body...has star bazaar given that much liberty to the male security to pounce on a female chest, the female security was no less she started hitting the customers kid n was stealing money from the customers purse n the rest all the staff of zudio gathered to see all the tamasha leaving behind their work n customers, they were least interested in attending the customers rather were busy partying being merry giggling laughing back biting, watching the customer being humilated.

          this is what the staff of star bazaar has been trained at the time of appointment.the female staff of zudio with a bindi she was changing all the tags of garments n putting it up in the female bag n claiming that the customer had done the same but this was all done by your own staff just to get the fix customer in this situation.

          the customer had the bill of the shopping along with the payment made by her still they were blaming her to be robber fraudster, cheater n what not.

          she was threatened by all the staff one by one, the staff was star bazaar are very uneducated, indiscipline, hopeless, lazy, biggest kaamchor, liar, they dont even know to talk english all the time u see them talking in marathi, they are just busying partying during their official hours n gossiping, making stories.

          the female customer was helpless since she was alone with a kid, we were helpless that we couldnt help her out in such a situation.

          i feel all the staff of zudio should be thrown out with an immediate effect, star bazaar needs a better staff to run the store, even your security needs to be well educated n sophisticated.

          for such a petty issue the customer was dragged to the police where in she was no no where at fault absolutely, this was done on purpose to harass the customer n remove grudge.the male security was threatening her with the videos which he had recorded of the customer...how can anyone do so, who is your security to make videos of the anyone female customer without their knowledge, was the security the owner of the store.

          lastly the female was dragged to the police along with the kid, later we saw all the zudion staff merry, laughing n so happy to do all this drama, it showed as if their dream came true.

          it was very very very clearly that the zudio staff was changing the tags just to put the customer into problem.this was not even a crime nor it was a robbery nor it was ny fraud but still they humilated the customer.

          what i witnessed in front of my eyes your staff was forcing her to do all this as per their will so that she gets caught, it was not her will but it was the will of your staff who was blackmailing her that i[censored] dont end up doing all this as per what they want then they will be forced to hand her over to the cops.they wanted to create evidences from that female as per their fancies so that she gets caught in trouble.

          i want to see what action is star bazaar going to take on their security staff n the zudio staff for such an offence.

          not even one employee of zudion staff s upto the mark, even the store manager is hopeless bloody he was equally involved in this racket.

          the reason to put this down was to make public aware that tomorrow anyone could fall in the similar situation by the star bazaar employyees.cant trust these people at all.

          the way zudio n security staff were portraying about themselves if they are so good, reliable, decent then why are there so many complains against the m on the google portal.

            Would like to raise a complain against the staff person sameer, younus /misba they had hijacked my mother when she went to get the bottoms exchanged in the month of january since the bill was misplaced by us.these 3 men were screaming their voice out to my mother, these 3 men were trying to pounce, touch my mother as if they were about to assault her.

            i dont think to be very frank any of your staff performance is upto the mark, only the ground level people seems to be very polite, friendly, they greet customers but the other level staff, floor staff. zudio staff are the worst not even one are fit for their position.The attitude n tantrums the zudio staff throwns it seems they are all tata birla.

            it seems this company it not owned by Mr Jamshed Tata instead it is owned by Younus, Sameer, Misba & many other to be named.Would rather salute the ground staff, sanitary service staff, labourers are any day better to talk to rather then these men.

            even your securty staff are very unpolite, rude, they also throw tantrums, one of your security head is so so cheapo cheapo person i dont remeber his name but he seems to be a tall man he tried touching my mother hands while he was checking on the bill.After all what can you expect from a local bhaiya security

            action on these people needs to be taken on immediate effect.Younus Misba are themselves such a fraud person they were calling from mother a fraud.

              I would like to raise a complain in regards to the exchange policy of star bazaar.the staff at the service desk is very rude, they act like cruel people, plus they back answers us they talk in a very harsh tone, bill kute aahe, tumcha nau kai, tumhi ki traas dete aamhali.

              unfortunately i[censored] dont have a bill then u have to litsen to all lame excuses n a big big bhashan.they will make you wait no matter you are a senior citizen, tila bolao na, mi nahi karu shakat, one person will call the other one, other one will call the third one n it goes on the same way later they dont end up changingtheir answer will be sorry sir we cant change it since u dont have the bill.
              famous dialogue of the star bazaar staff is AAMhala yeh kamachi pagar nahi mirat samjhi ke nahi, aamcha promotion increment kahi nahi zale aaahe teen varsha pasun, aamhi mehnat nahi karna tumhala gayeche tari gya or theun dya.they are not even bothered about the customer.
              if i would have to rate the store staff on the count of one to 5 i would rate it[protected].

                  In Wagholi, Pune area when Star bazaar was started then there was freee parking, Now days since last 1-2 months local vendor has started collecting parking charges, when we say them we are here for star bazaar then they say we have to pay still as star bazaar has no own parking, This is pathetic as every retail industry like Reliance etc provides parking. how such a big store can be opened without any plans having customers to get their vehicles parked.

                      I went to Star Bazar Andheri west branch on 1st Feb 2022 around 8.15 PM and shopped lot of items. After payment i put a random sight on my bill and found on first item culiflower which was under offer by one get one free at RS 23/ was charged Rs 71/ I notice and told to counter boy about the same. He replied me you bought three pieces and i showed him two pieces and argued if you charged for three pieces amount should not be Rs 71/ how it arrived. He simply said it is human error and directed us go to other counter and get reimbursement. I enquire about Manager but no one responded even all other staff present pretend to avoid such mistake. This is happened second time with us when they charged more or falsely charged more.

                      Being a Tata employee this is my sincere request to look into matter as we generally do not check bills as we think this outlet is under Tata enterprises and no body would do such act, but in second time this happened and alerted me to reach you for corrective action. Copy of bill is attached for reference.

                            Hi Team,

                            This is Jagparit Gill from Mumbai and my complaint is against Mr. Asif (Managing the Andheri East Branch) regarding dishonoring request by consumer.
                            19/12/2021 while entering to the Grocery store it was said that we need to present document for both vaccinations as this has been the new rule by the govt, when mentioned that our 1st dose is done however after the 1st dose there is a time gap of 84 days for the next one so what will a consumer do in order to get their groceries in place if the 2nd dose is not in place.
                            To which Mr. Asif's response was that please contact Govt and ask them this question, when asked to connect with his superior simply told me to take the number from the store and call in to which when I requested him to call from his phone he again denied and and dishonored the request completely. Since he did mention to contact govt when asked for the number said I dont have any details for the same.
                            As a solution he did tell me to order things online however the rates are way higher then what a person can get from the mall so why as a consumer shall I pay extra and which was asked to him and his response was Yes the rates are higher but we cant allow you to enter in simply for the reason that you are not double vaccinated.

                            My question is very simple to the Govt and Star Bazaar as well that if a person has got there 1st vaccination of course the 2nd one will be due in time but that does not mean that a consumer should be denied from there basic needs to buy food from these food malls. In todays time of inflation how can a consumer manage to buy groceries at inflated prices from regular stores. At the same time its really sad how staffs are not trained to take care of responding consumers. I have a family to run and just because I dont have the 2nd dose done yet doesn't mean a consumer should be stopped from getting their basic needs fulfilled.

                              Dear Concern,

                              I visited the your one of store ( V.K. Murthy Farmhouse, Star Bazaar, Immadihalli Main Rd, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066) at 5 pm around on 12/ 12/ 2021, I was coming from trail room towards cloths stock with chatting of my mobile then your staff came in hurry up and blindly crash and my mobile fall down and totally got damaged.
                              I asked them to repair the screen of my mobile .attached pics of my mobile screen.
                              They were misbehaving with me and told that why I was doing chatting in store . This is not acceptable. Need to get my repair expense

                                    On 25/11/21 evening I was in queue on a cash counter with my items placed on the counter. The cashier decided to take up item from another person behind me who deliberately placed his item beside mine. I am senior citizen 75+ and when I told the cashier that I was next but he has allowed jumping queue which is not fare. The cashier with audacity replied that other person had one item and that's why he had cleared him before me and added that I come with one item I'll clear me also ignoring the queue. I told him this is not fare and I'll complain. He was defiant on his action. This is not expected from a TATA Enterprise and would like Management to take stern action. The same also happens in weighing counters. I have taken a photograph of the Cashier with his knowledge telling him that it will be used for the purpose of complain.
