starhealth — twice transcation for renewing the policy and payment not returned | |||
i was renewing the health insurance policy of Star Health and trying to make payment by ICICI netbanking on 4th July 2014, but payment deducted from my account but not showing in Star Health portal, i have attached the screen shot of ICICI portal after making payment, it has written "functionality not available currently, please inform helpdesk" mail to ICICI customer care. Then i was again gone through Star Health portal for renewing the Policy and make payment by ICICI netbanking, and now this time payment successfully also successfully renewed the policy of Star Health and got confirmation from them. so i have asked from ICICI bank and Starhealth regarding transaction of two payments as confirmation and status whether they have received payment twice or single for renewing the policy (Policy No. P/211113/01/2015/000646) as well as confirm to ICICI for resolving the matter. ICICI confirming that the both transaction had successfull and beneficiary (Starhealth) received payment twice. while asking Starhealth they said they have received only single payment. after continous following up with both there is no resolution till now.
