I hired a Star Cab (MP09 TA 750) from Airport for 2 hours package on 11th July 2015. I stopped at 56 shops to purchase dome items and asked driver (Pankaj) to take care of my Luggage.
After 30 mins, the driver called me and told that the bag is stolen from tha cab. I have lodged a FIR but when I a calling their customer care, no one is picking the phone. There is no action from Star Cabs
This is pathetic that the bag is stolen from the cab when the gate was locked and the driver knew that he has to look after it.
