நான் சுமார் ஐந்து வருடம் முன்பு ஸ்டார் ஹெல்த் இன்சூரன்ஸ் இல் என் மனைவிக்கு இன்சூரன்ஸ் போட்டு இருந்தேன் அப்போது உளன் நிலை சரியில்லை எனவே ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் சேர்த்து இருந்தேன் அப்போது நான் இன்சூரன்ஸ் கம்பெனிக்கு தகவல் சொன்னா போது அவர்கள் நீங்கள் பணம் கட்டி டிஸ்சார்ஜ் செய்து கொண்டு பின்பு நீங்கள் பில் அனுப்பினால் நங்கள் உங்களுக்கு திரும்ப பணம் கொடுத்து விடுவோம் என் சொன்னார்கள் ஆனால் பணம் மீண்டும் கேட்கும் போது இந்த வியாதிக்கு பணம் தர முடியாது என் அனுப்பி விட்டனர் அப்புறம் எதற்கு இன்சூரன்ஸ் பணம் வாங்குகிறார்கள் அதை பற்றி கேட்டால்
ஸ்டார் ஹெல்த் இன்சூரன்ஸ் கால் சென்டரில் உள்ள பெண்கள் மிக கேவலமாக பேசுகிறார்கள் .

முதலில் கஸ்டமர்களிடம் நாகரிகமாக பேச சொல்லவும்
மரியாதையை கொடுத்து மரியாதையை வாங்கவும்
உங்கள் கால் சென்டர்ல் வேலை பார்க்கும் பெண்களுக்கு மரியாதையாக பேச கற்று கொடுக்கவும்.
மற்றவர்களுக்கு மன வேதனை தரும் படி பேச கூடாது .

அதனால் தமிழ் நாட்டில் உள்ள யாரும் ஸ்டார் ஹெல்த் இன்சூரன்ஸ் கம்பெனி இல் இன்சூரன்ஸ் போட்டு ஏமாறாதீர்கள்

உங்களிடம் இருந்து பணம் வாங்கும் வரை அவர்களின் பேச்சு ஒரு மாதிரியும் வாங்கிய பிறகு கிளைம் என்று வந்தால் அவர்களின் பேச்சு வேறு மாதிரியும் இருக்கும்

    This is formal complaint against STAR health insurance company with reference to policy no/151118/01/2019/005591.my father in law met with an accident on the 3/7/18.As a result he injured leg bone fractured and he was immediately rushed to the emergency in Kasbekar metgud hospital Belgaum Karnataka .Since he hold a health insurance with your company which covers all cashless hospitalization, we immediately applied for a claim.

    Then Wednesday Star health doctor visited hospital he inspected everything but they are denying cashless, Also we provide all denied queries Several times. But said company given same denied. And I have requesting Toll free/AO/HO everyday minimum 10 to 15 times but they are not supporting me, Because already 5 days OVER still I am awaiting the same also we are unable to do the operation also.

    I request you to kindly look in to the matter and settle my claim under cashless at the earliest.

      I have been attached with Star Health And Allied Insurance Co. Ltd for last three years and your marketing person mr. Kapil sharma transfer my hdfc edgo policy which is running there for 5 years. But i am not satisfied by your health insurance.
      I have already file claim three times but they rejected the same with one reason i. e psoriasis which is cured and paper of treated doctor was also submitted but we are asking the the claim of bell's palsy but the concerned doctor already given in written the current diseases is not concerned with psoriasis (doctor already given in written and the paper was also submitted to the star health). They also raising the different type of query which we have reply all the query with full satisfaction, still they reject the claim.

        There is no cashless according to star health... Please never trust this company and take cashless...

        They take your premium and never give you service... Rash customer care handling... When you are sick they make you more tension... Think twice

          I have deposited post hospitalization expense bill including pharmacy bill. Original pharmacy bill of rs 1426 has been misplaced by me so duplicate copy of pharmacy bill with original stamp and signature issued by pharmacy company to me. I have submitted duplicate copy of pharmacy bill to star health.

          I am following the reimbursement amount since last few months

              Sir my father in law is taking health insurance from your company whose agent is in raipur and his name is jitendra bisen and he is posted in your raipur office which is located in chattisgarh I have submitted all the documents required to him and I meet the branch manager ram Dwiwedi also but from them there is no response regarding the claim I will also call many times but he not responded and If he responds in phone not give the suitable answer for that I am not happy with this and I If didn't get the response from your side I will go to consumer court because I am a defence person and I will know all the rules and regulations for that kind of case. Details of the same are handover to Mr jitendra bisen. It is about one year six month late. Claim is of Rs 150000 but in his treatment about 15 to 17 lakh were spend which gets our home budget also. My policy was taken in 06oct 2016 in the name of Mr Rajesh Mishra and home address ishouse no 670 kargil chowk sunder Nagar raipur chattisgarh. So please treat the matter as most urgent and give suitable directions to the individual and pass the claim amount

                  My mother recently undergo surgery related to uterus. We found out only when ahe went for q routine check up. Doctor suggested to have the surgery as soon as possible. When we reached out to star health, they said they cannot approve for the claim because we didn’t disclose this earlier, which we weren’t know until she went for for the check up. We are paying for the inaurance since 2012. We went to different hospital and paid for the bills from our pocket.

                    My mum has been admitted to zydus hospital and star health has a tie up with them. Since star health already has a desk office at zydus, we had submitted our claim with all the necessary documents. They rejected it with 3 queries and we had replied them back in consultation with the doctor. Today i got a call from their call center saying your claim has been rejected because one of the query is not answered and the query is to provide documents from previous doctor. She didn't have a previous doctor for this disease and it occured for the first time and doctor has mentioned the same in the clarification, and they still are finding reasons to reject it. I want help here because its complete waste of money with star health as such i signed up my parents on start health for the first time and very poor service compared to new india assurance company i had tied up in the past for 10 years.

                      I taken a star health red carpet insurance for my mother, paid premium around rs 20000/- when there is a claim came for rs 6500/- they denied due to pre-existance disease not mentioned in the form. As per the policy stating that we will get 50 % if its is pre-existance disease but they denied the claim. Here with attaching the document recived from star health insurance office to hospital stating the claim denied

                        repetitive calls from star health insurance

                        I've been receiving calls from star health insurance repeatedly, inspite of me informing them my disinterest on their products. I hadn't attended those calls & even blocked few numbers, but still they are tortruing repeatedly from different numbers. It is a mental agony these people are causing. This is spoiling my daily routine & once even my vacation. Need a full stop for this unruly act from the representatives of star health insurance....

                        I have made star health insurance i have paid premium for 4 terms now my mother have uterus operation but star declined the pre approval claims said that this is in pda so after the next premium onwards it will cover now not

                        But for the new policy they are given claims for pda why the old policy not given this is not fair they should give for old policies...
