Very bad experience with the Star Bazaar, Chikoowadi Borivali branch in Mumbai. Many of the time i have noticed Discount displayed near the products are not charged in the bill, there will be mismatch and we have noticed almost 4 to 5 times and have complained to the manager in charge also but they always say it will be rectified but same is repeating.
Today i purchased Britannia cheese cube 200gms in display it was showing ₹149 but while billing they charged me ₹151.80/-
When a customer purchase products in bulk he cant check each item whether he correctly billed, after speaking to manager i got refund but as said every time all customer will not look into the bill of each product, so indirectly this people are fooling customer. Customers pls be alert and check the bill once before you leave.
I request top management to take strict action on the same so that such thing doesn't happen again.
