[Resolved]  starhealth — No response from the company

Myself is Mr. Praveen Kumr.V S residing at plavila veedu, Narickal. P.O, punalur. On september 10th i took a health insurance policy of starhealth insurance for 3lakhs with a premium of rupees nine thousand sevenhundred per year. I paid the first premium to the agent Mr.Saran Sasi. But till now i didn't get any intimation from the company, not even a receipt of the payment. The agent of starhealth Mr. Saran sasi told me that the company will give you the receipt and policy documents only after twenty days. Today is the twenty fifth day after the first premium payment. This type of company decisions are not reliable and customer friendly.So i will not recommend your policy to my friends and relatives because of the bitter experience i felt.
