        Did shopping at Star Bazar Marathalli Bangalore today around 1 pm.The billing clerk was not keen to bill cookies saying it is not in the system.I told her you enter the number and bill, which she finally did.
        Secondly have found Security Prasanjit very crude n curt Supervisor standing there also commented he is doing his duty.Jyst glancing through the bill and took atleast 10 mins, wasting my precious time.Disrespectful.

        Complaint still not addressed and no one has contacted me so far. This shows the lackadaisical attitude of the company.

        Complaint redressal mechanism absolutely useless. No intimation or call from concerned regarding the complaint status- just an eye wash.

          The star bazaar branch near khandoba mandir, akurdi pune is providing unsatisfactory service experience by switching off the ac for the entire time. It is suffocating in covid times because everyone is wearing masks morever it gets very difficult in rush times and near biling counters. Please look into this matter

            Sold expired product. It's ridiculous, one of my family members consumed it, and the kid not able to realize it, when I tasted I thought something is bad in it and the product was expired.

            They should be penalized for this, no one has the right to play with anybody's health.

              Today I buy two pouch of AMUL GOLD milk at (KATE CENTRAL PUNE61) STAR BAZAR OUT LET.
              When I come at home my wife open pouch she find some knot in milk and after hitting milk it was injected. I go again to store and complaint to staff about this they are not gate me reply and tell me to complaint to AMUL customer care.
              Please help me ...

                  Hi,
                  Today i went for shopping, i had 12 products. I had to stand in que for 2 hours because billing couldnt done in less than 10 and other coustomer had more than 60 to 100 products at a time.
                  There has to be counter for 11 to 20 or kess tha counter nust accept product till 15 or 20 at the time of hight rush.
                  It was very disappointing plus 1 who is biiling is also packing. This takes lot of time. 1 perosn doing lot of staff it wasted lot of my time and other customer who were standing after me.

                    Unfair behaviour by one of the friend of the cashier at the time of billing

                    I had a bitter experience from one of the friend of the cashier at Star Bazaar, Pune at the time of billing because the non veg food item which was watering and licking was packed in an extra carry bay,

                        Excess billing is a bane of your store. Almost every month we have to dispute the excess charges and non application of discount schemes on the products.
                        Today we have been billed twice for the same product Star bazar sunflower oil and discount not applied for Doritos chips.
                        We intend putting it out of social media and numerous feedbacks at your Andheri west, Mumbai store hasn't helped.

                          I often visit star bazar to get my groceries almost rs 13000 to 15000 rs every month but very recently on 15 th jan while I was coming out of the store the security at the door was rude he checks the bills that's OK but insists on checking the bag as well which was disrespectful if you guys cannot trust your customers who bring business then you should close your store. TATA as a company claims to be customer centric but in reality gives insulting and pathetic service to customers.Its better to shop at bigbasket online who gives much better service. The behavior of security was not acceptable for company like TATA towards customers.

                              I am a regular bayer of star bazaar. The problem is the free items with the product is never with the product it is with the staff off star bazaar not even on counters. And always u have to ask for the free one . I[censored] forgot good for them.I complained with a managers that engor as if ideals r talking i[censored] shout that say it’s a rule off star bazaar. If this goes long u will lose the people visiting to your shop.

                                    Purchased 3 box of 200 gm of amul kaju katri on October 31. However when we opened one of the boxes today found fungus on it. The bill was made with the number [protected]. We have not preserved the bill due to corona however your system should show it. Kindly look into it at the earliest

                                      In sigsandra main road staff is very bad..They are goons in this pandemic they run with one counter and let customers suffer other staff playing games on mobile and dont even bother about the customer service
