Myself and my husband went to star bazaar Kondapur, Hyderabad on last Saturday. While I was taking the fruits, some oil packets fell down on the floor suddenly at my back side and my sandal and palazzo got soaked in oil completely. I asked for tissue paper to your staff, she didn't provide any tissue paper and asked me to go to washroom which is on upper floor. I went there in slippery sandal which was completely risky to climb the stairs since my feet was completely soaked in oil and it could make me slip in the stairs. However, I went in that way and didn't find any tissue paper in the washroom. Again I had to come back to the lower floor in same way. Then I complained to your staff and then they gave me tissue paper. I asked your staff that I want to complain to the manager and he made me to talk to Mr. Naveen Reddy over the phone. I have told him that my dress and sandal has been damaged. He said that he is going to send mail to the concerned department copying me by end of Saturday and will see what can be done. I have not received any email or update from him till now.
The oil has damaged my palazzo and sandal (which was new) as it got soaked in so much of oil. I want you to compensate for this. Why your staff could not arrange simple tissue paper and sent me to upper floor when my feet was completely soaked in oil. How the oil is kept is such a way that it falls down on the customer and after that you simply ignore the harassment happened to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
