Star Bazaar — Regarding billing

Address:Ground Floor, Kakade Bizz Icon, Ganeshkhind Rd, next to E-Square, Ashok Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411016

I paid by Paytm UPI at star bazar pune. Money debited from my side but star bazar didn't received it.so I had to pay again..I paid twice. So I want my money back
