StashFin (akara Capital Advisors) — emi related issues / no customer support | |||||
I have taken a loan from the Stashfin and they have very pathetic customer service, giving request through email and app no one has contacted from past 1 week. This month Emi has been deducted from my account and I am receiving messages from Stashfin like my EMI is pending and dishonour for this month. I am trying to contact for Pre Closure, no dedicated office number they have and their app is the biggest mistake of their lives giving chat support neither there is chat over it or support. Its been the biggest trouble taking a loan from a such a cheap company, which has no values and respect. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have 2 loans with Stashfin, every month they used to deduct the EMI from my old bank account, later I received a text from them to maintain the EMI balance is New bank account as i changed my job, as per their instruction i have maintained the entire EMI balance in the new Bank account, after 1st I received an email and also a text stating dishonour of the EMI and pending check bounce charge of INR 250, I mean what's wrong with them, it hardly get connected to customer center after a long wait time i spoke to one agent who was really mad.. YES MAAAADDDDD!!! so worst and illiterate people are hired over there.If they gonna charge me cheque bounce amount them i am going to file a complaint over them, because it was their mistake to misguide me.
