This is to bring to your notice that Star bazar gives preferences to know customers who instead of waiting in line to make the payment get in between and demand and lie saying that they had informed and had asked the billing lady to allow him to enter in between to make the payment.
One man purchased vegetables and did the billing and told the lady on the counter that he forgot something and will bring and asked her to hold on. Instead he went and brought a cart full of groceries and asked his wife to enter in between the line when other customers were waiting in queue already and wanted to get his billing done. He went and complained incorrectly about the girl on the billing counter lying that he had told her to wait but that girl told me that he told her he will get one product and brought cart full of groceries and was demanding to make his bill first.
When I told him that he should be standing in line and pay after me as I was waiting in the line before he came he moved back. The manager send a male on the billing counter who was rude.
I want to know why Star bazar gives special treatment to know customers. If this so then open a special counter for your special customers. Pathetic service provider and pathetic manager and billing counter people. Was this information helpful? |
