Dear Sir / Madam, Policy No: P/171113/01/2022/001025 premium paid on 24th April 2021. I am the existing customer in ICICI Lambord Insurance, but due to your continuous follow up I shifted from ICICI Lambord to Star Health Insurance and premium paid as per the above mentioned. As of now I have not received any Policy document to my address. I have given remainder through whats app to your team. But nobody is responding. Please pursue the matter at the earliest.
